I purchased victorinex suitcase with in a week our suitcase got damaged the company is taking its own time to respond while selling they are very pushy but when problem arises they behave differently. Very dissapointing
Really disappointed in this restaurant. Firstly, i had to ask for bread basket. Then I Ordered Tandoori Platter which came around 20 minutes later and was served cold in this winter season. Pasta alfredo was okaish. Then i ordered Delhi burger which was again a downer. Lastly we ordered chocolate shake and sat there waiting for good 12-15 minutes and then I asked server to bring the shake and they found out the the shake never started to get prepared however it was entered in computer system. Then I cancelled shake and they offered no apologies. Staff was constantly engaged in themselves or on mobile. Had to wait for long to ever grab attention of a server. Overall the experience was such a bummer.
Their main course indian food taste so bad specially non veg (mutton) as while we ate, nasty smell was coming. Also. Chicken starter was not that good in taste. We could get better taste better in street food. Also, they dint offer us wet wipes or mouth freshner at end as its dine-in restaurant at Dlf saket avenue, better to eat at other outlets if anyone wants to eat indian mughlai food. Overall 3/5 or may be less as compared to other dine -in places @dlf saket avenue
The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of them are top notch in this place. The music is neither to loud nor to slow, the food is delicious and the quantity is sufficient, the service is is great. Do try their pink sauce pasta, and chocolate brownie. Their Pasta is one of the best I’ve had till now. Do check it out,
Cafe Delhi Heights is a good place to chill out with friends and family. I like the ambiance and sitting area of this place. I was a little unhappy with the salad and pizza I ordered. Maybe goat cheese was the route cause, and ensure you are ordering pizza with your favorite cheese. In the end, they gave us complimentary pineapple cake, and that was yum. Happy dining to all

This is my favorite place to have Lasagna and their desserts. I really like the banoffee and motichoor cheese cake. You should go after 7 p.m then you will get 50% discount on desserts and bakery items.
One of the jest experiences ever. It says here that they are open till 11 pm. But the door was closed on us while we were entering. We came here becoz of the brand name. And this is the treatment we got. Sorry but not coming to this branch ever. And never going to recommend to anyone. Hope don’t get the same treatment in any of the other branches as love the brand.
Mango banana milkshake and berry shake both were ultra sweet, it's preferable to ask not to ask any sugar at all and if they actually use fruits instead of flavours.
It's a food chain outlet with a popular brand name. Variety of dishes and beverages available in menu with decent quality. Service was at par, they were not attentive as it was around 5 in evening and only 2-3 tables sitting. I guess there main problem is there location at the end of the mall which left it with lesser appeal and lack of flow to attract guests. Still better than others around.
Horrible experience at Cafe Delhi heights yesterday. Extremely Poor quality of food had left entire family in horrible condition. We all are down with severe food poisoning.
Worst experience. We ordered a vegetable club sandwich which is suppose to be with herbed vegetables and on the name of vegetables there was only cucumber, tomato and lettuce. Total waste of money.
Great place for food in DLF avenue is Saket. The food portions are huge so be cautious when you order. The classic Delhi burger is fried burger before we had MacDonalds. The staff is friendly and we had TV in our booth watching the match
The complementary buns set the magic spell. Then it's just a series of delicacies bursting in your mouth. The shakes are a must to try. Couple them with anything you order and you're sure to have a great time!
A bit expensive but worth it. Half kg veg or non veg (mutton) burger. Really tasty. And many more Dishes with unbelievable quantity. You can have alcohol also.
Really pathetic food…Can’t believe i decided to go there just by seeing it on social media being so overhyped… Really regret going there as the food quality was so bad and overpriced. This place made me realise the exact meaning of “Unchi dukaan feeka pakvaan “
A very expensive restaurant in the mall. Though the food was very good, but some items quantity was very less. Overall experience was ok. But there are many other restaurants within the vicinity with similar experience and food. So try those before entering here. If cost is not a factor for you then definitely a place to visit.
Disappointing experience, Went for dinner last night. The lamb was stinking in the juicy lucy burger, hot wings were sweet and too saucy, chinese soup was so thick that it looked like a dish and tasted bad. We usually like our visits at cafe delhi heights but last night was not one of them. More disappointed because it was my mother’s birthday and no one enjoyed their meal.
Understaffed. Half the stuff on the drinks menu is not available. Have to keep changing your choices. The staff is overworked, and not interested. They got the potato wedges, which go alongwith the panini, 15 mins before the panini. The other person was done eating by the time the panini was brought out. Decided to get it to go and have it at home. Not a pleasant outing!
The food was really good. I ordered their carbonara and it was out of this world. Full of cream and cheese, just the way I had asked for it. Their was live singing as well over their which undoubtedly created an amazing vibe and ambience for you to chill and spend your Saturday evening with amazing dinner and drinks
Ambience: Loved the ambience! Cute and colorful interiors with funny but true descriptions. Although sitting was a bit uncomfortable for me but it was compensated by the light music in the background. Food: The quality of the food was extraordinary. All dishes we ordered were well cooked. Quantity was appropriate to the price. Recommended dishes included at the end. I would also include one thing that the water served here is soaked in mint leaves which is rare. Service: Staff was friendly and service was quick. For the time between the order and delivery, they have kept a few items to beat the hunger i.e. Bread sticks and buns with butter. Recommended 1) Juicy Lucy Burger 2) Classic Fish and Chips 3) Chennai Chicken 65
Visited yesterday. It was less crowded. 6 dishes were ordered. Stir fired with rice was pathetic. Pasta served was uncooked. Over all it was so so experience yesterday. Not good. Quality going down. Need to improve it
I had eaten lunch there.panipuri shorts are crunchy, tandoori chicken is tasty and spicy, garlic bread is delicious it's overall finger licking things. That's makes ur day
Huge menu with all sorts of cuisine, almost everything is good, so lots of choice for folks in a large group with diverse cuisine preferences. Bonus is good value.
Good Menu, lot of choices, ambience was gr8, gud sitting, comfortable sofas with big tables and taste wise food was great, friendly staff, better location
The ambience and service is excellent, however, food can be quiet average sometimes, but many dishes are be outstanding. For instance, Mini mezze is nothing great, but white sauce mushroom pasta was to die for. There are incredibly large number of different food options. Banta is available. Palak patta chaat was good, but needed less besan batter to make it more crisp.
Good to go! i have been to this place thrice and this has already been added to my favourites. Ambience.food.beverages and staff everything is amazing.i tried pesto pasta, strawberry lemonade and brushetta's. Not every restaurant is good at making pesto sauce.and they never disappointed me with that.strawberry lemonade is a must have.they serve it in a cool glass bottle. Brushetta's were not that great but overall experience was great.price's are quite affordable and ambience is perfect for a lively get together.
For our very first meal, we went to Cafe Delhi Heights for a huge brunch and ordered a portion of tenderloin steak, fish and chips and veggie Ratatouille and were served with an over cooked piece of tenderloin which I spat after making continuous attempts of swallowing it. It was almost impossible to cut through and had to ask for a finer knife. But unfortunately had to give after two bites. The fish was obviously not fresh and was extremely dry. We informed the chef of the overcooked steak to which he gave us a pastry to compensate. Turns out, that pastry was actually the worst. Seems like they had a special grudge with us for serving us old, overcooked, stale food. Would not recommend to anyone
