Visited cafe on 3 as a guest Loved the way Chef Shiva curated our meal. He went extra mile and baked a delicious chicken pizza which had pepperoni chicken tikka and the thin crust was super crispy. Great hospitality. Chef Shiva rocks
This review is solely for their breakfast buffet and possibly about the entire dining experience we had in this hotel 2 weeks back. They steadily increased the buffet rates to almost double since the last year (2300₹ for two). The main thing is that the service, food, basic upkeep is absolutely not worth what they are charging. It's malaria -dengue season in Delhi ncr and yet i could see mosquitoes buzzing around at the tables near the windows. The food was at best mediacore. We ordered a dosa for my husband right after we sat down and he didn't receive the dosa up until we were about to leave that too after multiple reminders. The staff is lazy and constantly standing in bunch in corners. The manager also is just for the sake. I have been a patron of this place since the last year and when they suddenly increased the prices quoting better food and service the last time we were there, we were ok with it and again went today only to realise that they have now increased the cost from 2100₹ to 2300₹ which is at par with 5* hotel. If you want to charge that sort of money, ther service and food should be at par. Never coming back here again.
Visited here, cafe on 3 for a buffet dinner. The buffet spread was really good, taste was unique and not what you get in regular buffet spreads …a good and reasonable priced bar menu.special mention to Bhagwan from staff for his efficient service…. Worth a second visit
A very nice restaurant with courteous staff. The buffet menu has lof of options and has something for everybody. The food is delicious. Good ambience and wide veriety of options to choose from.
The place is like any other hotel cafe. It's good for more formal small group meetings, the food is just alright, nothing is bad but nothing stands out. The only thing our group found worth another visit were the chilli cheese toast and cold coffee.
Parking is not an issue and it's a clean nice place.
Also worth mentioning that if you are looking for a cafeish environment which is clean and easy to access, this might be your best bet in Mayur vihar ext.
I have always been a fan of food and hospitality at Cafe On 3 and this time the team took the experience a notch higher with their vibrant 'Rang Barse' themed set up and offcourse food.
The glittering lights and upbeat music along with buzzing Chaat stations looked extremely inviting. The dining experience was incredible and since I was sharing the table with my best friend- the evening became even more beautiful.
Kudos to the food and beverage team members Nipun, Atish and Hari for being such gracious hosts. You all are super stars on field. Can't wait for my most favourite part of the hotel stays in the morning tomorrow- the breakfast buffet!
I been to this restaurant named Cafe on 3, in Mayur Vihar, Noida. I was with my colleagues. The lunch buffet went smoothly. My friends appreciated the food and hospitality by Mr Shobhit and Mr Abhishek. We enjoyed alot.
Cafe 3 is a wonderful restaurant to dine in. Ambience is very nice. I was there for lunch few days back. Abhishek and Atish helped us to get best services as the delicious food prepared by chef was outstanding. Me with my daughter had great experience at Cafe-3.
Food is like a normal wedding food. Fish looked refried, too spicy food, not five star n service very poor. All trainees kept. Both my parents had acidity n diarrhoea.
Yesterday I got opportunity to have dinner at Cafe 3 with my family. My daughter just loved the hospitality. Our table was covered by Mr Shobhit. Outstanding food by chef. Ambience was awsome. Had a great experience.
Yesterday, I along with my family came to Cafe 3 for dinner. Mr. Nipun was looking after our table. He was so kind and soft spoken. Food was awesome. Will surely recommend.
On a staycation at Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar currently and I must say that the dinner experience at Cafe on 3 was outstanding. The team members especially Nipun, Atish and Hari are super efficient and attentive which is most important for a great experience. Food is scrumptiously delicious. I tried the Chicken Curry and Naan and it was cooked to perfection. Thumbs up to the team!
I came down with my family for lunch today, Restraunt manager Nipun along with his team mates Rahul, atish and shobhit welcome me and look after my table very well. The food was just amazing, would surely recommend it this restraunt.
It was wonderful experience to have lunch at Cafe 3. The food was really yum. Me with my friends had great time. Nipun sir was taking care of our table. He and his team members were best. I remember few names Shobhit, Ambika, Atish. We loved the hospitality. Will surely plan to visit again.
This is an amazing and my favorite place for breakfast. Great variety of both local and international flavors. This place is heaven for food lovers.what i love most about this place is their hospitality and decorum. Staff (Mr. Basudev & team) is very cooperative, friendly, attentive and well-behaved. Variety of north and south indian dishes with bakery items are available. Food was very delicious. My favorite cuisines are Dosa, curd with parantha, Uttapam and watermelon juice. I can't wait to come this place at least once a month.
We had kitty party a day back. Must say Cafe 3 made it best of all. Dinks served were awesome. Food was damn delicious. Teams who was taking care was on toes. Manager named Mr. Nipunraj Kapoor was on duty. Under his supervision our kitty party was conducted. Me and my friends really had good time at Cafe 3.
No one attends call at house keeping as well as kitchen A big zero to view as there’s a big waste drain in front of the window Staff is too reluctant and irresponsible to respond
Actually we can rate this cafe 2,5. Here was good food. But atmosphere was too noisy and not cozy at all. And the most big fault is they brought us wrong bill 3 times. ️ crazy
I went to Cafe On 3 (Holiday Inn) for breakfast with my family. Great variety of foods was available.everything was superb in term of taste, hygiene and quality. Live counter offers variety of Dosa, pancake, uttapam, parantha and many more, everything was awesome.quality of food and taste was un matchable. Staff (Narinder, Basudev etc) was very cooperative, polite, friendly and attentive, their hospitality was memorable experiences. I am a Dosa lover, here I are the best dosa (paneer and masala), i had ever had. The only regret, i have i cannot give them more than 5 five star in this review, otherwise i would like to give then 10 star for their service. I love to be there again and again in future with my family and friends.
Only Place is good Food is pathetic, Chef only boil the paneer in tomato gravy, No masala nothing. Please dont waste your money on the food. Please dont have a party in this place else you will face embarassment. Even Service is pathetic, No one listen to you. You ask for water and atleast 3 times you ask them then someone will turn up with water after 15-20 mins, As if they are refilling the bottle.
My advice, Please dont go there, there are many good places in Crown Plaza much better than this place.
Situated in holiday inn mayur vihar. Great ambience with lively staff, multiple live counters preparing fresh food. Plenty of healthy options as well to choose from. Parking is something that can be improved upon. Food is upto the mark.
Went for breakfast buffet. Wonderful choices and even better service. Though for vegetarians the options may be limited. Overall, the food, ambience was pleasant, topped with delightful service.
Authentic Chinese, continental and Indian food. Most varied salad and dessert options. Little less option in main course but overall amazing dishes. Totally worth it.
Service was poor, Verity of food quite less in buffet, not worth under the paid amount, dinning hall was too small, they haven't served veg and non veg separate.in totality not a good experience
Wanted to spend some quality time with my family when I visited Cafe on 3 by Holiday Inn last weekend.
This is a beautiful place with great ambiance. Good music, beautiful décor and wine makes a perfect place to spend your evening with loved ones.
We tried veg and non-veg starters including Veg kababs, Paneer malai tikka, Veg Galauti kabab, Mutton Gaulauti kababs, Chicken tikka, Amritsari fried Fish, Paneer and babycorn fried. We tried some fresh juices and Mocktails as well, they were freshly prepared and were quite soothing.
We tried variety of salads, all veg and non-veg, they were just delicious.
Then we moved to Main course, where we tried Murgh Biryani, Mutton Gosth, Paneer pasanda, Stirred fried noodles, Chilli Chicken etc. Every dish was just amazing and had perfect blend of spices.
The dessert Section made it complete with more than 20 variety to desserts to choose from and we tied a lot of them until we were full.
Apart from food, the services part is what I liked most about it. The staffs and very polite and courteous.
The food is really good and quantity is decent (ordered ala carte). They offer complimentary breads before dining begins, and also gave us papad and fryums on request (did not charge for it). The ambience was quite nice and the place is well-lit. It was great as most other places have loud music during dinner (which is not so pleasant for young kids - I had a 14 months old with me). However, the service was quite slow inspite of less number of diners.
Awesome place. We went their to celebrate and the place is really good. Staff is coperative and we enjoyed. They have a very vast breakfast buffet menu. We tried snacks as well.
Went for my birthday lunch along with my family a week ago. Thought the food would be decent if not great. Most of the items were tasteless. Especially their paneer dishes. The grilled chicken felt extremely tough to chew. Food was mostly cold, under/overcooked and the spread was below average. The desserts were just about average but nothing special as these days, most good restaurants have better items on their menu. Overall, really bad food. Not worth 1/10th the rates they have.
Very noisy, staff was dragging tables and vessels on floor from 11-2pm.extremely loud music.refused to accept Dineout Plus membership though they're a member.not worth a visit.
They say the restaurant on the ground floor is open till 12: 00 am, yet the restaurant says it shuts at 11: 30 pm when you turn up. And I don't mean last order. Kitchen shut. Place being turned up for the night. Then went to Cafe on 3. While staff is courteous, they served food different from that mentioned when ordered from the menu. As in ingredients missing. They run out of food items by 12 am, which is not something one expects at a hotel that calls itself a 4-star. When asked whether one pays for the experience at such a place or only the food, the manager for the hotel and captain for Cafe on 3 said "but we got you the right food with all ingredients within 5 minutes, right? ". Overall a very very poor experience. Totally avoidable. Chaap from Veerji Chaap Waale, Chinese from Great World and even Chholey Bhature in Lajpat was a better experience for someone now getting used to staying in Delhi.
Nice hotel with large variety of food.available in breakfast. South India, north India, Bakery items, fruits, suitable for both vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians, drinks.
The food is good but the Service negates the effect of the food. Mosquitoes hover around in the evening and the seating arrangement could do with some realignment.
Lunch buffet was a delight. Delectable spread of fresh food with super flavors. The hospitality of the attending staff was heartwarming. They took extremely good care of us. Mr Naveen and Mr Yogesh ensured that the lunch party of 10 of us assembled to celebrate a birthday went off in the best possible way.
Buffet is not up to the mark as per price.only 2 starters one veg and one non veg that's it.main course also have very less options for north Indian food and quality of main course is also not up to the mark as per 4 star hotel. Now deserts mostly multiple kind of muffins and pastries only gulab jamun was there for Indian desert no Ice creams no mocktails or any soft drink is provided.staff is good.service is not a concern as they do not provide anything on table for buffet
Situated on the 3rd floor of the Holiday Inn, this is a cafe that is open 24 hours. The lunch buffet was great, the food was delicious, making one realize how in Delhi there is always a certain standard that needs to be maintained to survive. The breakfast spread was huge with live egg, Dosa and paratha stations. The service could be improved. Friendly staff but slow. Their Sunday brunch includes access to the pool so it might be a great way to relax.
Very disappointed with the lunch buffet yesterday. Just one starter each in veg and non veg sections, salads really pathetic, main course totally insipid in both sections. I have eaten much tastier indian food, both veg and non veg, in cheaper places in india as well as in europe!
The food was very oily, and absolutely tasteless. The only saving grace was the chaat counter. Desserts same story. Of the dozen options available the only one option worth having was the chocolate pudding.
I had a good experience here. The food and drinks were amazing and the staff was also very polite and cooperative. But since it is located in a 5 star hotel, one should know it is going to be very expensive and it was. But other than this I had no issue whatsoever. Also this place is family friendly so you can go either with your friends or family. I would recommend trying out this place once.
While the staff is great, ambience as well as the spread is good enough, it still leaves something to be wished for. The prices hardly justify what you get.
There 1+1 lunch buffet is simply value for money. The spread is good and suits the pallettes of young and old. Nothing fancy like what you see in pubs and breweries or restaurants like Delhi Club House or Bent Chair, but basic indian cuisine with some good salads. Worth a lunch
