Food is good, staff is somewhat unbothered whoever enters. Parking is difficult to find.

-Tuscany Pizza (5/10)
I was expecting much better Italian vibe there but I had to put condiment on the pizza to get some kick in the taste. I found it too bland.

-Lazy Lunch Pasta (7.5/10)
I personally love spinach so I liked it but again please try to use better spices.why was it so bland?

I was there with my girlfriends so I had a great time. The ambience and service both were fine.

Horrible experience with the food and drinks. You cannot read the books which are available so it is not a book cafe! Also they do not have any backup for electricity and it seems to be a bog problem.

Not at all a place to be. I wish someone could tell the owners of Cafe Turtle in Nizamuddin that their staff is rude and ungracious towards customers who enter at 7: 20pm (the closing time of the cafe is 8pm). I wanted just a cup of coffee and anyway had no intention of making them stay-on beyond their duty hours. Eventually I got my coffee but after a lot of sulks and impolite gestures by the waiting staff pointing towards the watch. I left at 7: 42pm.

It was a bit difficult to catch a rickshaw when going out because it was in a remote place.
Still, I went to Humayun's grave and went to rest well when I felt like I was going to die from the heat. (Air conditioner is available@

I went in with a big group and I ordered coffee, a sandwich, and soup. The coffee and soup was amazing! They did forget my sandwich but I don’t really care. They have book store below them and amazing coffee. I’d definitely go back to try their date cake with toffee sauce, have some coffee, and buy a book.

Very calm atmoshphere. Food is tasty that banana icecream we ordered twice. Simply awesome.

After seeing all the bad reviews still I thought of trying it once.just to try my luck.unfortunately it's really bad.the basic fundamentals of cooking is missing.who so ever the owner.pls. Have a relook in to your kitchen side. Just for safer side I've ordered chicken Alfredo pene. (which is also they have published dish of the month). I never waste food that's against my principal otherwise I could have left it whole.pasta was overcooked, chicken cubes were hard & chewy not fresh straight from freezer. Garlic bread served with it.soggy garlic flavour missing. Parmesan Cheese & cream was missing or not sure what cheese they HV added.pasta was watery. It was completely tasteless.when your cook doesn't know how to cook a normal simple Alfredo pasta then pls. Change the menu items.

Best mockery is the price you are charging for it close 600-700 rs. Or more. Atleast justify to what you are serving

The service here is commendable! Had to catch a train and only had half an hour. Their speed really surprised me! Extremely polite, helpful and friendly staff. The ambiance is very chill and relaxed. The food is decent. Hot chocolate is really nice. Must try!

Small aesthetic cafe near by Humayuns Tomb! Great for coffee, chill — great choice of menu (non veg is mentioned in separate menu— please ask for it).

I have expected some great breakfast with eggs— bit disappointed on that. Rest are fine! We have ordered some South Indian Coffee and Tomato Bruschetta (not the authentic Italian version). It’s tasty and little spicy.

PS. The books are for sale, you are not allowed to read it at the cafe!

They don't let Indians read the books kept in the cafe but foreigners are allowed to.

Overpriced for no reason, ordered hot chocolate but was not that good.
The staff was also very rude.

If someone ask me top 5 worst experience, this falls in 1st or 2nd place to be frank… way too over priced, too little quantity as you can see in the pic and quality is also not worth the price…

This cafe made me disappointed. Prices are way too high when compared with the quantity. Ice tea and cold coffee was just yuk. Sandwich was still better. Seats were also not comfortable. Place is decent though. Ambience is cool. Good place for book lovers.

The interior is nice, but nothing outstanding. The prices are too high for what you get, even for European. We ordered only 2 Greek salads and we payed 889 r (there is obligatory 10% for the service that I didn't notice). The taste was ok, but the salad was not fresh. For this price the bakery don't even give you a piece of bread. The music on the background was accompanied by spitting sounds from the kitchen. Overall negative experience.

Coffee was good but the host was not welcoming.
They haven’t provided charging port for your laptop and mobile.
Neither they have given a Wi-Fi connection to use.
These facilities are must at a café.

All beverages including tea, coffee, lassi are not worth having, just waste of money. Their staff must learn how to prepare these beverages and the management should focus on quality.

Ambience is good amd service is okay, foor is also okay-ish. It's a little overpriced the food in-comparison with the other restaurants. You can get a much better deal in C. P.
Although if you like a peaceful amd serene place, away from the hustle-bustle of the city, it's a perfec5 place and with books.
Please do try their "Ginger Fizz" (in beverages), its completely something different, and in a good way.

It's a famous, silent, simple and soulful place which offers a peaceful deviation from the mundane. Books and food, what could be a better combo.
In my opinion, coffee at this cafe is worth it, however, food, no so much. As far as books are concerned, I've found such books here, I couldn't get anywhere else. This, along with the vibe and ambience of the cafe make it worth at least one visit if you're in Delhi.
This is one of my favorite places to sip a cup of coffee at.

Decent neighborhood cafe with a small library. The food is good and you can buy some books as well.

Very nice cafe/restaurant with all kinds of super tasty food! Very expensive (for a Delhi Standard), they have a nice book shelve with some literature about India and other stuff too.

Peaceful and lovely place for coffee and snacks. Mind you, they only serve veg. Also prices could have been little lower considering it is a residential locality.

1.5kms from nizamuddin railway station. Okay okay cafe if you are hungry.
Mango juice and mango lassi both were sour. And lasagna was pathetic because of the heavy amount of spinach they put.

Very expensive.no value for money.located in a residential area no one around is aware of its location.
We ordered Lebanese cheese sandwich which had no cheese and costed us 400 bucks.
Table did not had napkin stand.no toppings were kept only tomato ketchup was provided on the table whereas various types of sauces were kept on the counter.
The manager was the only service man there who was not at all pleasant.

Not good service and food was not so worth actually a little over priced and the employers were not hostile.

Very aloof attitude of the staff- no warmth or politeness. Like just having leisure time in their own private space- answers were snappy, rude- Attitude goes a long way in business of any kind, especially in Hospitality Management- From the good reviews about the' politeness and warm vibes' of the staff, one could conclude that the treatment to the customers is not uniform- I did not feel good at all- like they were giving me service for free. Too pricy for the service provided. I do not mind spending but it better be worth my money. I am usually not easily disappointed but this is one disappointing experience and never going to look back.

This Café looks very stylish, it is cozy place, and the food and cakes must be tasty. I wanted to stay here despite the overpriced prices, because the food here looks like good option for escaping from crazy “not spicy Indian food” in other places, which burn me from inside completely. So I came, with intention to have coffee and cake and work on my PC and enjoy the calm atmosphere. BUT they don’t provide electricity sockets for customers! Big disappointment.
So I am writing this review in order that the owners will hopefully realize that in 21st century this is very important, especially for attracting foreigners who might be able to pay higher prices in order to get value of clean food, good environment and facilities, which persuade them to stay and eventually return again and again. Because, for example, if I get all of this, I would come here every day for three days for lunch, coffee and cake during lunch break of conference I am attending nearby, and I would even neglect the high prices.
