Very bad experience. Aaj maine truffle cake order kiya the jo bhut he bkwas taste tha and cake fresh ni tha so I suggest no one oder the cake from this shop or online.cake was very very bad taste.

They are very helpful. I ordered them a bomb cake in a very short notice and they made it in one hour and delivered as well. Cake was really very tasty and fresh. Must try.

Worst cake sent. First and last mistake with Cake24×7. I ordered cake for my parents anniversary. Nthing written on cake and sent Plain even without Any tag.whole excitement of celebration spoiled.

Ruined my daughter’s birthday cake! I called them up & told them to write her birthday wish & name but they sent a plain cake. No regards for people’s special occasions. Cakes are generally for special events, you should be considerate to not ruin the day!

They took the pre paid order and were supposed to deliver between 8pm and 9 pm the same day. No one has come till now 11: 32 am on 4th jan, 2020. Either no one answers their phones and they disconnect calls on mobiles and they do not answer on mails as well. Seems like they are running a fraud company

It took 3 hours to deliver the cake.
Quality of cake was worst.
Restaurant gave incorrect picture of delivery status.
Not recommended to other any thing.

Very poor experience and these people are not even bother to listen to customer and putting blame on Zomato. I have ordered a cake and they have sent me the spoiled one and when I called they said talk to Zomato we can't do anything

Worst experience I have really had.
Don't buy cake from here and even the bread was so hard and creme was with a thick layer which made it worse.
Fruits on fruit cake were all spoiler and it was like I have ordered it for free and they gave me this cake at very high price but was worth of it.

One of worst bakery shop I say in NCR. I never ever recommend this shop to any one. I order a cake a cake online to deliver on very next day of ordering but there is no response from them at deliver time. I called almost 50 times on all the number available on their site but no one respond. No response on email. It's look like some fake bakery shop. After discussed with my office legal team they informed wait for 24 - 72 working hours and then register a FIR about fraud and in breach of service contract after made a successful payment.

They have no idea what is Tiramisu and they send me cake with full of Chery and the smelly cake which I even I can't eat they spoiled a bdy party I don't now from where they got the bludy recipe of Tiramisu Cake

Worst experince. Ordered one today and delivery time was 10.30 am. Till 12 pm he was continously saying that the person is on his way. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. Still not delivered. Ship distance from my place was under 5 km. Pls don't order and ruin ur day

The cake I got was not fresh at all it was 2 days old at least as the bread was hard from bottom and it was smelly.

The cake we ordered had less of cake and more of cream. The cake was not as soft and tasty as one would expect. The delivery was delayed by more than two hours, we had to keep calling them again and again. Very unprofessional staff. Better to look for other options for ordering cake.

Delivery is poor. Rude Behaviour by delivery boy. No response on call by reasturant. Don't recommend this evet in life. Beware before you order them. Cake is tasteless. Spoil someone Birthday.

I ordered a fondant cake with pineapple flavor mistakenly they made it in chocolate flavor, to which they agreed to get me a pineapple cake. Next day I got the pineapple cake and this care they showed towards their customer is commendable. They saved my day:) Cake is delicious and perfect Thank you

We received a terribly sad looking black forest cake with cake crumbs randomly strewn on the cake. The cake was also missing the message we had specifically called and asked for. In addition, despite calling multiple times, they did not take our calls. The only positive thing I can say is that the cake was delivered on time.

Wonderful cakes and very friendly management. Great snacks and sumptuous pastries. They also have cookies and chocolates. Have maintained standards and loyal customers for a very long time
