Calista Resort

5 star venue, food, decoration and events arrangement experience! Rooms are in poor condition. Room service is slow and forgetful! Included breakfast is extremely basic.

Amazing Experience. We had hosted our wedding reception here and the event went off really well. From decore to the food, the management handled everything really well. The place is massive and the facilities they provide are quite impressive. The management from the very beginning was really helpful and they were very accommodating to our requirements. The guests were all praises for the food and the service which was a major plus to them. All in all we were really happy with the final outcome.

Less of a resort, more of a baraat ghar. The road outside is chaotic. So you leave the resort only to battle traffic which follows no rules.

Just ok type of resort for marriages and function though the resort is good looking but the food quality was not that good.atmosphere was good and soothing

Pathetic resort. The front office person named Prince was behaving like he was paying for our stay. I checked out of the hotel in a few hours only. Description does not meet the real eye at all. He should be fired from his post as front office means politeness which he seemed to have none at all

The room is spacious, clean and comphy too. Airport is also not that far from here. But the room service is very slow, and bad also. Like I was about to order some fruit but the room service keep on saying you can order dinner (main course) only. WHAT? Then I ordered green salad and a juice. They took 1 hour for that. Again WHAT? So yeah it's pretty bad room service.

It's located near kapashera bus stand.
Hotel have good Greenery.
Rooms are big neat and clean with hygienic washrooms at good rates.
There is also place for big functions like marriage or other.
Ample of parking space is available

Its a very average property for weddings and other functions. Rooms are good and clean. Staff is also cooperative too. You wont get premium / luxury feel over here as everything in ambience looks like low quality. The is an ample parking space so thats not an issue here. If budget is a constraint then its a good property to choose from.

Great food, was there for an evening function, right on the edge of Delhi gurgaon, but wasn't chaotic at all. Nicely made

We were seven families. We stayed here for one night.
We have a great time at Calista resort. Resort is wonderful with lot of greenery and we'll maintained. Very comfortable stay and good staff service. Superb Food. They took special care in preparing the dishes of our choice.overall very nice experience.

The food quality is not good. I would say just OK. The resort is located just near the kapasera toll and visible from the main road. When I visited in summer the AC was that good and it was pretty warm inside.

Lies on the Kapasheda border, n is quite near to HP petrol pump and Toll plaza. The Calisto resort is a beautiful place for couple outing.

Nice property located just at Delhi Gurgaon Border with well maintained room and in room services and banquet services as well

Very good for parties and weddings, spacious, lots of parking, neat and clean, cooperative staff, nice rooms

Air-conditioning wasn't good and power cuts in resort, experienced it for the first time in any resort

Place is good.waiters are not trained. They should know which food is veg.or nonveg.they r confused.they require more training.

The staff didn't have the air-conditioning on in the dining hall. It was brought into action only after 100s of guests started feeling the heat and suffocation on 30th May 2019

Booked rooms for an upcoming marriage event. Staff not too keen to see that all your questions are satisfactorily addressed

The approach entry to the property is a little cramped since it is located near the border. A lot of traffic here. The halls are well maintained. The food is also good. Perfect for conferences/sales meets/functions

The ambience needs improvement. While the property is a fair size the furniture inside needs to be upgraded

This Place is good and very well connected. Best place to spend weekends with friends and family. The food quality is good though a bar or a proper restaurant could have been great.

I had arrange a marriage of my closest person there. It was the worst experience with the management over there. In starting for making the client, they did lots of promises and commitments but as soon as one give the first payment to book it, their behaviour changed drastically. According to them, it's not their responsibility of decoration, food, DJ, any stole items on the day of event and many such critical things. They just provide you the space and then you have to arrange everything but with limitation that you have to deal with their contracted (fixed) decorator, DJ, food with their quoted price. Totally irresponsible management. Nobody is there on the day of event to verify the arrangements or to answer if your precious things get steal from the venue.
They are just looting money on the name of place which is not worth at all.
A big "NO" if you are planning any event over there.
I have suffered alot and that's why want to write this in detail to help others.

Great caterers (specifically the sardar jee). And very affordable in comparison with rest of the 5 star hotels.

Service had been so far so good. I would suggest this resort from anyother nearby as it's located at the main road. Rooms had been great spacious
