Terrible service alongside a rude and pathetic manager. Got a service for my brother's place and within a few days a pipe burst and the entire house got flooded. When I tried to reason with her that the technician did not check the leaking pipes properly, she went ahead to say "such allegations hurt us" "We are deleting your number from our records". The team should definitely first change the way they deal with customers and then strive for a better service.

Never ever contact them. Worst service ever. They won't fully fix the issue so that you will have to call them again and again and if you complain about it, the madam on the other side of the phone will say "if you don't like our services, then there are 100s of shops to take service from". This is the level of arrogance they have.

Happy with their timely and professional services.i even call them late in the evening for RO service and they send the technician for assistance.hapy customer
