Canon Image Square

The printer is working fine. I bought the printer 3-4 months back. And at the time of buying i asked them about the availability of the ink. They told me that this is the most basic ink from canon and it is always available. After 3-4 months of use when my ink is almost finished, so i called them to ask for the availability of the ink 70 that is used for canon gm4070. They person who attended my call said it is not available right now. You should have bought extra ink at the time of purchase of the printer only. Great to know the after purchase side of canon. Will never buy another canon printer.

Pathetic customer experience went down to enquire some lens replacement in a process I was making my mind for an upgrade. If your not going let customer feel comfortable No way you are going make that sale if you wont let customer to hold the camera in there hand, ASKING them what have you decided? Are going to buy? And telling them if you want to know more please “Google” about it then you can come back (Madame what are you there for?),
For crying out loud “Sab kuch google karnei ke baad hi aapke store pahucha hoon…. ”. NEXTIME instead of making such a derogative approach place a PLAC CARD on the showcase “LOOK but DONT TOUCH…”

Note for Visiting customer: Please Google your product thoroughly, Enter this place only with intent to purchase. (Tum purchase karogei toh sales person aapko entertain karegi else GOOGLE it) ~ CHEERS

Mausumi Madam mujhe aaj Canon me bulaya 6D Mark II purchase ke liye.
I m very happy with her behaviour.

The shop staff Mausumi Chatterjee himself is giving 5 stars and writing review about his shop, then thanks himself for the review. Rude staff, the don't know anything about products, any specification, they don't allow to take photo of the product if someone wants to confirm about it, as if the photos are not available online!
