I contacted CANON customer care and they cant share the contact number of this service centre. This is an inconvenience to the end customer who wants to reach out to the service centre. I have no clue how to get it so far.

Extremely disappointing experience, the service stations only one is open, the website shows the centre to be open on Saturday’s but isnt.
This is an absolute waste of time, this is one dominant reason why I’ve left the canon family after using a 5D mk ii to Nikon.
Nikon service is extremely prompt, helpful and reliable. Canon loses the benchmark of service and aftersales.
The only reason canon stands at such an attractive position in the market is because of their ability to capitalise on various markets (printers, scanners, surveillance etc).
The camera quality is not reliable, and the after sales even worse.
Dont recommend this place at all and canon in general.

Major drawback is that it's closed on weekends when a service class person plan to visit here

My camera screen was not working. First I made a call on the official number then they told me this is an official canon place. I got my camera repaired here The prices were reasonable as I asked around and no one gave me better price

It's a good cannon India service centre for all types of cannon cameras for services and cleaning. Once they collect your camera they will return in 4-5 working days.
Some staffs are good not all and ya very convenient to reach there.
Nearest metro station in barakhamba metro station and exit from gate no 5.

If you wish to have a spare part, mind you. They won't give. If you take the entire camera and submit then they will get it done.

Overall good experience as of now during submission of my DSLR Camera. My Camera was dead due to no reason, it gets dead because I haven’t used it for 6 months, Really surprised. I got estimatation of more than ₹7500/- where complete PCB board assembly wil be replaced since Canon have no competency to repair in component level. Because canon do not have competence they are just replacing it with new assembly board and charge us.

Update: i got my DSLR Camera repaired within 2 weeks, and cost of actual repair was ₹3100/-. Thanks to Mr Suneel Singh who have informed about my repair status properly.

This canon service center in Narian Manzil, Bharahkambha road is really very nicely managed. The staff is very courteous and listens to you patiently and provides you the clarity one needs.
They take care of the covid protocols very seriously and ensure sanitizing and cleaning after every single customer.
Overall, a very nice experience.

Very well managed place. They are managing the crowd with all covid precautions in place. Knowledgeable staff with great attitude and desire to help one and all. Only problem is finding parking in the vicinity. If you are lucky you may find one in the lanes nearby else you have to park far in cannaught place and then take a cab/auto to this place.

Very organized. A token is generated. Then you are called as per your number. They will look into your problem and advise you what needs to be done. Sometimes, they may also ask you to submit your camera and then advise further. The service is very professional.

They should increase their service centre and turnaround time
It's very slow for company who's selling so many cameras

I’m not satisfied for which I visited there. Just went there for body cleaning from inside and when got my camera body it was not cleaned at all.

Delayed Service might be due to covid. Not reachable by phone as no is mostly out of order.

They didn’t want to repair 60d model don’t know what their technician said.and they said to me.we can’t repair 60d models.canon please tell me where I can repair my canon camera. I’ll never purchase again canon

Very poor repair service. Had to go there thrice to get a Cannon 5d mark IV screen repaired, then also we never fixed properly.

Very gooD service. The engineer meenakshi personally came and explained the details to me. Veey courteous personnel and systematic arrangements.

Good service centre. Quite organised and comfortable. They should have more of these centres since this is the only one in Delhi.

Canon is dying. I have interacted with atleast 6 waiting customers while I was getting my sensor cleaned. Everyone are on the same page are moving to Sony. Prime reason is pathetic service and monopoly. They dont care about customers they overcharge customers for each and everything. For a small bolt on my lens they charged me 264 rs. F U C leave it. I am too done with it. It's time to switch brand. I am no more loyal to this pathetic brand. #peace

1. Pathetic response of staff here. People are made to wait for hours, in our case 3 hours. Due regards to technical work of staff but the process was dead slow. At the end of the day you guys have to make balance.

2. One desk that was No 2 was empty for hours and no one was there to attend the customers.
You guys need to increase your staff and teach them be humble with the customers.

3. When one of the customer requested to hurry up, the staff very addressed the another staff person saying "tell him to speak to manager on phone" and smiled without any regard in a way which was not warranted.

Sincere request, do the needful to sort out the fwg issue: -
a. Shortage of staff
b. Cutting out the waiting time
c. Prompt Service
d. Better Behaviour

So they are just looting. They can definitely get the job done, if your products are under serviceable period. Being authorized and all. But the amount they charge for it is beyond reason. I saw some Americans at the place. They charged 23000 for fixing USB data transfer issue on a 5D mark II. I had given a lens as well, a 24-70. It wasn't repaired because it was too old. But I believe, age shouldn't ever be a factor for repairing things. If you are in a decent budget, and if your budget is low, or even if you have stupid amount of money, go somewhere else. Try photo market of chandni Chowk. For all I know these people get their job done at this market only. 2 stars for their sitting area and less chaotic atmosphere.

Canon master camera service center where all the canon camera and recorder are services are done by Canon staff and only the official camera service center in Delhi.they will let u know the default what is there in the product and then they will tell u the expenses to repair.

It is a mixture of emotions. Once they repaired my camera in 6montjs, sometime in one day. Highly unpredictable and costlier service. You get what you pay.

They are good in dealing with customers. Hi-end automatic tokens for services. Sure you can leave your equipment with them. But one should know what all the terms and conditions for warrant period. Have seen alot people arguing for high price.

Like any other visitors, I found it very peaceful and relaxing plus elegant.
I visited the Thursday evening, no crowd no long que.polite behaviour of employees.

Canon camera repair centre at the barakhamba road in Connaught place. I gave my lens for service and its costly at the same time work service is not good as I still didn't receive my lens, it's been almost month now and still no call for pick up.

I got my dslr repaired within 4 days, polite working peoples. You have to wait for number and there is token system as well

They took around 20 days for servicing my 80D camera. I went there for some small issues in lens and for cleaning of my 80D they told me for 4-7 days but they extremely more time than that. Around 20 days.
However there services are good.

A reliable service centre for Canon Cameras. Staff here are courteous and they try to help customers in every possible way. They take time to understand the issues and then suggest the remedies.

Technicians too are knowledgeable and describe every issue and related solutions quite patiently.

Service too is fast enough.

DOs-
1. Take token after enterring in very Canon Service centre.
2. Visit the counter basis the token number call.
3. Explain the problem in detail.
Post this, they will suggest best possible way out and timeline (if possible).

CONCERNS-
Changes are on the higher side. Probably due to monopoly.

They are not even a proper service center, they talk rudely and they think that the are the PMOIndia and they can decide what they want to do. I brought the Canon 7 hrs ago and having a problem I've been told to replace the product in the service center. But they don't even care about it. They said burger off in a polite way and CSR Swati is so damn rude.
