Worst service I have seen. They don't have any proper machine for ultrasound. These people send patient to some other lab. It is far away from the lab. When you go to another lab at your convenience the doctors are not available. They do not have proper information about doctors. These people bother the patient. Don't go to this lab. It's a waste of time and money. Worst service.

We are using there services for very long time. Very helpful staff. Looks a bit old in appearance rest all good.

Worst service!
Took COVID samples from home on 21st April and no reports received until 25th April (Morning) inspite of hundreds of calls and Whatsapp messages.
No protocols followed by them at all. The bhayia who came to collect samples was not carrying gloves, ppe kit or sanitizer. No message received In the interim.
All they care about is Money while no focus on delivering service.
I will not recommend this diagnostic center to anyone.

Really a good place for getting your lab tests done. The staff here is friendly yet professional in their approach. Would really recommend this place to people!

VERY GOOD LAB AND VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE TRAINED STAFF ITS ONE OF OLDEST LAB IN EAST DELHI. ME AND ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE BEEN GOING FOR XRAYS TEST AND ADVICE FROM PAST 3 GENERATIONS.

Dont ever ever visit this place vary rude person sitting here as a receptionist. They are just cheating people and doing nothing. My advice is to never visit this place

बहुत ही घटिया और बेकार लैब है।व्यवहार भी घटिया है।एक मिलिट्री जैसी मुछो वाला लंबा बुजुर्ग है वँहा उसकी तो लैंग्वेज ही घटिया है।चोर लैब है।

Test here are done in a very primitive manner and the staff is very ill trained when I visited this lab during the time I was suffering from dengue the attending nurse could not draw blood correctly 3 times.

Two FRAUD brothers running this test lab, CHEAT patients, and give unwanted advices. We paid for a test of 2200, the test never happened and they charged me 700 and returned 1500. I paid 700 for nothing, no, they both charged me for their bad advices, RUDE behavior, loud noises any totally unprofessional behavior. PLS DO NOT VISIT THIS ZOO.
