Can you guys please shutdown your 3rd class clinic. Because you guys provide false ultrasound reports all the time.don't go there for major ultrasound which you need for your right treatment. They wasted our time and money also we all don't want to pay for false reports. That's it.

Also, 3.1 rating out of 118 reviews is enough to tell everyone that your service is more than pathetic. Mr. Owner, instead of replying to the review, you need to focus on your 3rd-class quality. If you choose the service provider profession, then you have to face reality.

I have been visiting this centre forquite some time. And based on my personal experience I can say that their ultrasound unit is outstanding for diagnostic performance. Besides having very high standard of professional expertise all members of the unit are very polite, accommodating and are always on their best behaviour.

Excellent service and hospitality. The staffs are very cooperative and as well as the doctors are very much experienced. Like the way they treat each and every patient. Well maintained clinic for every type of diagnostic with excellent customer service. Would recommend all my known ones….

Very bad service. If you’re from panel you’ve to wait till 3-4 hours. Staff is so rude and not supportive. Especially the receptionist

Experienced Doctors and I loved their behaviour. Ultrasound is their speciality. Receptionist was rude, annoying and was not interested in replying to enquiries of patients waiting. But It was well huygenic and maintained place. I would recommend others to do visit the place.

I visited this lab twice, though they give accurate reports and preference to senior citizens & children but it is very congested, I didn't like the ambience. Staff doesn't know how to maintain IPR with patients. Receptionist gets irritated when questions are asked to them, unclean toilets. Instead of attending the patients staff is busy in their chit chats.

I had the worst experience in this lab. Cleanliness issue, crowd issue, AC not working, environment not at all good, staff is really bad. Nobody has sense to work. I went there for my ultrasound and curtains were not covered untill I said. One male staff member came inside during my ultrasound and at that moment I got angry and asked them to cover the area atleast with curtains. This is common sense that lab should follow. They called my name and I was in washroom. I went for just 2 minutes and they called another patient. I went around 11: 50 and returned home around 2 o'clock. It is just 10 mins distance from my home. Waiting time is too much. I won't suggest anyone to go there. Staff is so rude and illiterate. After all this, at the end they asked me to come in evening for test report.
My experience with Dr lal path lab was really, everything was so perfect there and they gave me report then and there. I would never recommend anyone for any test from here. And as always they will give a rude reply to my review because they will never accept their mistakes.

The staff at the reception was being very rude. Complete mismanagement of operations. Same number being constantly displayed on the screen and the staff was just asking to wait. My mother went there for an ultrasound, she was not able to control and the staff was not ready to listen. Would not recommend to anybody. There are other affordable options available in Delhi too. Search for them and opt their services instead of paying them and tolerate their rude behaviour as well.

Very good experience especially for ultrasound. My mother is a senior citizen and she got priority treatment. I am grateful to them.

The price of all the tests are very affordable and most of the tests are available under many medical cards like DGHS, CGHS etc.
Also the staffs are very well behaved.

I never visited this ghatiya lab.they people found my no from any where and sending reports of so many people at night11o. 'clock.i think they want to shut down this lab. I will file complaint against them

Worst care after payment. Beware of the customer services you see before payment. They will make you run here and there after payment. Worst experience. Making fool

On 14 january 2022 i called to your lab for my father reports. Your employee who is a girl refuse to tell me update about report. Also her behaviour too bad. Reg number is 012112290053.

Complete mismanagement. Staff behavior is quite rude. Also one thing very abnormal and that why they took signature on white papper for ultrasound? When I questioned them then they answered me there some online process and we have to fill details and than we took printout on same paper. When I asked her to do same in front of me then she told me, sir then you have wait long it will time you can wait for that. So alreay I was waiting for around 3 hours so I have to follow that part as well. But totally mismanaged things they do.

Today I came here for my Mom Ultrasound I asked them for water to drink & they said that buy it from outside we don't have enough packing glass water I socked there how can they Deny to a patient for a glass of water they don't have any humanity, So I buy a water bottle from outside and give it to my Mom. There way of telling & taking is very rude to patients. It seems that they are ordering us. They don't know how to behave or treat a patient. Infact when I asked the receptionist who is the Dr.inside & their name they said what u have to do with it & I'm asking this because my Dr.consult us to get a Ultrasound by a MD Dr.that's why I asked this to them. Also they don't have enough space to sit properly. Overall it is a very bad experience there. I genuinely recommending this to everyone reading this pls don't come here for ur body checkup tests because u can find many better labs or CGHS Panel except this.
