I was a little generous for 3 stars, i was definitely in a good mood that the coffee and the services tried spoiling at their best.
It was my first experience here, but I was expecting a lot given the presence in a Taj property.
The server disappointed at the very first contact as she was unaware of the menu items.
Second, she vanished from the cafe and left us unattended for 10-15 minutes (not alone entirely as someone was repairing the coffee machine).
Third, pathetic cappuccino (watery), fresh orange juice (warm juice with hint of other fruits and a weird smell) and cold coffee (not cold) with sugar crystals + bad aftertaste.
I would love to give them a second chance as it won't be fair to judge a place of this stature in the very first go but I am truly very doubtful if I should.

It's is located in the Vivanta by Taj group of hotels The coffee shop is decently spaced with sitting of 10 people. They have regular coffee and tea option which you find in all the cafes and also have cakes and pastries. If you are a coffee or tea enthusiast then you may not like the coffee but is good place for a date. They also serve grilled sandwiches, burgers, doughnuts, etc. The place is decently expensive.
