पहले इस कंपनी की सर्विसेज बहुत अच्छी थी पर अब इनके पास काबिल स्टाफ नहीं है।।‌‌‌ नर्सिंगकर्मी स्टाफ में टेक्निकल एजुकेशन का अब‌ बहुत आभाव है। दुसरी बात अगर इनके स्टाफ की लापरवाही से आपके मरीज को नुक़सान हो‌ जाए, चोट लग जाए, आदि आदि तो इनके स्टाफ या इस कंपनी की कोई जवाब देही नहीं है, ना ही यह ज़िम्मेदारी लेते हैं।।

Hi Care health is a great company regards to medical health related services.i had taken there services for 1.5 yrs and had appointed couple of staff who were amazing in every aspect which made me continue with care health for last 1.5 yrs. Really wanted to thank every staff who have helped me taking care of my dad specially starting with VINEET, ASHISH, GAURAV, BIRESH AND FINALLY AADARSH. What these guys have done for my dad is incredible as they had treated my dad just like a family member and not only them every staff of care health does like this. Fraud company. They never said that if I take a break from the contract I need to use within 3 months which is not written anywhere. The contract clearly states in writing that it is valid for 11 months. I had taken a package for 10 days for my mother's care but used it for 1 day only as my mother passed away on the day of starting the contract. They told us that you can use the remaining amount anytime for other services like baby care which I needed but now they are saying that you need to take 1 month service and from the pending amount instead of 9 days they can give 5 days extra as an exception. My mental state was bad and my wife was in her 9th month of her pregnancy. Despite all of the situations my wife and I were going through they have refused to refund and have refused to give service of 9 days for baby care. Request everyone not to take their services.

My mother Daya Rani Bhatnagar 86+ went into ICU from 27 th December 2022 and came home on 01.01.2023. On Dr Advise 24 hrs nursing was needed at home.

The agency when contacted provided best nursing care to my mother as a family member. The nursing staff Yashoda took all responsibility all throughout. Today she is being relieved as my mother is comfortable and drastic change is there in talking walking eating
going to washroom on her own.

We needed a nursing assistant for my mom after her knee replacement surgery, because of Covid, I couldn’t be with my mom to take care of her and depended on Care Health Nursing services to provide good care to my mom. I have to say that my mother has been totally satisfied by the care provided by their nursing assistant and we would recommend their services to anyone looking for a nursing assistant.

We have this gir Sunita who has been living with us since November’2019. She came as a care taker but now seems a part of the family. She is utmost efficient in her job, takes care of the patient as if it’s one of her own that she is tending to. Would Highly recommend her.

Pathetic service, totally unprofessional in their approach. I was given an ubtrainun staff in the name of a care taker. I was told she has done basic nursing course of three months. She being a graduate couldn't even read simple English alphabets. I had tough time making her understand my mother's medicine. Most of the time I was taking care of my mother.
