I had purchased Crompton Amica Geyser from Amazon. Installation service was assigned to Care N Commit by Crompton Greaves. The Technician Hemant Kumar was a lier and arrogant. He charged me for connection pipes whereas it was mentioned in Amazon Product description that the pipes are free. Hemant neither have a receipt nor a job sheet after my several requests. So, I could not claim my money either from Crompton Greaves or from Amazon without a legally approved Receipt/Invoice.
This Service Center is spoiling the name of Crompton, they are non responsive, closed the service Ticket without even attending it. Total Fraud company, request not to deal with this Crompton Service Center.
Very poor service. I purchased a Crompton fan and when it was creating some problem, I called them up for service request. This company care m commit was assigned the service. When nobody cared to response, I called them up both on the given mobile number as well as on the landline. No one picked up or call back the whole day. I had to call my personal technician to get it repaired. No care no commitment, 3 rd class
Very poor in service no response for the customer and because of these the brand is going to disappoint its customers and i tried alot after complaint to tje centre there is no response or working contact number there to attend.highly disappointed to the services
I am from Delhi, Jamia Nagar. Personal suggestion to Delhi User's Do not purchase any kind of product from crompton service is so poor? And care and commit is service centre just making a fool last three months continuously till date today 01-08-2019 now planning to Police FIR against both Care & Commit / Crompton. They are reality service is zero and no commitment towards customer
