I was told by a representative that engraving on watches is not possible worldwide and I managed to get it engraved online thru Cartier website.

Cartier India, I absolutely love the brand. However, I’m immensely disappointed with the way the Indian reps are untrained/uneducated about the brand or customer relations.

One of the World’s top luxury iconic brand Cartier is famous amongst the rich & famous. Each jewellery is a masterpiece & holds a great value for investment. The Cartier stores are beautifully designed. Helpful staff that listens to your requirements carefully. All Cartier stores are worth a visit. It’s one of my favourite brand to go for.

I have experienced buying luxury items many times (jewelry, bags, clothes).

Buying the Cartier Love bracelet was on my wishlist for a while and finally my sister (who lives in Delhi) gifted it to me. We went to buy it from the Cartier showroom in Vasant kunj Emporio mall and if I have to summarize my experience in one word, it’d be disappointing.

I genuinely expected more from a luxury and EXPENSIVE brand like Cartier. And I do place blame not only on the staff but on the very evident lack of training - both on customer service and product information/history. I’m an enthusiast myself so I had a lot of knowledge of the product beforehand but I can only imagine how a new customer without much information could be easily misled due to the lack of product information provided. Also, the entire experience felt very “street like”.

To be specific, I tried a size of the bracelet which was ok but I also wanted to try the larger size just to be sure to which the sales person said “it’d be too loose for you”. The mistake I made was to not insist on trying it nevertheless. But I would expect them to tell a little more (BE TRAINED ON) to explain the various fittings of the bracelet (tight, regular, loose) and based on the customer’s choice of fitting, can buy the right size. I was not given any such information.

I bought the one size I tried (again due to my own mistake of not insisting but also not given an option by the staff). But a doubt lingered in my head about “what if the larger size was better”. After a week, I went back to the store to try the larger size and maybe exchange but the staff (who were honestly not interested and distracted) denied any exchange due to scratches (I didn’t wear the bracelet at all and honestly those scratches were made by the person who sold it to me in the first place while putting on and removing the bracelet). And this was after waiting to even get into the store for 30 mins. I anyway would’ve kept my current size but that’s not the point.

In conclusion, please work on training the staff on both product and more engaging manner. We go to buy “luxury” goods not just for the product but also the overall experience of it. This was a very underwhelming experience for me and I will definitely not be coming back to this store.

Hope the management reads this and plans a corrective action to improve the quality of service at their store.

Waiting queue to enter the place is a drama here.
They do not know how to understand customer requirement and how to treat customer.
Waited for 30 minutes and the staff was not interested in showing and then I left within 5 minutes.
Do try bvlgari just opposite to Cartier. Good staff, good collection and better designs and look

I had a great shopping experience!
I came on Monday in a daytime so the waiting time was not that long (anyway, we were planning to go to Burberry first) so after another shop, we came here and I made a purchase.

Sales advisor was very nice, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was comfortable.

I came out with the purchase of my dreams.

I went to try thier bracelette yesterday and the guy at the Emporio store in Delhi named Aditya pointed out on a gold ring that was inspired from the cartier love band saying, “oh this is not cartier”. I said no and just tried the bracelet and left. These sales persons selling things over the counter at luxury stores need to be trained better on empathy. I am probably never visiting again. Most pathetic experience.

Recently bought a bracelet. While I love the product, the service was impersonal and cold. At multiple points, we were just left waiting because the person helping us was busy with other people. Not something you expect from a brand like Cartier. This shouldn't feel like any other shop.

They have no waiting management. They take your number and never call you.
Also the guards they shut doors on your faces that was really rude. Whit this attitude they don’t deserve emporio mall.

Nice outlet with good ambience, though had a limited stock of their popular models. If only they advertised their store contact no to allow customers to enquire on specific model availablity. It would be most convenient.

They had so much attitude to even show the jewellery and were so rude. A lesson in how not to treat a customer. Don't judge a book by its cover!
