It's a good place for kids, I have bought my kids for the soft play area and also did my 5 year old B'day girl party which eventually turned out to be a pretty good option.

Basically you can expect a cosy place for kids to play and have fun independently while adults can stay outside without tension, eat in the restaurant or even go outside or to other floors for party. Yes people use this as a cretch or place to keep their kids safe while they enjoy some peace or have a good time.

Talking about the party option, it starts with 10 kids + 10 adults and go upto 30+30 easily with the size. Within the package you will get the play area for kids for about 3 hours total and unlimited snacks, soft drinks and lunch/dinner depending on the time of the day. In terms of extras you can book with multiple options like Games coordinator, kids billboard, photographer, additional decoration and much more. While in terms of food and service no regrets whatsoever. You can speak to them/visit for the package options for more information, I find them flexible to accommodate changes so worthy enough.

In the end while there are other options around both better and almost equal, this would turn out to be a reasonably good option!

The place good for the kids and ample space for parents to sit back and relax while kids do fun inside. They have glass in between sp that u can keep an eye on your kids.they have got big menu so that you can have snacks while waiting for your kids.
Parking is the big time concern here. You have to wait in order to get ur car park though they have valet parking but still.

We did not had the great experience yesterday.staff was busy talking to each other.not botheres to make the kids comfortale.we saw other parents too complaining about the same.food was average.took hell lot time to serve

My friend purchased a bottle for my daughter.when i opened it, i was shocked.poor quality, grey lines.seems like used

Play area is small. Food doesn't taste so good. Staff is not supportive. Service is slow. Moreover, products which they sell are of very cheap quality

I tried this 1st time.
Overall exp below average
1 rates are better as compare to other kids area
2. Noone intrested to attend at reception i waited for 5 minutes and the main girl was on call and othe girls standing there not intrested
3. I bought socks. I was given male socks in adults and my son got girlish socks and smaller sized becoz they only had that in stock
4. In restaurant table no water served
5. Food took 25 minutes to come
6. I ordered garlic bread but by mistake they delivered cheeze garlic bread
7 no tissues were served
8.1 restuarnt guy was keep coughing even he was cutting vegetable and still coughing and mask was down from his face

I had booked a party for my baby girl at this place. This is a genuine advice, i recommend the place for kids. The food is tasty, fresh and served on time. The decor and arrangements were also great. My guests complimented the food. Must go place with kids for outings and birthday parties.

Very nice, tidy place to celebrate birthday and other functions related to children, kids can be taken otherwise for ride, play and education purposes and leisure only children are allowed to play for one hour at charges of Rs 500.00 leaders can accompany to watch or they can sit to enjoy soft drinks, snacks and food also, children enjoyed the visit followed by lunch.

I celebrated my daughter’s 6th Birthday in Cartoony Planet, the food was awesome, decoration was amazing as requested for. Everyone enjoyed had fun and said food was delicious. The best part of the place is that the staff is super courteous They never say NO for anything. You ask for it and its there next moment.

We had a lovely time celebrating our twin daughter's 7th b'day here.very helpful and courteous staff.the whole event was well looked after in all aspects.definitely recommend for birthday parties

Well the first thing I noticed was that the attendents were not using their masks properly, it was pulled down to their chin. They looked very unhappy all the time. They just kept sitting at one place. And there were only two attendents one at the entrance and one near the ball pool. There was no one else though there were over 15 kids of various ages playing. Secondly the play area didn't have centralised AC. There were fans and only one area was cool. It was very hot and humid. The kids ofcourse never mind such things but they were all covered in sweat. There was a musty smell that is there when places are not well aired. There was dust in
all the corners which was proof of how much cleanliness was mangged in a area for children.

Very nice place to do birthday or any party for kids. Food is amazing. Nice decorations were done. Kids had super fun. Games coordinator had new games for kids as well as adults. So go and book your parties

Good place for Kids to have some fun playing in the arcade while the parents can sit and relax in the Cafeteria. Food was also decent.

Owner need to think about restaurant side seriously. There is no one who cater customers. I ordered a meal, waited for 40 minutes and left, no one cares who are sitting in dine area.

Amazing experience. Best ambience, snacks were very tasty. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Kids section is clean and our kids loved playing there. If you want to spend time with family and want kids to interact with one another. Best place. For kids birthday its a best and suitable place. Kids section has many attractive toys that can indulge kids for long time.

Just one word, Amazing! I have been to a lot of play areas in Delhi as I am a father to a little one and have a 5 year old nephew as well. Having seen it all I know the 3 things that matter: -

1. Play area/ attractions
2. Food
3. Service

I can undoubtedly say that Cartoony Planet shines in all 3 departments.
They have a space and galactic theme and everything from the rides, ambience and interiors resonates with it.

You get to taste lip smacking food while your kid enjoys in a world class play area. I had a chance to look inside and let me tell you I have a very sharp eye for detail.
Not even a single thing is there just for the sake of it. It’s a result of proper planning, execution and vision.
Kudos to the whole team of Cartoony planet for bringing this treat to West Delhi. I don’t have to head far away from home to have a fun time with my family anymore:)

A good place for your kids to take to enjoy their day. Staff is good and well mannered. Food options are also good. You can have your favourite snack and watch your kids have fun through glass.
