I had a wonderful experience of rental a car from Delhi airport to ghaziabad and I would highly recommend carzonrent to others for rent a car with reasonable price.

I must say, it was an exceptional experience with Carzonrent. The level of hygiene they maintained was truly up to the mark, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride. The provision of basic amenities such as water bottles, tissue box and sanitizer, added convenience to my travel. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking reliable and enjoyable car rental services.

Atmosphere of the company so nice and All the employee works at Carzonrent they all maintain the positive mindset in any kind of situation whether it's with Employees or trainees.

Very horrible experience,
iam actually right now in the trip, iam traveling from Delhi airport terminal 2 to mussourie, and they have sent a CNG vehicle which has almost nill boot space. But the worst part is the driver has never travelled by this route, and he is totally dependent on GPS, still it's ok.
MOST WORST PART IS THAT HE HAS TO SEARCH FOR CNG BUNK FOR EVERY 150 KMS, I MEAN HE HAS TO SEARCH and once he reaches or gets a CNG BUNK, there is a waiting time of atleast 20-30 mins each time. Even after complaining and speaking to cars on rent guys.it's of no use.driver contues the same as advised by the owners of vehicle not ready to listen these Carson rent guys.

Right now I am waiting since past 40 mins in queue for CNG and everytime whole family should get down from car with luggage on you while filling CNG. Never expected such hopeless behaviour by such famous guys.

Cancelled cars last minute with just barely an hour to go a few times. Stopped using them therefore.

Terrible experience.
The cab met with an accident before we even left the airport at 12: 00am and we were stranded on the road waiting for the replacement cab until after 12: 30am.
The airport office staff were rude and kept yelling and claiming it wasn't their fault the cab was rammed instead of being prompt and comforting.
For the prices they charge this is what you get as service recovery.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT SEND A CAR AFTER FOLLOW UP CALLS ONE GETS TO KNOW THAT NO CARS ARE AVAILABLE EVEN WIT PRIOR BOOKING AND RECONFIRMATION MAIL. REALLY SHAMEFUL

They are scammers, charged me 4 times of the actual cost when I have booked the service from Airport Terminal. Not recommended at all.
