Food was good, but parking is pathetic it took more than an hour to park car and that too on opposite roadside

I attended my cousin brother wedding at this banquet hall, and I was blown away by the quality of service and the attention to detail. Nice place, better security arrangements and complete hygiene. Only thing that bothered is the traffic jam around the place. It was heavily jamped due to 3-4 banquets in line there.

The service is really amazing. They are very courteous and take care of each guest personally. The decor and hall is spacious and luxurious. They had a huge variety of delicious food.

Banquet was ok, parking issue lot of other banquet causes mess with the traffic here, some issue with lighting photographs taken on the day was not upto the mark. Same camera phone when use in other places captures awsum cliks, main course was also not that great, dj was good however he should play music according to taste of the people dancing not of his own. He is Playing in a marriage party not a specific DJ party. Let's cover pros now snacks and chaat counter was great tikki was very good. Options available in chaat, snacks and mocktails were good. These are the reviews of ground floor hall.

It is excellent place for winter marriage, neat & clean, beautiful and near from metro except one thing it have not any single room for guest those live at whole night for rest or any other reason. And it is little bit costly too.

Good decoration with lots of props used for decoration. Very good staff ready to help. But lack of ventilation in side dining area which creates uneasiness 2-3 time in whole function. Arrangement for seating was not enough. Dinner arrangement was very good and tasteful.

The experience was too bad, just too bad.
I booked for the lunch, n you have given me in written that I have the hall till 4: 30pm. But the irony is, the main captain of yours, at 3pm started making pressure on my family n guest that to vacate it soon. Who the hell is he to say so? I booked with the price that was decided mutually; n the timings were stated by you.

The people of yours, they didn’t stop. They were more worried about the function that was to be held at night. You people ruined, just ruined the day, n that too horribly.

If someone ask me about booking with you, I would say, DON’T, just don’t book it, NOT EVEN IN YOUR DREAMS.

I attended a marriage party of my friends relatives recently. It was good experience. Here lots of variety of food was there. In start up also more then 10 item were present. In the winter I drunk lot of cold drink and eat Ice cream of three basic flavor. I want to finally say although variety was very big but taste was of medium level. It was not attractive at all. And was not satisfactory.

New property, well-maintained. Traffic and ensuing chaos in reaching the place can be a hassle. However, valet parking is provided. For any big event, the food fumes indoors can cause minor discomfort but that's a part and parcel of banquet culture.

Pathetic banquet pathetic staff.zero customer service.they spoiled our event just because we were little late in wraping down. DJ was not ready to play songs, he stopped song in the middle of the couple performance worst experience, half of the lights of hall was shut down by them during the event, no one was ready to hear us, don’t waste your time, money and respect in Casa Royal, Peeragarhi. I would give zero star to them.

The best decoration I had ever seen. The service was at its best, the staff here is well trained, the valet parking service, each and everything was the best. And the most important thing of any occasion, the food they serve is really tasty. #Valueformoney.

I dont know about the janakpuri branch but the new banquet opened in peeragarhi is the worst i have been. They purposily close the air conditioning, then they close the lights for 6-8 times during the event, not even a single waiter to serve food (i asked waiter to serve bread but dint get the same), I complaint the same to all the managers but not even a one responded back (purposily). Guys if u ever planning to book please think before doing the same. (they even charge full amount in advance)

I had attended my cousin sisters marriage ceremony. The service was fantastic. The staff were taking so much pain to make us have any thing we wanted. No one said no. I was very impressed there by seeing their quality service. I met the service manager and appreciated him for his best performance.

The only disadvantage is the parking availability. So be prepared to be disappointed if you need parking!

This place is really looks from inside and outside. It is nicely decorated for all the family functions like marriage, ring ceremony, birthday parties, etc. Seriously try it out once and you will love it for sure. Its food is really very tasty with many varieties.

I liked the services food, waiter services, valet parking facility. It's a 5 on 5 star Banquet. It is one of the best banquet i had seen and my experience was unforgettable. I have attened my friends wedding. Everything was just perfect.

I have attended functions in all the banquet halls in Peeragarhi belt but found this banquet hall to be one of the best with excellent decor, ambiance and delicious food.

The venue itself is extremely beautiful and looks luxurious. The staff is courteous and professional.
But the biggest highlight of this venue is its catering.

The food choices are extremely varied and u will have a difficult time choosing dishes from their lavish menu. And each dish is extremely good to taste.seems like they have a special chef for each dish. The food was so delicious that all my guests complemented me again and again.

I can not recommend it more! Definitely will host more events at this venue.
