Casa Royal Janak Puri

Located just adjacent to Karol bagh market. Stayed two nights in this hotel, pleased to say we were happy with our stay. Rooms were near and clean and room service was quick to respond. I would definitely suggest anyone if they are visiting delh

Food is just so good.every item from snacks to main course is delicious.
Banquet hall at 3rd floor is new hence looks fresh and beautiful.

Great food and service. Good place for around 100 people gathering. Booked for B'Day function and enjoyed the arrangements and overall service.

Only bad thing was consistent pushing by vallet parking people and guard for tips. Doesn't looks good and makes unnecessarily uncomfortable situation.

Great place, big hall best for 50 to 60 people. Food quality was good and has a vallet service for car parking for which you will get a token with a number and you need to use that to get the keys back. Overall great service.

Pros - The banquet hall is good for parties and family functions. Food is excellent. Service is also good.

Cons - Waiters, guard, valet parking staff all of them asks for tips, that too by their own set of amount.

I had arranged my daughter's first birthday function here. Valet parking was handled by two persons who asked for tips from all the guests (with minimum amount 50rs, yes that's correct as they were not happy with 20 rs) and from the host (us) as well.

Now I don't understand why Casa Royal is not paying their staff properly? Infact they are supporting their staff in such activities. Upon complaining they simply said it's ok for their staff to ask for such tips. The staff who served in hall asked for 3100rs, while gate guard asked for 500rs and the valet service person asked for 500 and demanded tips from each and every guest!

My suggestion to Casa Royal team - Stop this nonsense and look into this matter so that host doesn't have to face such embarrassing situations.

Decent place for organizing the event of 100-150 people. Food is delicious and ambience is also good.

Decoration, cleaning, food, floor all r good but staff specially floor manenge I don't like it, his not behave like a gentleman

Worst place and worst attitude, they distroy my whole function and even the did function in a whole lockdown

AC's were not working. Everything was finished and everything was rough.

Today their was our great family program, unfortunately at the end of our function, infront of the casa royal, two bike rider anache the gold chain from one lady n fled away, we aak to official lady sitting in side office to show the recording of their front camera, but she refuse I immediately make police control room the the show, sir the hotal management is very rood bahevior, pl do not go their ceremony. Banquet is good but food is not good as well as service is very pathetic.

Compare to Mayapuri Casa Royal is far better than Janakpuri Casa Royal

A real good banquet on shaili peaow. Near janakpuri. Actually it's on the road. Nice decor. And ya I must mention the food is awesome.

The banquet was beautiful, amazing service. One thing which i disliked was at the end of the function every waiter and gatekeeper and valet parking people were asking for money as shagun.and when i gave to one, the other ones constantly kept asking me for more money.

Good location, 400 meters from Janakpuri west metro station. Limited Parking available. Beautiful banquet hall, good ambience, tasty food with lots of variety. Good for parties and functions.

Was Pathetic Experience though we have celebrated 2 occasions there but they don't know how to treat with repeat client,
very arrogant attitude they use to put conditions on Customers like they are the only one who are serving in this market.they should know how to behave with clients 2 weeks back we have taken quotation from them in written and got multiple calls from staff for booking when finally we went back to book they were putting conditions of giving higher package with high cost.this is our wish which package we want to book.i am sure like me many customers also faced the same too.

Marvellous Place for functions like birthday party, roka, ring ceremony,
Somehow weddings are also done but for that many floors have to be booked.
The food is up to the mark, staff is not good at all, security is not strict, no large parking facility is available, the decoration is good, air-conditioning, but as per there rates service's have to be improved by them

This hidden gem is very well maintained and beautifully decorated Banquet Hall which has maximum capacity of 100 people. Ambience as well as Seating Arrangement is good. Pure Vegetarian food served here is very delicious and mouth watering. As far as rates per plate is concerned it is affordable. Valet parking is available outside the banquet.

I had attended my cousin brother's marriage ceremony. The service was fantastic. The staff were taking so much pain to make us have any thing we wanted. No one said no. I was very impressed there by seeing their quality service. I met the service manager and appreciated him for his best performance.

An ok place for small functions. Food quality found to be average, especially the desserts need to be improved. Music is loud and bit annoying. Clean toilets and have valet parking.

Good place for bigger gatherings such as wedding, lagaan, etc. Located near to janakpuri west metro station. But there is an issue for car parking.

Gone there for booking after talking with Thier executive but when I reached there they said that it is already booked lack of coordination between the staff.

Good place for small parties. Only con is they don't maintain the proper hygiene. Water was on the floor. Most of the cleaning staff were busy to pack food in their water bottles

Extremely good venue for small to.medium sized parties. Easily accessible via road and via Metro. They also provide Valet Parking.

The venue itself is extremely beautiful and looks luxurious. The staff is courteous and professional.
But the biggest highlight of this venue is its catering.

The food choices are extremely varied annd u will have a difficult time choosing dishes from their lavish menu. And each dish is extremely good to taste.seems like they have a special chef for each dish. The food was so delicious that all my guests complemented me again and again.

I can not recommend it more! Definitely will host more events at this venue.
