I had a very excellent experience with mr prem prakash ji on sec -3 cashify store…. Very good in nature and a good personality with good work experience

Nice and quick service by cashify. Hassel free service. Done a battery replacement of my iphone in just 10m. Service engineer Mr Chander Mohan was very helpful and knowledgeable about all parts.
Overall a very happy experience.

There timing is till 8: 30pm. And they mentioned their 10 pm. I arrived 8: 45 they said our system is closed now. You have to come tomorrow. The next day I arrived at 8: 30 they were telling me same reason that you are late, you have to come tomorrow. Really bad staff they don't value the time of costumers. Cashify is good but this branch is terrible. Netaji Subhash place branch is too good they opened till 10: 30 and really nice staff.

My iPhone screen was broken since years, and it took Prem Prakash only 10 minutes to fix it, right in front of me. His expertise and valuable experience in the field was very evident when he got to working with the device. He was very courteous and an absolutely amazing person to have been assigned for the visit. Worst Company to do a deal with.
Initially, the app calculated a total value of 3,390 for my phone basis all the details that I provided. When the technician visited, he drastically reduced the selling price to 2,400 with an option to increase it to 2,700, only if I sell right away. After 2 days, the co.salesperson reached out to me again with a revised final selling price of 3,010, but again the same technician visited and said we will only pay 2,700. This Company and it's promises are bogus.

Prem Prakash was the person who came to repair my Poco F1. He has changed my phones battery 3 times and yet i have to visit the store for the 4th tome to get my battery changed. First and worst experience.

My IPhone X audio receiver was not working at all. When I visited IPhone customer care I was advised that it will cost 25,000 rupees or else you would need to sell it at 11,000 rupees. One of my advised me to contact Cashify.

Initially, I was skeptical about the expertise of Cashify technician and what will happen if they damage my phone. Mr Prem Prakash was assigned to repair my phone. He came to my home, repaired my phone in front of me, told me about the part which has been replaced and also made me comfortable about Cashify’s services. He is very nice, knowledgeable and extremely good in customer handling.

I would like to recommend him in future to any in my family or friend circles as he is a genuine advisor and very professional.
