I purchased two Casio watches one ECB 900 Rs. 17000/- and another one Rs. 4400/- but bothe watches after few months gone defective.
But their customer service is good.

Nice service centre for casio. The person who deal with customers is so gentle. The main reason for 3 star is that they even don't have some specific components of watch which an authorised centre must have. I felt little kind of disappointment

Never, I repeat Never choose their pickup and drop service for repair work, better get it done from Roadside Shop. They took 21 days just for a battery replacement and that too they woke up when I made multiple followups. The team is not at all professional, no written communication just false commitments on call.

They make take 20-25 minutes to sort out your problem but they will be polite all the way through

I had gifted my father a Casio watch and he wore it for many years. As he passed away, the only thing which i kept of him was that watch. This watch had sentimental value for me. I brought it to this service centre for general repair like battery change, service etc. Outside there is a small cafe which one can spend his time while waiting.

I wanted to buy a sporty kinda watch so i was checking g shock watch online few days back which was showing a yellow colour extra band with it, but in hustle i forgot to check exact model number and i booked another one and when i received it i found i made a mistake and its not the same model it was Casio GA-900-1ADR (G1057) Youth Fashion, i read their terms and conditions for replacing or returning i saw they have mentioned clearly i can replace it with another watch of same amount so i called them but i got surprised with the response of a lady she said sir we some issues with delivery person so right now we can't replace it you can only return it. Maybe later they can deny for returning policy too if their have problem with their delivery person, didn't expected that from huge brand like g shock.

Went on dec 2020. Staff were less due to covid. So Security gaurds full filling their role at reception, cashier counter with utmost interest. Watch gets qurantine for 72hrs before repair. You will get notified on msg when your watch is repaired. Battery replacement for casio compass model 360rs (2 battery). Other one with single battery 240rs.
Its better to replace battery here, not to void warranty

First of all it was a matter of just 30 minutes for changing the battery of my wrist watch but as because of Covid situation, i agreed to deposit the watch and was told that the service center people will contact me, however i have not received any call whatsoever and it's been more than a week. And when i call the number given to me, NOBODY answers the call and if once answered, i was given a toll free number which is GOOD FOR NOTHING! NOBODY answers that number and you end up wasting time on IVR!

I NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM CASIO. SERIOUSLY!

मैं अपनी घड़ी बिल्कुल सही चलती हुई दे कर आया था उसका ऊपर का गिलास और रिंग गिर गया था 7 दिन बाद फोन आता है कि आपकी घड़ी खराब है उसमें ₹7000 का खर्चा है आपकी घड़ी की कोई वैल्यू नहीं रही है हम आपको नई घड़ी पर 30% का डिस्काउंट दे देंगे बाहर मैंने उसमें गिलास और रिंग डलवाया और उसने हजार रुपे का खर्च आया और वह घड़ी बिल्कुल सही हो गई है

The erstwhile building that housed Rai University in Mohan Cooperative Estate. My first visit took me on a loop since entry is from the rear through a very inconspicuous path.

The building has multiple offices. Casio is on the 1st floor. You're greeted by a very competent guard who manages most of the front office transactions.

I didn't have to interface with any employee. A place having very established processes.

Also they will tale care of your product like their own.

UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE WARRANTY POLICY, EVEN IF U HAVE GENUINE WARRANTY CARD WITH BILL NO AND DATE WRITTEN ON IT, STILL NEED BIL TO GET THE WATCH REPAIRED AS PER INDIAN CONSUMER LAW YOU EITHER NEED BILL OR WARRANTY CARD. WORST SERVICE NEVER BUY WATCH OF CASIO

Casio service center. Gud for service and repair but response from office staff is little bit offbeat.

What I loved about this Casio facility is the hospitality that I received upon entering it where u travel a long distance n then u received bottled mineral water. This place is located on violet METRO Line of MOHAN ESTATE and is at walkable distance in the road itself just some 4-5minutes walking. They changed my watch strap ie made my watch strap small according to my wrist at FREE OF COST! Without any scratch! And thats I loved about being professional in what they do. Don't go to 3Ed party shops they may change ur straps but will give u with scratch, thats disheartening especially when u haven't wore or inaugurated the watch. Also the 6 months extended warranty of Casio takes time if we do by our self but if we do from their side it take in seconds to get approved for said 6months warranty extension.

Very Different Environment you will see once you enter in office it's like classroom with students. Building is good but pin drop silence you will see once you enter in office.

Excellent customer service. The staff are very professional and courteous. They have always promptly attended to my requests. Very unlike Casio Service Centre NOIDA. Highly recommend Casio service centre in Okhla, New Delhi.

The Casio head office is also having a service centre for repair of watches, music systems and calculators. The staff are cooperative and professionally manage all service related issues. Proper inspection is done on the device and cost and timeline for servicing is provided with original parts. The service centre sticks to the committed timelines and ensure service issue is sorted out with warranty period.

Most worst customer service ever been seen. Minus 5 star from my side. There are 5 number with me none of them is picked up by casio Rep trying from 3 days continuously. Plz don't buy any product from casio very bad experience

Nice customer care.gr8 customer service and example for how well treat customer on their visit. Gr8 hospitality. After Entry take 2nd gate straight to 2nd floor.u will be right at Casio service center.earlier all building complex used to be Rai university where I used to study.

I got a watch back in March, where I found connectivity issue with my mobile and there support team is very responsive as they have resolved my query in no time especially Ms. Sushil Khanna.

Extremely poor service. We gave a casio keyboard to them for repairing about 2 weeks ago. And now they have stopped answering all calls and texts regarding the same.
