Good rooms but room service is not upto standard no waiter ti carry our bags we have to carry ourown

The best hotel experience I ever feel. The hotel's staff is so good especially respestion. Best environment like home. Must stay.

An average hotel, 3 star is too much for their rooms.below average food, rusted bathroom, foul smellroom

Caspia Hotel is 4 Star Hotel Present at Haiderpur, Shalimar Bagh Near Badli Mor. Its location Comes Under North West Delhi. Near Passport Office Shalimar Bagh & Galaxy Toyota Showroom.

I found this place on cherishX and booked a romantic lunch buffet for valentine's day.

Tasty food, good music and beautiful decoration.

I'd have rated 5 stars if they had not asked us to wait for decorations and it took 30 mins for them. They should have done it earlier since they were already aware about our time of arrival in advance. Anyways tasty food and good service made me happy.

My friend losts his Gold Ring in Hotel room for this he was sure. He called the hotel same day of checkout but either they didn't find it or they didn't returned it. He is much sure about the latter.

Staff is helpful. I liked my stay. Food is little bit on the expensive side. But overall experience was good. Slippers were not available, that was a real bummer as I had to roam in the room with my shoes on always. Other than that, staff is happy to help anytime.

Not at all good arrangement, they only do their publicity they don't even ask their customers a glass of water and their staff don't have sense how to talk to their customers. Staff was not following COVID Protocols.

Services is very poor, you have to remind them on daily basis for hospitality services, food quality is very bad, it's waste of money

Worst staff and worst hotel policies.they cheat youand provide fake documents to the outsiders. They also have the worst food and the owner himself takes money from you and provide you information about guest to anyone.

The place is value for money.conference hall capacity of 30. Good food. The only challenge is It has lots of mosquito. Gym is as good as no gym. No pool. Security is good.

Checked in to this hotel, as part of one of our tour.

The cot is like a table, the height is more than 2.5 '

Supposed to be a star hotel, but the room size is very small.

And for this small room size, the rent is too high.

Visited for a lunch on visit of our company president. It was buffet having veg, non-veg, Chinese cuisines. Butter chicken not up to expectations, Dal makhani quite thick. Good ones are paneer, Manchurian, noodles, gulab jamun. Overall good. Not sure on pricing part since paid by finance.

The food here is pretty bad. And if you are going to stay for a long time like I did, it starts feeling pretty monotonous because of their limited options in food.

I have tried to book the banquet there for my corporate event but the concerned banquet sale guy. Mr praveen yadav is not aware how to talk with customer. Pathetic hospitality.

I really enjoyed it so much and the Hotel services was so good, there were free breakfast, free wi-fi and also the Airport shuttle facility, the staff was very well disciplined n helpful n dey maintain proper cleanliness. The room was cleaned n comfortable. Hope to come soon.again the hotel was good all the amenities is good it's clean.

Very Much Disappointed while Writing this Email.

Last Night we went their for Birthday celebration of My Daughter.

Your Staff Served me, untasty, and Bassi Food (Means Old Food).
When I Asked them the Soup is required. They Did not Pay any Attention.and I Requested for the same to 2-3 People. Then One Person Served it, The same was Just Lower than a Street 5 Rupees Bowl Soup.

We have not Cutted our Birthday Cake at this Place and Bring the same Back.

Our Party was All Spoiled.

Further - We informed that We are Here for one Celebration for 04 Aug, and Just Wanted to see the Program. But they Did not pay any Attention.

I feel Cheated and Looted and My money Aroud 4500 was a Waste.

Their Sweet Dish (Ghwer) was Just Leaving Water. Their Plates were not Clean.

I Ordered one Chili Paneer, It was too Full of Bad Smell. More thing, please do not Visit with Family, that place is not Safe.

The hotel is very good and decently priced. The hotel service is also very good and the staff is very warm and welcoming. The washrooms are clean and the rooms are centrally air conditioned with thermostat control. The beds are not the best but manageable as they are too springy. The food buffet is expensive but really good. It is also close to the yellow line (Rs 10 electric rickshaw away) making commute very easy

Located at Rohini, in the the outskirts of Delhi and it proximity to the Delhi Technical University, the hotel is mostly accommodated by business and targeted travellers rather than explorers and tourists. The 24x7 restaurant Linx serves a delectable variety along with a commendable breakfast spread. The rooms are comfortable and the service is quick. However there is no swimming pool as promised on their website.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Delhi (near Haiderpur) for a couple days while on a business trip or a short layover Caspia Hotel provides a good budget option.
Rooms are spacious and washrooms are good.
The rooms are air conditioned and are well isolated from the extreme temperatures of Delhi.
The staff here is courteous and most requests are acted upon immediately
Had the breakfast here, they have a very good spread including South Indian as North Indian dishes. They also have fresh juices and fruits.
There is also a live egg counter.

Visible from a long distance and great manufacturing. Entrance and first look is impressive. Hotel staff and services are attractive. Nearby from India gate and CP. From the top of the building the scenes are fabulous. Situated on janpath hence no traffic problem. Hotel is in quite place. Clean and hygienic.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel, the staff is courteous and the rooms are pretty clean. Inside rooms, you have pretty much every basic need available. The food here was average. Hotel is decent as compared to the cost it charges.

Just now I'm spending my days here in Delhi at caspia hotel, I have no words to describe the quality and hospitality of the restaurant and hotel, rooms are absolutely outclass with too much facilities inside there like mini refrigerators, coffee making facilities, lockers and especially washrooms are too clean.
Services are best here with the kind language used by the waiters feels like I am at home.

No water in Washroom.
Washroom taps are non operational.

Nice place and location, comfortable rooms, very good food and good service. For group handling need some more experienced staff and personal attention.
