During my daughter’s wedding dinner at Hotel Vasant Continental (New Delhi), all arrangements for Chaat were made by CATERING VALA and we (including all extended family members) are not only whole heartedly satisfied by the services but also, we are extremely happy & contained with the support.

My First and Most hearty reaction is that the CHAAT was Amazing.

With mouth-watering memories, I can describe that Dahi Bhalla, Papri Chaat, Gol Gappe, Aloo Tikki, Pao Bhaaji and all additional items were extremely tasty. We were finding difficult to shift from one chaat counter to another because it was not easy to stop eating one item and shift to new item served in next stalls. Every item proved delicious and tempting.

Catering Vala also served the “Kesar Hot Milk” during wedding dinner. Guests enjoyed the hot milk very much and were feeling at home due to delicious and high quality kesar yellow milk. This was in high demand at wedding.
Last but not the least is exemplary personal care by the team leader Mr Subodh Gupta. Such a nice person he is, that you will find him like a family member, taking care for your function. He is fully aware about guest requirements and needs. To ensure that everything remains organised and well in control during function, Mr Gupta keeps himself available at the venue for taking care of each finer details. I salute his “untiring support” and “always ready gesture” for all possible improvements to make the functions memorable.
