The sessions were very effective and continuity exercises suggested have given me great relief. They do give lot of time and especially engage themselves through out the process unlike in some other physiotherapy sessions that I have gone through.

I visited CB physiotherapy with chronic neck pain and shoulder stiffness.
Dr Palak was quite meticulous in her diagnosis and drafting a suitable treatment plan. Was treated by Dr Shahla and Dr Iqra subsequently during my week long therapy.
I felt much better right after the first session and following sessions helped relieve pain and stiffness. The doctors at the centre are well trained and quite efficient in delivering the appropriate therapies. The centre is well established, clean and very warm and comfortable.
I was advised posture correctness and some home stretching to maintain muscle strength and I feel much better now.
Would definitely recommend if you are in search of a good physiotherapy centre in the South Delhi area.
