Very bad service by dealer, staff I'd very unconscious even GM also very rood behaviour.
Do not visit at celebrate Honda ever

Executives are stupid don't know how to handle customer and have very rude behaviour even worst than that of a SBI employee

Experience was ok ok.

Because they are not provided good deal with discount as per employee company not provided any discount due to have demand product.

Bt I think some authority have it in authorised centre which they can provide better and reasonable.

Also then can take less amount in loan interest

Very pathetic experience, these people are more focused oriented on increasing their sales and will keep you calling until you will not buy inventory from them.

There is no after sales service and one has to coordinate with showroom for an update. Most importantly person who will pick your call will say I am not the concerned person and will ask to call after sometime instead taking ownership to call back and inform customer.

I purchased Scooty in the month of August 2022 but haven't received any call that my number plate is ready and can be fixed. Moreover they even don't apply any temporary number which led me into trouble as traffic police stopped me and asked me to surrender my scooty to them. Upon calling showroom, they put my call on hold instead convincing police personnel.

My vehicle registration is already generated but I haven't received any call from showroom to come and collect it.

If you are planning to buy any honda vehicle, I would urge to give preference/ explore other dealers instead of buying from celebrate honda.

This is very genuine feedback which I have encountered after buying vehicle from them. However, if you can compromise and forgo above experience, feel free to encounter the same by purchasing from them.

3 महीने पहले मैंने होंडा लीवो 110cc celebrate honda (Address: - 59-60, Swami Dayanand Marg, Pillar No-62, Near PNB Bank, Arjun Nagar, Jagatpuri, Delhi, 110051) से परचेस की l एक हफ्ते चलाने के बाद उसमें gear शिफ्टिंग की प्रॉब्लम आने लगी सर्विस के टाइम मैंने अपनी बाइक की प्रॉब्लम बताइ और उसके बाद मुझे कम से कम 7 से 8 बार सर्विस सेंटर बुला लिया गया l लेकिन उसके बाद भी मेरी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं हुई है अब तक मेरी बाइक कम से कम छह से सात बार खुल चुकी है और सर्विस सेंटर वाले बाइक के पार्ट्स खोल देते हैं और जो पार्ट्स खराब है उसको चेंज नहीं कर रहे और बोलते हैं कि सर bs6 में यह प्रॉब्लम आ रही है l ये लोग कस्टमर को एक सर्विस सेंटर से दूसरे सर्विस सेंटर पर भेजते रहते है l Patparganj Honda Service Center के टेक्नीशियन और मैनेजर प्रॉब्लम को इग्नोर करते हैं और बोलते हैं सर आपका वहम है मेरी बाइक अभी वारंटी में है और सर्विस सेंटर वाले उसको चेक करने के लिए पैसे मांग रहे हैं

Get your vehicle serviced from outside in front of you.

Very poor customer service. I gave activa for service and when I visited to collect my vehicle, I paid the bill amount and all formalities were done and i was ready to collect vehicle but here is the catch.

When i showed them the gate pass, they told me to find my vehicle own my own in the whole premise and after finding the vehicle they told me to get the key also and i quote 'by my own'. I mean what sort of deception is this. You are the service giver you should deliver it by yourself instead of making customer.just pathetic

Its a honda Two wheeler showroom at which you can buy any honda motor cycle or scooter like activa most ranked scooter, if we talk about the staff that is too much co-operative & well descent but this place is not good for Girls employee due to a GM who is flirty type & act as like blacklisted person, Girls feel unsafe with him, he is not a good person as many of girls staff already complained in group or to MD but no strict action taken against him so i advised to all girls staff not to join here.

Breach of Trust and Theft happen at Celebrate honda Workshop they do not have trust worthy workshops. Theft of petrol happen experienced today only you people can't imagine and trust they can remove anything. I was so lucky because I click the picture of my scooter fuel meter and kms driven. So I got the claim of fuel. Do not submit your scooter over there.

Varieties of options are there for activa.staff attitude was not upto the mark.it can be improve more in a sense of proper customer service.team coordination are lacking.not trying to pitch additional features or explaination properly.rest my advice for new customers go any showroom with prior knowledge of vehicle.it will be easier for you at the time of purchasing the vehicle.

You can go here also.discounts will be there.so overall it's good.but it can be best if they follow customer service ethics & internal teamwork properly.

Staff and showroom both are good. They are not putting unnecessarily pressure to the customer to buy the accessories. Ex-showroom price, insurance and RTO, just 3 things on which they are selling the vehicles whereas others not.
