The claim advisor Mr. Mohan Saini is nice and cooperative but the General Manager Mr. Sunil Kumar is not good as he misleads everyone and after complaint is company regarding parts he removes the complaint and talks rudely also.
Bogus staff, lethargic and unprofessional behaviour of each and almost every person except Mr. Anil, who is i guess is supervisor or manager. Go on your own risk, costs and consequences.
It's Honda showroom service center and also available Puc or pollution certificate for BS6 vehicles with Rs90 cost. It's great service. It's opening timeing 9am morning sharp.

The behavior of crm is very good. She is very supportive. She listens to the customer's complaint very well and also gets the vehicle repaired properly, before that I was dissatisfied but now I am satisfied. First time visited. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Quick work done and provided much needed guidance as per my requirement. I really appreciate their ways of working and behaviour.
Never Recommend. Service advisors are make fool to customers, and add unnecessary work in job card without taking permission from us, and mechanics are also doing fraud from customers. They do not change.engine oil, but service center charged full money of engine oil, They do not wash Vehicle with Water, They apply only air pressure for few seconds on Vehicle.which is called Dry Wash from Them. Totally make fool to Customers.

Warning! These are Fraudsters. They don't service your vehicle they just wash your vehicle and give it back to you. My vehicle is BS6 variant and after the service the vehicle is failing the pollution test. They don't even open the engine oil compartment to change the engine oil. This is how they make money.
Even before you explain your requirements or issues required to be attended, the advisor or the vehicle receiving executive lists out seven to eight items whether you agree or not citing company policy. No arrangement for safe custody of helmets etc. Can not see your vehicle being serviced. Vehicle cleaned only by air blower said to be dry wash. Superficial dirt gets blown off but sticking grime left out.
Please, don't go celebrate honda. I went for normal service for activa and they gave me a hefty bill of Rs 5500-/ and after few days the race wire was broken. I my self tow the activa for 4 kms to celebrate honda, then again they charged me Rs 3800-/, when i asked for bill they said bill operator left for day.
Celebrate Honda service centre is well equipped with modern machines and trained workshop employees. However, there is no system followed while taking and delivery of the vehicle.
The same on very good location. But dont go there for your honda two wheeler service as there ask only for more mony and not talk friendly. There they can't give Satisfation for the same.
The worst service center ever. They will ask you 3 hours time for the service but they will take the whole day for service. The billings system is not organised. They have the busiest center but have only one billing counter. They make the customer wait for hours just for the billing. No power backup in case of electricity outage hence you have to wait for the power to get your billing done. They will never have the change so you have to always pay them extra. Should suggest everyone to not waste your time here. You will regret wasting your weekends in service center only.
Dear All Customer, There is a fraudulent service center just wash the scooty/bike and give it away no service, no engine oil, gear oil etc nothing adds this to your scooty/bike, consumer will be seated in the waiting room and service centre people start cheat on consumer, my advice to you is that don't you visit this service center or else you can be cheated despite hearing the complaint, these people do not listen.
Service is good but customer support through telephonic is very bad no body responds or if any one received they try to ignore or say anything that's doesn't mean.
Service is good. But staff management is not upto the mark. Charge is slightly more than the other service center. Pre bookings available but don't put much interest on pre bookings. No proper place to wait around. Near to the hasanpur metro depot. Near to the yamaha service center.
Overall they seemed to have all the equipments which is needed for them to complete the job, only thing which seems to be missing is the attitude of staff towards the customers as the Honda brand is very strong and vehicles is selling on it's goodwill, So they don't seemed be worried about solving customer issues.

I am recently done with 3rd service of my Hornet xBlade. Stills i am facing severally issues out of which engine hearing and extremely low mileage is bothering me the most, even the first and second service were not effectively done. But after the 3rd one is done, the problems are even more. Mechanics didn't not bother to listen to my complaints, instead they carry on with the regular routine they follow. The problem I mentioned were ignored to the core and no resolution have been provided even after saying the same thing multiple times.

Poor service provide me i was give my scooty for service last month at celebrate honda workshop geeta colony nd i said to advisor that my scooty battry is not working plz charge but he did not call me nd confirm me.nd when i had taken my delevry than he said me he have not charging machin so you will go patparganj workshop and yesturday i was give my scooty for charging battry but same when i have taken my scooty after 4 hour than he have battry checked machin not working now my scooty same condition battry prob.
