I love this Petrol Pump, every staff here good and good behaviour.they very Respect their Customers. Love it one again

Nice service but while paying through Paytm it took long time. The person first verified through individual phone that's okay but again go inside to verify from manager. Disgusting.

Looks like a compact IOC COCO fuel pump. They are located next to the IOC office. Brightly lit with a different canopy from other pumps, the staff seem pro-active in dispensing fuel and filling air. Their automatic air filling machine has few flaws - max pressure that can be set is 41psi and the machines hangs often. They have both nitrogen and normal air option for free. However, they don't have contact details board of the manager displayed.

Four star just because the building infrastructure and social initiatives which they have taken to take care of a near by park. I didn’t get a chance to enter the building because of obvious reasns. But will definitely try in future if i can cover it from inside as well.

Everything is fine but sometimes they takes too much time and don't think someone is standing behind and waiting. Bcz that guys also in hurry. And sometime I felt staff's are lazy. And One more think there is a Pollution Checking centre the person who is sitting there and checking the pollution of vehicle's he takes too much time and Once I was there in morning and asked feom him are you doing pollution he said Yes, then park my vehicle infront of the pollution centre. I asked from are you doing pollution said yes. I said Ok hardly it takes 10 to 15 minutes to done the pollution. But that time in the morning as he comes out from his cabin for put the pollution check wire in my vehicle cylincer that time He was Intoxicated and I shocked. And I ask from pollution done or not he said yes then I paid amount of check. After that I received a pollution certificate that was NIL I ask from him where is my vehicle number photo and where is pollution date. He said machine is not working that was the checking charges I said you are making me a fool since last twenty minutes you are saying I'm doing pollution but you didn't do anything. And Petrol pump staff were also supporting him then I said, If I will use abuse language that will be a better niether he did pollution nor return my money back. He should let me know machine is not working you can come anytime or in afternoon. But the guys who was sitting in the pollution cabin were INTOXICATED. So Guys Beware of these kind of persons at petrol pump and everywhere they can met you anywhere. And company is giving the job of that kind of person who didn't respect for their job. Beware Indian oil corporation. Pls take action against these kind of person who didn't respect the customer's. And there are stickers Pls check ZERO before filling. But meter is starting from Rs 19. Pls chk carefully but last time I ask him meter was starting from Rs 19. Bcz it's start very fast. That time he said ask from my manager. But that time he said we can't do anything.

You have to be alert if you don't want to get cheated by the staff. They tried to cheat me, my friend and have heard such stories from others as well.

Excellent oil company comes under 500 fortune companies. Work culture is excellent. It's customers are highly satisfied. The quality of its Products are very good and meet the national standards.

Skip it. Although it's a newly renovated place, it's equipments and services are mostly out of order. Staff is immature and inexperienced. Better to skip it and get services on the next station. Saves the hassle and irritation.

This is a company owned and company operated (COCO) station so I trust the quality and quantity of petrol that I get. But hold on, I was tried to be cheated by the staff which I carefully avoided thanks to my past experiences with petrol pump cheatings. Do get down of your vehicle and insist on the receipt that is generated by the machine that fills your fuel.generally you will find it trustworthy. One advice, please don't use the services of the an outlet for deflated/ punctured tyres here 'Puncture Man'. They will just make a fool of you and tend to have a malpractice of making you show more punctures in tyres than actually are.instead use the services of the one at th footpath ahead.

Setup is only very impressive not the service I visited the station and found very un professional and lack of management. It was around 10 pm and I need to travel for 200 km beacuse of an emergency, and my tyres were near about flat.so i thought to get fuel tank full where I can get air for tyres as well, from outside it seems that this is right place.
Even i asked before filling petrol about this they said ho jayega, after getting fuel tank full, i requested the staff to fill air in tyres but they said nobody is there to do that and they said asked me to wait. Even after waiting for 30 minutes I left the petrol pump and faced the situation what I was expecting.

Average service and no que maintained for filling the fuel, mismanaged, I don't recommend this to anyone.

Worst experience. Although I am also responsible partly for it, but I believed the person dispensing petrol. Today ie 15th April, 2018 at around 1422 hrs I stopped for refueling. I was thinking it is COCO petrol station of IOC. I asked for refueling of Rs 500 petrol. The attendent white complexion at the third row from the road side took the order. He did draw my attention a SOP, telling me sir please check zero and I checked it was zero at the meter. He did put pipe inside the mouth of tank but did not fill it. I was busy making payment by card. Later on when I was on road may be after 5 km I realized that that my fuel meter needle was at the same place. Which indicated that the refueling was not done. This is unique way of cheating. Next time I will be more vigilant at all petrol pumps. But this review is for others who stop by for refueling.

This is a good indian oil petrolpump but staff is not good so i sugesst any person take petrol check this time clearly

Clean and hyginice place and good and fair quantity of All types of Oil with good service and friendly staff.

Very nicely maintained, COCO petrol pump. Least chance of cheating. (Price is little higher ~2ps/Ltr) but worth the service.
