Central Board of Secondary Education

Is there any dummy school concept in delhi i heard, we dont have to come to school for 11 12th class, pay full fees and gets attendance and only appear for 12 cbse practical and board exams? Is there any school?

Have supportive staff. I went there to take migration certificate which was made within 3 days of applying. There is separate counter for marksheet and migration certificate.
