Decent place. Looks like an average government hospital. Not that neat & clean. Also, You'll have to stand in a really long queue to visit the doctor and even to take a referral because the dispensary is surrounded by Central Government Quarters.

Typical Govt.hospital dispensary. You'll always find people quarreling for their number in the line. Also doctors work very slowly. So, it's preferable that you should book an appointment online and go here at 7 a.m. If you go after 8, then you are definitely going to waste your 2-3 hrs or so.
27 अक्टूबर 2022 22:58
Unprofessional staff.my mother waited for her turn.like 3hrs and when her number came.doctor suddenly asked online patients to come in.they don't deserve to be there.they don't care about your time.every government sector.is worst and waste.better.go for private sector.atleast better then these government services

Too much rush between 7.30 a.m. To 10 a.m.
The registration counter is now a days opening delayed around 7.45 for registration for public to get themselves registered with visiting Dr.

Mr Meena, CMO Should think of increasing the indented medicine counters to at least two. The rush on Indented medicine counter is abnormally High. The first floor of the dispensary can be utilised for improving the services and reducing the rush by including one more pharmacy/medicine store at first floor.

Doctors are very patient with employee/beneficiaries.

Dispensary is very much crowded and it is because there are more centre govt employees in the area. The govt has to take care and need to open 2 more dispensary for patients. Doctors are good and both pharmacist from both pharmacy counter are generous inspite of so much rush they clear the doubt the medicine and its doses. We have to sign and give fhe address in the indent pharmacy counter this is tendersome process but indent counter pharmacy are very good and knowledgeable. Going to the doctor for medicine doubt is impossible as there is so much rush but pharmacist from the indent counter clear every doubt so nicely. Registration counter is worst, they even didn't able to clarify the general doubts. Homeopathic is nice, no hustle bustle there.

It's a good for govt.employee but not better. Processing and documentation not easy. Doctors are behaving very rude. They do not touch the patient's during the check up, they write only medicine. I think govt.have to close this facility. CGHS Pannel hospitals are better for treatment. But if doctor write any test like MRI, CITI SCANE etc. Then as per the rule of CGHS, patient have to come CGHS hospital first for taking approval for said test. Without approval patient cannot claim the bill of medicine or any test. So I think they are wasting the patient time by their protocols.

Worst ever experience at a wellness centre. Doctors start prescribing medicines without listening to the patient completely. And I don't have words to describe how pathetic their pharmacy counter is. The person inside would keep talking over phone, ignoring the long queue outside. Preferential treatment will be given to people known to him, irrespective of how many elderly are waiting outside for long hours. It was total nightmare for me. The man at the counter replied rudely even to the simplest of my questions, and didn't return my proscription slip. Someone please help me on this. These people should be brought to book, or they'll continue jeopardizing the efforts of the government by playing with the lives of innocent patients.
