For CGHS pensioners and beneficiary this dispensary offers best health care service by experienced doctor. The staff is very cooperative and CMO is also very good. I take medicines every couple of months for BP, sugar etc and usually get without any Hassel. The doctors deal very politely and share recommended medicines. The couple people also very patient and listen and attend everyone. God bless team CGHS dispensary and management for maintaining it so well.
Visited first time where there was a long queue of senior citizen outside every chamber, people told us that since morning 7: 30 to 2pm they keep waiting everyday but nobody entertain them and staff is so rude and uncooperative. From morning till one PM they not even saw 30% registered footfalls. And they if we ask question staff will shout on you and bully. Insanity to its core, we cant expect serious patient be dependent on CGHS at all. We feel scammed by such service on Ground. People are facing very very bad experience here but they are bound as they have cghs cards where they are being ignored like this.

Very bad service, even Sr Citizens have to wait for a long time, die to heavy crowd, seperate tea timings should not be allowed in any dispensary between working hrs of Dispensary,
Visting this is totally time waste 1}server prblm 2}doctors never listen ur prblm 3} i told him to give me refrence of general surgeon nd he gave me refrence of eye dr.
This dispensary is recently built so it's infrastructure is good for now. Maintenance is being done nicely. I recommend to take prior online appointment before visiting here in order to save your time by not in queue. There is separate parking area for staff and visitors. Wheelchair accessible entrance is available. Lifts are also available. Surveillance by CCTV. Enough benches are there in front of every OPD. Separate counters for medicine distribution for Senior Citizen, Retired and In-Service Beneficiaries. Outside locality around the dispensary is awesome, it is clean, quiet and far away from crowding because it's a residential area. One thing which is very torturing is that the CGHS Server goes offline so often and many times you may have to wait for 1-2 extra hours for the Server to resume.
Covid vaccination is going on here. No arrangements or guidance to facilitate your vaccination. No number/ tokens are being given, on top of it staff comes after 0900 h, by that time rush increases and today vaccination procedure started at 0930 h, finally! All started running and gathering and fighting to get vaccinated. All Covid protocol & appropriate behaviour went for a high jump. A simple token / number given to people as they come would sort out all the problem. On top of it staff facilities backdoor entry for the known and/ or VIPs. Can't blame the staff also, public dealing & accommodating VIPs, lots of pressure on them. Seems pandemic fatigue is setting in.
Both the lifts are not working since long causing major problems to the senior citizens who have to climb up the stairs. It needs immediate attention. If this is the condition of the places where mostly patients go, what can we expect from other places. Pathetic services!
Place is easily accessible! Infrastructure is good (May be because it recently opened)! Staff behaviour can be improved! Long waiting queues. No proper directions are given.
While appointment's are given for covid vaccines from the app for today, The place is closed even at 9.45am today. The Guard says that the orders not received by the hospital head as of today
Very rude CMO. Shouting unnecessarily Mismanaged centre. Doesn't give any sort of information and makes fun. Extremely disappointed from this kind of behaviour from a doctor.
In emergency you will not be attended a if you have not registered in advance. One can't get their medicines indented as no appintments before three days. Very bad experience. We the senior citizens are the most sufferers.
CMO and Doctors alongwith staff are rendering a great service even during very pressing times. Very cordial staff & CMO can be seen interacting with patients to ensure human touch. Excellent!
