Worst dispensary ever.no doctors available.no staff available.male doctor is saying he can't write rest to a pregnant women.female doctor will write. CMO is not willing to entertain the patient.a pregnant woman who is not well has to go upstairs and wait for hours for the turn to come but no-one will come to her help.out of 5 or 6 only two doctors are available and they are also not willing to do their job.

This dispensary used to be one of the best in West Delhi, but now I can say that this is the worst.
The doctors now are very rude, they don't even listen to what we say, even say no to issue medicines, today I heard a doctor say "Jo Krna h krlo me bhi darta kisi se", so unprofessional I can't even explain

2 years back all doctors were nice but especially Dr Navin Mor was so so nice & helpful doctors. May God bless him more & more success in his life. But now these days the ora of doctors is not helpful

Dr. RK Mehta is very insensitive doctor and so is CMO. I am 37 weeks pregnant hence cannot travel much at this point so I sent my brother with full file and doctor’s prescription from Max hospital (cghs empanelled) to refer the iron and calcium medicine only which is my regular medicine during pregnancy. Since I am at my mother’s home, I had to show in this dispensary earlier i took my medicines from Mayur Vihar dispensary because my in-laws home is there.
Doctor’s remark was- we don’t care, you take her to Mayur Vihar, we can’t issue medicine on this prescription only they will issue. My brother also said, she is not in position to travel 20 kms, they said that this is not their concern.

Behaviour of some Doctors of this Dispensery is very bad unethical, rud to patient. They have not patience to the patient and also not service mentality

I had a bad experience at CGHS dispensary Rajouri Garden. Incharge Dr Anjana Rajkumar and Dr Akanksha Khurana are the worst persons. They don't know how to behave with senior citizens. Especially Dr Akanksha Khurana who is completly unprofessional and lacks dignity. I think some serious action be taken against both of them.

Suggestion: CGHS panel registered Hospital should directly send email of Medicinal prescription of Patients to patient's Nearest CGHS dispensery.

This will save lots of Time & Travel & MisCommunication & Money & papers & efforts of old aged patients.

I noticed around 55% of Patients are not satisfied with currently process of distribution of medicine to patients.

A patient need atleast 7 days to get his/her prescribed medicine from CGHS Dispensery

Patient recieved few answers: your medicine is not available in Dispensery stock.
Your medicine is indented please come after 4-5 days
Some times: Doctor misspelled name of medicine please go to doctor and follow the procedure from beginning

If Patient need to have those medicine on urgent basis then what?

Same thing happened with My mother more than 7-8 times with in a year.

Currently she needed Eye Drop I personally visited 3 times to get those eye Drops but I already told you what I got.

CGHS need to improve the Procedure for most of the benefits to Patients.

Only patients visit hospitals for medicine
They do not visit there for picnic or to waste their time energy and money on transportation.

I am requesting authority to develop such a platform which will avoid use of papers.

CGHS registered patients have unique card, use that card ID for online data base maintaining between Hospitals and Dispensery.

Hospitals have there online system
CGHS Dispensery also have online system.

Just merge them for benefits of patients and CGHS Staff as well

Power supply issue.when I visited everything was closed due to power cut, very amazing & funny experience.there is no any alternative arrangements of power supply.

This dispensary is only for people who are covered under Central Govt. Health Scheme. They get treatment for any health ailment.

A normal government dispensery
With a pretty good staff
Old people there who come to avail there medicine are sometimes so rude and act like they will get heart attack if we don't compensate with them but some are like very nice to others
Also if you get CGHS medicine from this store then do check the amount of medicine at the counter itself because my mom has missed a few medicine there at the wellness centre and no one will give your valuable medicine to you saying that you should have checked that time only

Gone there after so many years after 2012. Lot of healthy changes are there. So far satisfactory experience. I hope will remain so or better than this and before. Thanks.

Few doctors to cater to need of patients, instead of changing taps of toilets they are busy installing new fans and replacing old fans which were still functioning, for old age people there is no lift or escalator and doctors on 1st floor can't be accessed by old people, medicines are wrongly given by dispensary be careful to read prescription yourself and medicines they dispense

Doctors are very helpful. Amenities here are so so. Quite close to Tagore garden metro station.
