Tea was tasty. You can try little snack with them as well.
A little small but quite cosy place
Have an amazing ambience of old fashioned images hanging on the wall.
Table and table stand was old school which i absolutely adore?
(Fact they was so heavy that i am sure you will be surprised while trying lifting them, Be careful)
Loved the greenery in the Chayos. Even the cover of seats & tiles was matching with the color green

Definately worth a try.

I think u guys need to learn how to make tea again. Your staff days the tea ordered is as per sop, so not sure about the sop.
We ordered cardamom tea, it had alomost everything apart from flavour of tea and cardamom.
Pathetic taste and a better busin ss would be making cookies and other material because they were very good

The tea is good as always. So many types of teas to choose from! Quantity is definitely more than enough. However, I realised it's a bit more expensive than other outlets. The staff was polite and courteous. Service was a bit slow, but it seems to be the case in most of their branches.

Itni mehngi chai kon banata hai bhai!

Aur bana bhi lo lekin achi to banao. Overall place is good and can be visited.

The shakes are useless. I tried kulfi shake and I can only taste artificial sweeteners for approx 200.

It was perfect place to have all varieties drinks, snacks etc.cozying with friends or colleagues.but with extra care due to pandemic.

Gud place for quick meetings, grabbing a quick bite. Gud part is its rgt on the ground floor of logix mall

Not a place to be. Staff is very rude. I was there for one hour today, waiting for a friend to join. I ordered twice approx value ₹800 but after i finish eating my second order staff asked me to free the table. Will never visit any of your stalls. Inhave been a committed customer always but you just lost me.

Out of all the Chaayos outlets I have been to, this is the worst. Very low standard tea and they took around an hour to serve it.

I went to try out Chaayos because it was recommended by a local friend from Delhi, but everything was below par - the service, the food (that was half the size of the photos and twice as limp and unprepared) and the ambiance! Eat there only if everything else is closed and you might starve to death. The one star is for the tea, which is no better than standard!

Ridiculous service. Entire staff is busy in themself and nobody takes care the need of the client.chayos in Netaji Subhash place is better

The guy name is lokesh.who manages the order.his behaviour was very rude.and ambiance was not good.no cleaning nothing.

Good and courteous staff. Multiple tea options. Clean setup. Prompt service with a smile. Great place for tea lovers.

Regular at Chayos. Hate drinking tea in paper cup. Today after little insistence they gave it in glass. Needs quiet place. Tea is always good.

Unnecessarily extremely costly prices like 5star. Food offerings are neither tasty nor filling and the irony is they force to get your email details etc basically sign up for a membership and then you would be able to pay.

While I m a thorough Chaayos fan. This particular outlet was poorly managed. Lots of mosquitoes

One of my favourite places for tea and meeting friends.what adds to the experience is that they keep experimenting with menu too and trying to Indianise it to match the teas. The 'hari mirchi ki chai' is one of my all time favourites.

Best chai of all the restaurants I have been to.others just serve good coffee.this one's stands upto it's name

I was up- sell chicken kulcha- wasn’t that great.

Went there anyway for my masala chai, bun maska and bun bhujia.

The ️ was anyway as usually good and economical.

The bun maska and bun bhujia are to be tried, if you haven’t already!

the joint is good to grab a cup of tea and general chit chat!

They take to long for a single order as well they have to take care of there customers, I place 2 order and they provide me both of them in interval of 30 min

Best shakes and variefies of its chai's makes it Best from the Rest. Generally the place is OVERCROWDED. There is difficulty to find seat in this cafe. But must try atleast a shake from this place

Very cool place. Quality of tea is perfect. Nice ambiance and reasonable price of all products. When you are fully tired after roaming the mall. Just take a sip of hot tea and take rest.

Located in top floor, has an outdoor seating inside mall with few seating options. Food menu covers most of the items. Service is quick.

I like Chaayos for its simplicity. Casual place to catch up with a friend. I always use the Chaayos Wallet facility where you get INR 1100 for INR 1000, helps in placing the order quickly and efficiently with using only the registered mobile number. Mobile Wallet like PayTM are accepted. Date and Fig cake (eggless) is a must have. Tried Paneer Open Loaded Parantha, and was not at all disappointed. Service is commendable and the place is neat and tidy, to relax and unwind after hours of shopping at the Pacific Mall.
