Nice place. A little cramped, but good collection of tea. Their Lemon Ginger tea is simply awesome.

Not worth the money. Ambience is reasonably good. Disliked Bun Samosa as it wasn't something I expected. It gave me a Dabeli wali feeling. Gur Chai served in a kulhar got cold within less than 2 minutes. Didn't enjoy my experience

I was with my foreigners friend in chaayos in connaught place and your staff was behaving so bad.

I spoke so bad way to my foreigner friends that i felt so ashamed that why i came here.they are making chai so bad quality.

I am having chai from chaayos in lucknow, delhi airport, gaziabad but they are not maintaing quality.

I will never go but I am your old customer so i thought to tell you.

It was a good place to sit in CP & have a good conversation with a friend over a cup of chai/tea. We also ordered a milk shake & cold coffee with I thoroughly enjoyed.

Even after you finish your food, they still let you sit there for long hours. Will definitely recommend to others & visit again.

We ordered chai with ginger, cardamom and it was great and refreshing.
️Sitting is quite less compared to the footfall, also area is not spacious so please plan hrs accordingly or be patient.

Best thing I like about Chaayos is that they've written on the walls "Chaayos doesn't encourage Multi Level Marketing within its premises" and I love it.

Nice fun place with a hot location. Good for casual meetings and a large group meeting for the first time or for old friends to catch up

Chaayos restaurant is a good place, in the center of Connaught Place and very close to the metro Rajiv Chowk Gate No. -5, you can have a light breakfast here, the rate is also pocket friendly, all the staff is good or cleanliness is good. This Place is good for small meetings.

It was an awesome evening over there. Light music.peaceful environment and a perfect place for tea meeting.

When work from home will get over, my go to "chai place" would be chaayos. I can customize my chai as per my taste. I can have diet food like palak patta chaat, Kala chana chaat etc.

Amazing. Must try desi chai. It's really amazing. Pav bhaji was good but it could be better if tthe kulhad smells the original taste. The muska bun and the vada pao was good too.

As usual Chaahie is an awesome place 5o be there for good times. Variety of tea flavours. Recently they have introduced Gur Wali Chai. One must taste this flavor for at least once. Snacks nad eateries are equally good for small and quick bite with hot tea. Interior is little clumsy but that does not become 5he obstacle. Billing is fast and so is delivery. Overall its a nice expert to visit this place.

Chaayos is a good place where one can relax and enjoy varied varieties of Tea. As they call it experiment with Chai, you will find cutomised tea at affordable price. It is a good alternative to those trendy over expensive coffee shops. Ambiance, it is also pleasant, one can hang out for hours with friends and family. There is variety of good snacks, Price range is bit expensive and however they serve one "desi chai" absolutely free of cost after 5 visits at the restaurant. Atleast one visit is recommended

My Favourite place from last 4 years, if u r a first timer vegetarian, Try Paneer Loaded Parantha, Masala Chai in Kullad and Spinach Corn Sandwich. U will thank me later.

Sometimes the chai is great, and at other times it's just brown water. I don't think chaayos will survive as a brand for too long if they've not been able to standardise the most basic of their recipes. This would never happen for any of the coffee places - the good ones at least. Very disappointed after getting multiple orders of chai taste bad. Hope they fix it!

Its located in M block on first floor, ambience is okay, has large area but sofas are not practically designed, consuming large space yet not comfortable, they should havehired good interior designers.
Food quality is okay, if you are group of 4 or more people practically no decent seating area is available.

I was not aware of Chaayos in CP and always tried Chaayos in Shopping Malls. This famous Indian Tea point is on first floor in Connaught Place. You will be amazed to see the capacity inside as it has 5 different zones to sit. Worst Chai Ever not on this whole planet even on this Galaxy. Prices are as high as they are able to put it on their menu but they have no shame to serve tasteless chai with some garnishing of saffron to showcase their rich serving culture. But pls focus more on your taste.

Peaceful, Warm place and so so so spacious. The Tea and Sandwich are icing to cake and make this place a must visit when you are in CP.

Who the hell adds peanuts in bhaaji from pav bhaaji? Today I frst time tried pav bhaji from chaayos cp, neither nuts were enhancing its taste nor I'm allowed to eat it since I've braces! They should put this on menu or stop adding one! Pathetic food! Now I've trust issues with chaayos

This maze like cafe is fun and chill. They have a buzzer that they give to you to know when your order is ready, very modern. I just wish there was better selection of food and cold drinks. I mean it is summer, who wants hot tea right now?

The place is good. Tea is excellent. They customise it as per your requirement. It's very nice. But it wasn't clean. The place was unhygienic. Taps of the bathroom were leaking. They should take care of the cleanliness and hygiene also.

It’s good place to sit and work or read or study no one gonna disturb you or ask you to leave the place as you ordered something. But the prices are really high and taste was good

One of the best Chaayos in the town. I've been to a couple of their outlets but this is one of the best places of you want to sit in a quiet place and work peacefully.or have your Own Time.

Best place to spend money irrelevantly. Not a place worthy to have tea for tea lovers. You will have better tea in a nearby tapri infact.

The AC was not working when it was most required. They stuck a bill on facade saying AC is not working properly. But come on that doesn't suffice. You gotta make it work when it is dead humid outside. Although the seating arrangement is like big rooms of a flat, but it is well setup. I liked it. Overall not an outstanding rating from my side.

The atmosphere is good and there is a lot of space to sit. I have visited for the first time and thought it will end at the entrance but there are the rooms and inside a room, the Ambience of the place is also magical. One will love to explore and can spend hours sitting because there is a lot of space for others to be seated.

The Ambience is really nice. If you want a place to sit and talk in peace then its a ideal place for that.
We ordered one Desi Chai, one Sulemani Nimbu Chai and one plate Baarish Wale Pakode. So about the Desi Chai I will say it could have been better. Rest the Sulemani Nimbu Chai and Pakode was nice.

Chaayos, CP outlet is a must visit hangout place for enjoying some good times over tea and snacks. Located in M Block circle of Connaught Place, New Delhi it is one of the most visited Chaayos outlet across Delhi NCR.
Outlet's interiors are uplifting and food quality & service are on point!

Over here thete are two outlets of chaayos M block and F block. The M block outlet is quite big with capacity to hold around 100 custumers at once.orders can be done by Qr code scan on table.books are available to read. Great lighting and interior. But the price is quite high for the items.
The few names of item are quite unique
imly banta, badami chai, even the starters are quite unique.
The brand has maintained its standard but its not a common man cafe.overall Moderate expensive place.

It was good experience, nice place and ambience, I was expecting little more in taste but kind of okay you are not paying only for tea but for the ambience also that's why normal kind of desi chai can cost you around ₹100.

Air conditioning was beyond chilled. Did not reduce temperature despite request. Not a very clean place.

I have been to Chaayos many times and has always relished their breakfast menu. The masala chai or tea is particularly nice. In summer the Air-conditioning is switched on full-blast. As far as I can remember, the music is mostly hindi pop music with some romantic tunes in between. Morning time can be a little crowded but within a few minutes one can get seating. They have combos readily available and the staff suggests the best combos available, so that's great too. I have been receiving multiple promotional offers on his mobile phone, some of which he doesn't care for much. Though, the offers are quite reasonable and well packaged together I think that the frequency of these messages can be improved.

It’s a really good place to hangout with friends.
- Me and my friend ordered Desi cold coffee, meri wali chai of big elachi and palak patta crispies were served like a chaat. They were actually really good!
- At an average it will cost like Rs 300-500 for 2 people. For us it costed between Rs 450-500.
- Clean place.
- Once they bring your order they didn’t gave tissues papers & spoon you have to go and ask for them. ‍️
- Washrooms were a bit narrow to go through although clean but lack tissue paper refills ‍️
- It’s on the barakhamba road, a few 300-400mts away from rajiv chowk metro station. Almost on the cp outer circle.
- Also, I wish they lower the volume of the music they were playing, a bit

पूरे 2घण्टे इंतजअर किया चाय ही नहीं मिली आप के यह लाइट ही चली जाती है । इतनी देर में महिला मित्र ही छोड़कर चली गयी अब बताओ कैसे मनाऊ उसे । कितनी मुश्किल से चाय का प्रवंद किया बो भी नहीं पी पाया आपकी लाइट की बजह से ।
जनरेटर तो खरीद लो इतना पैसा कहा लेकर जाओगे एक महिला मित्र बड़ी मुश्किल से बनी थी बो भी आपकी बजह से छोड चली गयी।

This is really place to have a good conversation with your friends. Spacious Cafe with so many options of chai (tea).

But the rates are quite high but the quality never disappoints.

Best place if you're meeting a friend and want to talk without being disturbed. Mild and fuss free environment gives a calming vibe. Best time to visit would probably be afternoons. Food is great. Dedi chai of chaayos is highly recommended.

I visited this place for the first time and absolutely loved the place with a lot of interior, books and private areas to sit.

I ordered the regular Chaye (tea) with omlette bun (some 150/-) and vada pao (95/-).

Dissappointment was the vada pao which I had in mumbai for rs 10 and here even 95/- couldn’t do the justice!

Had a lovely evening at Chayos. The Gur wali chai was much needed after the long winter weekend. The aesthetics of the space will give you a glimpse of village lifestyle. The staff was cordial and friendly.

On 19th December 2020, I was walking to Connaught Place, I saw a Chaayos shop while walking. I did not know what chaios is. When I got inside the Chaayos, I saw the menu, then I came to know that Tea is available here. I thought to drink tea here. So I ordered chai from it. I ordered 2 Desi Tea and 1 Vada Pav. For the first time, I drank tea from here, I felt less milk in tea and I did not take tea. Staff is not good for them and neither does the person of each staff greet. Only Vikas and Ganesh greet the customer well, the rest of the staff is useless. The seating area is good and enough for many people. My experience was normal for me. Therefore, I will give 2 star. The rest i will say that no one can give me a taste like home tea here in Chaayos.

This eatery is following all the Covid safe practices like sanitization, temperature check, hand hygiene etc. It has a decent size hall wherein people can sit maintaing norms of social distancing. I had kullad pav baji (which did not tasted fresh, pav were actually v hard, had lost their soft and fluffy texture), paneer and onion pakoda (that too tasted stale), mirchi pakoda and chai.

Amazing ambience no doubt.it is spacious and the design is so authentic. Love the fact that they play Indian music all day long. You can spend hours here with your friends and loved ones. The variety of tea is amazing as well. Prices are pocket friendly and the seats are very comfy. Its should be on your check list

It's always good to be in this place. But sometimes they should be very honest with the discount they runs.if you are looking for a quick bites. Its perfect place for that.

Great place fo be there with your loved once or best friend. The space is very large as they have multiple rooms and not even crowded.
They give you a buzzer device for your order which is a good option when the outlets have many customers.
This wont let another customer to overcome your order.
You can have your conversation very effectively and peacefully as loud music is not there.
As the ventilation facility is not there you might feel bit suffocated after a long time.
You can also take placards pictures once you had your tea, coffee or food.

Best ambience, nice tea, customisability is admirable and staff is nice. A really nice place for hanging out with friends or a romantic date. Music is appreciable.

Expensive chai over there with normal taste but this is such a beautiful place, if you guys want to see outstanding interior looks then must visit here and also you can enjoy free wifi.

While roaming around, stopped here to quench my thirst as I visited during summers here few months back. I tried their Kala khatta Iced tea and found it fine. Flavour was not that prominent and refreshing. Ambience is pretty cool and seating area is large, divided into different sections. You'll get a gadget-kinda-thing after ordering that will light up and vibrate when you're order is ready so that you can go to the counter and get it. Will give a try again.

The place is beautiful and cozy. Amazing to sit with friends and have some chai. They have varieties of chai. My favorite being "Gur wali Chai" You can customize your chai and add flavours of tulsi, cinnamon, elaichi, adrak.etc. They give you a lot of snacking options as well. Do try "paneer loaded parantha" if you are a paneer lover.

This was my first visit to Chaayos, and I was pleasantly surprised. I had expected it to be good, as I’d always heard a lot, but didn’t know what the hype was all about. This one in CP especially, was so huge, and the lighting totally livened up the place. There’s ample seating. The Modinagar shikanji is so good, I took two. Samosa matar chaat is a must have if you visit Chaayos. You could spend hours just sitting and eating and chatting at this place.

I always like the vibe of Chaayos especially their large format stores! While the quality of food is above average but what it used to be. Yet it's a great place to hang out with friends or sit alone reading your book or doing personal work. Do taste the Thandi Chai (iced tea with milk) which has been my personal favorite since it's advent 7 yrs back!

It's sad how Chayos has fallen down from what used to be my go to chai place to never look back on it place. On my last visit, the waitress taking my order was sneezing constantly into her hands and used the same hands to hand me my sandwiches and Tea. Also, the chai tasted so bland and cold that I'll prefer a roadside thela chai anyday over it.

Shahi Chai was very good. Thick and sweet. Very decadent. Regular chai also very good. Samosa Chaat was solid. Pilari Chicken sandwich was superb. Nice atmosphere with a very clean setting. Good chai spot.

Facilities are good, Staff is slow and sometimes unresponsive, we had ordered a 3 things, they prepared 2 things and forgot the 3rd one completely only realized it after a reminder. Untill then my hot Tea had turned into Ice tea.

Love chaayos for all the reasons. The food, tea all are good. The ambience too is just good. Friends gathering, office meetings discission all can be done here.

Very bad experience at chaayos. Very poor service and the waiters are not attentive. They are not giving any kind of attention. This was my first and last visit.

Is an overpriced cafe trying to emulate a tea bar but does not even get to normal cafe standards. The tea is a. Exceptionally bad b. Unsurprisingly overpriced and the place is trying to pass off as a hangout spot but misses the key elements of the same as it does not offer staple chai sides and the price obviously is a major factor for those as well. Also, it's India guys, gourmet tea is not a thing and it'd be great if it's left that way.
