Chaayos Cafe IIT Delhi

Located inside IIT campus.they have lot of juices. Filter coffee and tea options are also there. Mojito also available

Miserable staff. Non availability of food. Not open after the assigned opening time of 10: 00 am. Highly unprofessional behaviour of the lady over the counter on weekends. She needs training to deal coustmers. I have not seen so much unprofessionalism.

The prices are obviously lower than its other outlets because it's for the iit D's student fraternity primarily. The food is served in a more casual way like my favourite gud vali chai is not served in kulhad but in normal plastic cups. The food is nice and the ambience is amazing.

I must say, their menu is something different and healthy!
I loved their bread sandwiches.
If I could learn one dish to make it will be the first one!

Very bad hospitality. The staff at night is very rude, closes it before 11 pm and most of the stuff is finished by 8 or 9.

They don't have anything.
Whenever you go and ask for something, they said we don't have.
If you guys do not have anything for eat so why you chayoos open here. And staff diksha, she is very rude and always ready to say no.

Highly disappointed with their lemon grass tea. Actually it wasn't a lemon grass tea at all, it was a milk tea.

The staff is very bad in dealing with customer.they hide the tissues and you ned to ask staff for every tissue. Rude staff worst experience.

The caffe never has all the food options available. Further, the schedule of food delivery is terrible. The staff always has a standard response that "we are waiting for the truck". Also, the staff does not care about cleaning the table and even after multiple requests the plates are not removed. Only reason people rated this caffe high is the subsidized rates. Else the staff does not care about making business anymore.

Im an alumnus of IIT Delhi and whenever I visit the campus, I make it a point to go to Chaayos.it's got a nice ambience and the staff are super polite and efficient.only grouse is the frequent breakdown of their machinery (water filter, tea making eqpt). Which is sad since the founder is also an alumnus and he should at least ensure that the outlet in his own alma mater is perfect in all respects

The tea was awesome in taste.
Various flavors of tea are available.
Tea in kulhad gets cold quickly.
Samosa was not tasty.
