Nice ambiance among all the chaayos outlet i have visited. Hygienic and food is delicious as usual

There is no exhaust in the outlet. Every time I come here, my eyes start burning. Although the service and food is good.

Parking cud b an issue. Crowded than nearby coffee shops like Honey&Dough. But better and reasonable in price than coffee shops in the vicitnity.

That is really good.
All things are good.but prices are on higer side.
One can expect 250₹ bill for timepass per person at least.

Nice place. Easy location. Round tables bit small. Counter Service can be a bit faster. Overall clean.

Best place to enjoy real chai (Tea) and worry not experiment with numerous flavour they offer as add on, you won't get disappointed.get some bite from unique list of snacks they offer, I personally liked Khullar Matar Kulcha and Egg bun! Would love to try other options in each visit.

Chayos as a brand has always been the first choice when it comes to a refreshing chai session great place and an amazing customer centric staff

This is not about Janak Puri branch but Chayoos, in general. Just like all us Nothies, they, too, specialise in ravaging and murdering the tea by boiling the living daylights our of the tea-leaves, serving a brown, milky liquid that is fondly called tea. Kadak Chai! No concept of brewing tea at the correct temperature exists, even! But, what to do only? We Indians are like this only!

Baarish Menu these days is real good, though they have stopped the outside sitting which was cool.

This is the worst chaayos I have ever visited. Staff was rude and the tea taste was pathetic.

Staff is Welcoming, ambience is good and overall a nice cafe to sit and chit-chat with friends or read a book with variety of tea. Two stars are reduced as the tea in the menu lacks taste apart from few of their signature items. I had their regular milk tea and it was flat in flavour and not tasty at all. Overall it’s about tea and charging Rs. 104/- for a single cup and not giving quality and taste is a matter of concern for the customer as well as for the Outlet too.

Disappointed! I went out with one of my dear friend to grab some tea in this amazing weather however, the experience turned out to be unpleasant. When ordered 1 cup of tea and a coffee. The tea was served in 2 cups because they don't have large cups for tea. Can you beat that? We can make tea at home also, but they need to understand why people chose to spend money there because of the experience which was indeed mood spoiler and on the top of that, the staff was lazy, mismanagement & super messy. Every drawer was open we could see so many files, staffs bags and other stuff were lying around, not for someone who has an OCD.

Like all the other Chaayos, this is also great. The ambience is also almost wonderful. However, I have a few observations which I would love to share:
Like all the other Chaayos, the tables here are pretty small. I don't understand why!
I understand that they want to accommodate as many people as possible. But it is kinda uncomfortable. Very chaotic to handle at times!
The staff here is great!
The escalated prices are kinda bothering too. Their chai is pretty fabulous but again a few points have to be taken care off.

They sent me old poha - hard to chew, bad taste, less quantity. No spoon. Tea bad. I ordered from swiggy.

A nice place to relax or even work. Both hot and cold beverages are good. What I like about Chaayos is that they have many options to customise your tea to your liking. Special mention to Lokendra who offers incredible customer service and greets all customers with a smile.

Best place for tea lovers. Great place with cool ambience and good staff. My favorite is Rose tea must try it out guys and kullhad momos. Highly Recommended!

Chaayos as a chain is pathetic in the quality of food served, but this particular outlet was an absolute disappointment. They gave me pudin Hara in a glass in the name of Mint lemonade. 'Baarish ke pakore' were totally stale and tasted weird. These people are taking their customers for granted and are having a lazy time for themselves. Disgusting!
