Awesome service. Love my new haircut and I felt very pampered and relaxed in the hair spa service.

One of the best unisex salon within the vicinity of Vasant Kunj. Suvarna and her staff are really cordial and has been keeping the hygiene and ambience of the place absolutely at its best. Experienced staff is what they have focused always. Not very heavy on pockets as well.

I had my rebounding done at salon on 5th April. Chand has done my services. During the services he kept using words smoothning inspite of rebounding as both treatments are different from one another. Anyhow on 9th i had a hair wash after the rebounding treatment. I noticed after washing that my hair from front is weavy. Chand told me to come after 15 days and to re treatment again on the weavy hairs. On my visit on 22nd he did route touch up and applied some process of rebounding for 5 min while route touch colour is still on my hair. Than he shampoo my hair. After that he blow dryed and straighten my hair with hair straightener. Today on 24th i washed my hair and i can notice that there is no shine on my hair and still the waves are there on front hair as earlier. Why i wrote this big review so that others who will come for the treatment can read and can learn from my mistake. Staff is not trained enough to give services like rebounding/ smoothning. I did my previous service from Tony and guy and results were awesome. Please never ever go to small parlour for hair treatments as the staff are not qualified enough to give these important services. Hope my review will help to others.

I've been going to this salon since it opened up in my society complex. It has only improved with time. Earlier I used to go to Lakme Salon.

They always use authentic products. The staff is polite and well trained. I also got to know that they attend periodic training. The best thing though is the personalized service you get here.

I have got almost all the services done from here like waxing, hair spa, facial, mani pedi, hair cut, hair colour, smoothening etc. Excellent results. Their charges are very competitive and reasonable. I'd choose and recommend Champagne Salon anyday over any Lakme Salon.

Very bad customer service. The owner lady - SUVARNA TRIPATHI is utter rude and disrespectful lady. Is not even sure of her charges. And when questioned she gets rude and says why shud I reply to you when you are not even my client - I mean like what does this mean!
If you don’t have the knack and patience to deal with clients genuine queries regarding your surcharges then you must shut shop.
Don’t use their services. And I request BeU to not endorse them.
