Terrible service.never order from them.
We ordered T Shirts and hoodies for our cultural fest. The hoodies delivered to campus were in the completely wrong sizes. When we had ordered them in sizes S- XXL, we received sizes from L to XL, XXL, XXXL and even XXXXL! Several people were left unsatisfied with the sizes they received.
We have since been trying to contact the team and all our contact points have been unreachable by call or whatsapp since August. The last response from September said you don't deal with size issues after 1 month. How can this be acceptable when they were was uncontactable?

Worst experience with them, took a lot of time to print our college society hoodies. More than half of the members graduated before their hoodies. We had to cancel many hoodies and their Sales boy Kishlay started stalling me when asked for a refund (Those cancelled hoodies weren't even printed). He stalled me and my senior for more than 6 months for refund and then ghosted me and his seniors refused to refund us the amount. It's a fraud company trust me guys, the 4.1 rating is because of fraud reviews. Kishlay (Salesboy) took my team's money and had an audacity to talk rudely when asked for the refund.

The company never pays the designers' stipends or salaries on time. I have also experienced this issue almost every month, and in the last 2 months they failed to pay me for two months and have stopped replying to me. I am embarrassed to ask for payment for my work for months, but they didn't. I find it so disgraceful that they stopped replying and never paid me. After a while, I realized that I wasn't the only one who has experienced this. Many other designers have as well.

The team has been very helpful and sent over sample before we could choose placing the order. The quality of the apparel came out great too. Your requirements will be in the right hands with them.

This was our second time working with Champu.in and we were not disappointed - 5000 custom-made T-Shirts delivered on time for our marathon raising awareness on air pollution. Special thank you to Harsh who was extremely polite and professional.

I just asked for an sample for an event and they asked me to pay for it, I paid the amount.
But the irony is I still didn't recieve the sample and my event got over.
Really excellent service.

Sharing my experience with everyone and genuinely write down my feelings in this review.

1) PRODUCT- High quality product, wide range of customized orders, for clothes of all sizes (SMALL TO PLUS SIZE, variety of fabric and strong design team). And order, be it small or bulk handled with equal efforts and care.

2) USER FRIENDLY- good website, lucid point of contact+ Social media connectivity

3) After Sales service is great and response is quick enough with effective solutions!

Champu truly is a great eCommerce platform where customers get high quality product, customized and contacted at every step by their representative (s), plus utilise social media platforms for further easy connectivity. Customer care personnel and company executives are equally active in their respective approaches and very helpful, informative and humane.
I must mention when there is anything any problemsreported they handled with care and also great conduct, lucid user module and humane team of personnels.
They have good supply chain and efficient associates who are Champu's point of contact and it was simply my pleasure as a customer.

I've always had a nice experience in dealing with them. The customer service, the quality, adherence to deadlines and the price - In everything a 5 star experience

FRAUDS!

We gave advance payment 50% in Jan for embroidered logo hoodies.
After multiple follow ups - No show.

Kishlay, the customer care executive keeps dodging phone calls and doesnt reply. Then he does fake promises of trying to solve the problem but stalls for weeks.

Till date I havent received the correct order or refund of my payment.

I even have a mail chain for proof of their misbehaving and no responses.

I have been a customer of Champu since few years. They offer much better prices, shipping service and customer care compared to other online retailers. Since they specialise in Customized T-shirt Printing you may ask about T-shirt Manufacturing also.

Always order one size above original size.
And only after complete payment they deliver the product and if you have problems they don't really care to solve.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BUYING FROM HERE. They are a scam. I made a purchase and it hasn't delivered in 2 months. They are impossible to reach and when they actually do respond is just "wait ma'am" After a while of pestering they finally said they will refund my money. They haven't. They have officially stopped answering my calls and texts. Nothing worked so take out my frustation I am here. I hate your company and the massive scam that it is.

Unprofessional, dosent know how to talk, do not do bussiness with them, may may may, deliver what you want, but at the cost of hard communication and rude communication skills. Bringing bussiness to them made me feel like a begger, FYI AFTER 4 DAYS OF continuous waiting I get the reply that he is busy. And I just asked for pictures. Aren't they suppose to be a click away. DO NOT.

Super impresed by how this company functions, from the first time you get onto their website, to receiving calls from executives. The way they function is super professional, special mention to Harsh for arranging my orders so accurately and timely. It’s people like him who are assets to such organisations. Never order anything from Champu.in! They are fraud, they are money minded, after doing payment. They do not reply, they do not deliver products on time. Delivery partner is worst, they charge extra for delivery but never deliver on time. Quality of clothes are not satisfactory.
