Chandelier by Sandoz Banquet

Worst service and staff coordination we had booked their venue at chandelier by sandoz for my wedding function due to covid restrictions they denied to organise function just before 10-15 days of marriage, did not return our booking amount too …
Please be careful about these things before entering into their office

My wedding and reception both functions done by Chandelier by Sandoz Banquet. Best food we have and experience.

Worst banquet i have ever booked. I booked this banquet because of the name sandoz but it was far from what we expected.
Their toilet was blocked and smell was coming from the toilet in the entire function.

The only this I don't like is the flooring system.when you go to the main gate.then you have to struggle to fine the right event

Interior is awsome.all staffs are politely serve all food. But i saw one superwiser play trick he remove some plate and after that he charged extra for extra plates. It's so disgusting. (on ground floor)

One thing was clear; Owner has ensured to make money as all the three floors were hosting the marriage for three different couples however the food, staff, cleanliness and space was enough for 50- 100 people gathering on each floor.
Parking was an issue but the valet was really a gem of a person. So polite and helpful

Very good experience.staff is good.wearing mask and serve well.and especially food is very good and tasty.

Good place to host parties and marriages.

Food and service was top class. Overall a good for any type of events with variety of halls depending on event.

Food quality is very cheap not good for marriage their staff & management team is very rude. They only take money and provide you nothing.

We got very embarassed in front of our guests.
On top of that they started to close the hall switching off the lights and rearranging the chairs while we having food and half of the guest were standing.

They have a really bad service and the owner has a big attitude problem. Rather than apologizing or improving he was arguing.
I have also attached photos we were having food and they were doing this in the hall. They were unprepared and not at all professional.

Very small place with very limited parking space. Though they have good ambiance but limited space can't fix it. Please take metro and avoid using your own car as the roads gets too Conjusted during peak hours.

One of the worst banquets ever saw in my life. Food was below average and service was almost in coffin. It was an embarrassing occasion while dealing with Chandelier Sandoz. Veg Snacks we're out of stock and Desserts were finished before dinner. Replenishment take more than 30 mins and their GM says it's a STANDRD than you can imagine the level of service.
Highly not recommendable banquet and advice to Chandelier people to go and take a look around you in Andaaz, Falcon and your neighbour Grand Imperia for the service and food levels.

Good interiors but zero space for parking. Driving to this could be trouble as roads are conjusted.

Anyone booking the banquet halls should look for basic things like parking and toilet. Will.talk about these first. Here toilets are not clean, less spacious. For ground floor and basement guests, washrooms are same. So there will be waiting time. There is a valet parking but i suggest you to reach the venue early as there are number of banquet halls and during the season there will be huge jam here and parking issue will be there.
Support staff is good. 1 or 2 were not in clean dress. They are instructed to clean table as soon as they see guests are not eating the snacks. So quick. Interiors are also good. Food quality is good.

Banquet looks very good, fully Ac, luxury. But sevice very poor, waiters not serve food items properly.
Catering service is not good

This is not the right place to celebrate ur special day or occasion bcoz yha jaisa kuch btaya gya vo facilities customer ko provide nhi ki jati h and booking ke tym pr bhut ache se treat kiya jata h but full payment krte hi yha bhut cheap behave kiya jata h customers ke sath
