Is it really THE CHANEL? Or a pathetic, unprofessional, lethargic spin off?
No one picks the phone, you never get your shoe size and there is zero correspondence from the sale staff … they should simply close down as they are not even appropriately stocked with the current styles …. They were much better off in imperial hotel …. A SHAMEFUL BOTCHED saga for a distinguished brand …. I can see them drowning

Have no idea why so many bad reviews. Been there yesterday with my wife, got a pair of shoes for her. The service was great. Thanks to all staff members

We went there to buy a bag today and the staff told us that the entire team was in training and that we should return another day. They refused to let us look around to see if we like something, for us to visit again. Not sure why they keep the store open if they don’t have any staff. Very rude service for a Luxary brand. Seen better service at haldiram.

I’ve shopped at Chanel world over but this has got to be the worst service I’ve ever received; in fact, the service I didn’t receive. Even though the store was practically empty, I was still asked by Mrinalini to wait outside the store without indicating for how long I would have to wait. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went back to the store and was spoken to rudely by Mrinalini, a sales executive at the store. I have always gone to this store after making an appointment with the sales person that routinely assists me but this is the abysmal service that a walk in customer receives at this store.

Sales assistants not helpful - it’s almost like they don’t want you to buy the bag. Poor marketing and customer service alters a willing and able consumers buying behaviour. I wish to state names of SAs but that wouldn’t be right.

Good place to buying some beautiful luxury items. Some employees are kind, but some are not. Even if you work at a luxury shop, the employee himself is not a luxury person. I think the attitude of the employee Ms. Mehr who ignores customer inquiries, and the female employee who lightly ignores the customer's inquiries who purchased the product, is unprofessional. I feel bad even though I bought a few product because of her attitude. There are many employees who respond in a pleasant manner in the store, but I hope that the act of lowering the brand value of Chanel by that kind of attitude will be corrected. Ms. Mehr.time is gold. If you had answered my inquiry about the messenger, I would not have visited the store again. You may be a busy man, but so am I.

Extremely extremely rude staff which doesn't allow you entry if they don't think you are "rich enough" to make a purchase at the store. I had my own "pretty woman" moment here when the so called hostess at the gate (they said her name was Sonali) did not let me enter giving some lame excuse, and then 5 minutes later when I went in with my folks who qualified their "rich enough" test, they allowed me entry with my folks. This disgusting staff behaviour needs to be addressed. I had high hopes from chanel having entered the Indian market, but now this is my genuine advice to all Indian customers, please avoid going to this store which lacks basic human decency. I would rather spend my money at a place which has a good welcoming culture, than a place like this. Utterly disappointed in Chanel Chanakyapuri.

To begin with, the experience with Chanel, The Chanakya has been absolutely delightful and hassle free. Their team members Mehr and Kashish had been exceptionally Curteous and very helpful. Told them over the phone that the bag was a surprise for my wife, they kept it aside for me. The moment I stepped into the outlet, the doorman was the one who gave the warmest welcome, Mehr and Kashish were prompt, gracious and helpful and having the bag beautifully packed, all formalities done, got treated to a nice coffee as well.
They even helped with a change request of ours and the handling was pretty smooth.

Phone numbers don’t work. In all Chanel official stores in Delhi. You should serious upgrade customer service!

Tried contacting them many times on their landline, no one answered! Finally got a number of the SA from my friend and when I called he said he is busy with the store clients and will revert back. But no response! Chanel - u should improve your customer service, as not everyone can visit the store and you have only one store and we are in many places other than Delhi!

They never respond to any phone calls, they delay in responding after contacting and they serve just the Delhi based people - they clearly say - we are busy with clients while we speak to them. Never expected to experience this kind of behaviour

The "service" you get at the Chanel boutique is, frankly, ridiculous. I guess I am (and the other frustrated potential customers are) barking up the gigantic Chanel tree which couldn't care less for its stores in a third world nation such as India. Anyhow, saying what needs to be said - with a store that's as devoid of customers as this, it's a joke that no one EVER picks your call. If you're lucky enough to have an SA share their number with you, prepare to be forced to spin circles around them - timelines are footballs and there's only so long you can run. I recommend the store be converted into a museum because it's obvious, from the attitude of the sales personnel, that things aren't really on sale here. Solid 1 star.

It’s a good that they got a place of their own. BUT THEY WORK PURELY FOR PEOPLE BASED IN DELHI. We from the other cities need to CONTACT them MULTIPLE TIMES and no one cares to answer, I’ve been trying to contact them since 9 days and only on the 9th day I got a call back and finally when I got in touch with the SA, the SAs are so busy that they say they are busy with the “DELHI CLIENTS” (I mean who are we on the phones? Some ducks?) so after 4 days of waiting I choose my product and I just have to pay and they made me wait for 4 days and only then they tell my product is damaged (HOW DO THEY EVEN HAVE DAMAGED PRODUCTS?), I ask them to show some other options available and then no response until now!
I mean literally they don’t care! Mine was a 14 day hassle with no result!
But the SAs are sweet while we talk.but does it help?

The collection is fabulous and the look and feel are great. However the attendant misquoted the price of a bag by about RS 50,000 (it turned out to be more dearer than he had quoted) — I know I should be grateful as I ended up not buying the bag and saving. However this is unacceptable and he faced my wife’s dismay. Kindly ensure the attendants are well versed with pricing - buying a Chanel is once or twice life time thing you know. Don’t ruin that by slippery sales guys and dunce like activity. Thanks and apologies.

Awesome! I'm about go to Delhi and I want to tell you guys I love Karl & Coco Chanel, what ever this guy's have/had touched has turned into gold a kind of "Midas Touch" as of now I wonder what to buy Alpaca wool jacket, Fox fur coat, Python/Crocodile leather moccasins. I sure be transported to wonderland after being in Chanel store.
