Changezi Chicken

The quality of food has dropped drastically!
You could tell by the taste that the chicken was not washed properly. Pricing is good but they need to work on quality. Earlier it was the BEST but now I think I can have better chicken in other places

After ordering the food you have to wait for too long. And they will not give you extra gravy rest everything is fine.chicken changezi was gud in test.but it can be better without using the lemon it was very sour in test.rest is fine

Chicken Tandoori was crisp from the outside and soft n tender from inside.

Dal Makhni was one of the best I've ever had. Not the usual taste, but even better with a hint of green chillies.

Special Mention- Unlike the usual butter naans, they make it with multiple thick layers which are baked crisp to perfection.

If you are in and around Old Delhi area, let me tell you, this is a sure to go place-in case you're a non vegetarian.
First of its kind, the Changezi dish in Delhi is basically known because of this place, so now you know how and what importance it has)
Not at all expensive, it's rather cheap.
Clean food.
Ample of space.
Sitting area for families (on request).
Dessert is just okay.
All non veg items are good.
Parking is not a problem but one needs to go far off and park the vehicle and come back in not less than 15 minutes during the non peak hours and forget about the peak hours time it's better to book an Uber or Ola or just drop the idea of going to the place during peak traffic hours ;-)

Nice place, budget with 300 per person with amazing non-vegetarian food. Very less options for vegetarians. Staff also nice. Prefer going on weekdays if you want quick service as on weekends crowd fall in heavily.

Very Popular eating joint in Darya ganj. They are famous for their changezi chicken which is good but I like chicken korma a little better. Place is bit crowded at times. The service is okay.

I just love the hospitality and the staff is also lovely and the food is just mind blowing?

This is probably one of the most spicy & delicious mughlai dish. Chicken changezi restaurant serves quite a few Mughali & Halal non veg dishes, however the best Dish is Changezi Chicken or my personal favourite combo which is mouth watering Chicken Malai tikka with Changezi gravvy. Now you might have to push the owner to serve that combo but they do serve it on demand. Basically if Chicken Changezi is the standard version than Chicken Malai tikka with Changezi gravvy is super cool version of Chicken Changezi. They have one branch in Darya Ganj with a take away & restaurant and other one is in Old Delhi in an Area known as Churi walan. It's definitely the most delicious but watch out the calories.

Pathetic experience this time. I've been coming here since 2013. Food quality has nose dived here, bad bad food

To be really honest, they are just earning on their name. The WORST FOOD you can have in delhi. No taste at all, earlier when they used to start roasting their chicken the aroma used to make your mouth water and now the quality of the chicken is equal to rubber. WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE OF THIS YEAR. WILL SUGGEST PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO CHANGEZI CHICKEN.

It's like guilty pleasure this place, order a quarter of butter changezi boneless + rumali roti and you are set. Finish it off with kheer they serve. Can't really go wrong with it.

Service was not so good, when it comes to the taste only chicken changezi was the best quality, other dishes was not as tasty as chicken changezi,

Authentic changezi chicken the taste is awsome not so spicy but the taste is truly awesome every spice is balanced not overpowered the chicken is roasted in very low flame which gives a special taste guys must try with khamiri roti or rumali as you prifer

I tried there chicken kabab also wich is also so fresh juicy and tender

We tried chicken shami kebab with roomali roti.which was good. Staff needs more training for taking orders.

Changezi chicken is one of the best option for your gravy chicken cravings.
Chicken changezi is good which is their signature dish, although I like the malai tikka most. Recommended

Taste has declined a little and service has depreciated drastically. Malai tikka was excellent but changezi chicken was too sour this time.

Changezi Chicken is an good place, not too lavish, but a nice place for non veg lovers (I only tried non veg).

FOOD
I went with one of my friend and have tried 4 different dishes.
- Changezi Chicken - 5/5 (Different taste altogether, little tangy)
- Chicken Qorma - 5/5
- Grilled Chicken -2.5/5 (It was decent, wont call it super delicious.)
- Zafrani Kheer - 5/5 (It was a good finisher.)
- Khamere roti/Rumali roti - 5/5

STAFF
Moreover the staff was super friendly, it seems like they were happy with what they were doing. This happy staff adds to it charm.

SITTING
They have a separate place for family although I have not checked
the family sitting section. Otherwise on the ground floor as well it was not to crowded.

SERVICE
It was my first time on a Friday night and the service was quick. Staff were eager to serve your needs. Things like riffling of salad was done, without even asking.

PARKING
Lastly, parking might be some issue since the shop is on the main road, Daryaganj. 2 wheeler can be parked anywhere.if you are planning to visit here at odd hours i.e after 9 PM. Then most of the nearby shops are closed and you can get the parking easily.

The restaurant was clean but the quality of food served was not satisfactory. It's was expensive as well as compare to the other local restaurant there
