Very poor services and food plz donot go there to waste your money
They are not trained chef n service boys they dont know how to welcome n serve the guest very illiterate types specially shanker n nikhil chef doesnt know how to give tadka food is not good

Only snacks are ok bt food quality was very poor. Curd Bundi raita was stale manchurian was nt cooked properly nd kheer was like like boiled rice nd milk nd hot kheer nt thandi kheer garam kheer. Don’t go there wast of money nd nobody listen even staff doesn’t know how to serve food.very poor management

Delicious food. You won't regret going there. Get a membership card there and enjoy good discount.

Ambience is eye catching.food is mouth watering.lot of options in food and drinks.rooms are also available.they are spacious.neat and clean.attended mata ki chauki there.myself booked for engagement.rates are reasonable.

Food was okay okay. We had a Office lunch there. Staff and services are good. But space is not that much in restaurant. I tried veg lunch there,
Mix veg was good
Paneer was not good
Dhali bhalle they serve was also not good.
Tried Veg Sizzler as well but some it was little spicy

It's a hotel as well, so people can book a room and stay here as well. Chanson Grandwestend (Mela Restaurant comes it's under).

Good place, nice food but the sardar ji manager chadda was walking around shouting at someone on the phone in a v bad language. I had to tell him twice to lower voice coz with family with small kids there. Did not visit second time after that.

It is a casual place to dine out in Vikaspuri and offers a decent variety on the menu. Comfortable seating and interiors lit with multicoloured lights, makes it for apt for a quick catch up with friends or family. They have multiple screens put up to host live sports screenings. Dal tadka and butter roti in vegetarian main course and kheer in sweet is the must have dishes here

Worst place to celebrate any of your events. The owner's of the place make false promises and ate fraud. Never ever book this place for any of the events.

Very poor service on 25/12/2018. Untidy washrooms and surroundings within the restaurant. Not even worth a single star.

Worst dinner buffet, disgusting toilets, no cleanliness in the hall, confused staff members with no coordination with each other. On the top of it, the owner tried to promote his buffet schemes even in front of the guests making no sense and left the host awestruck. Very very very disappointed with the quality of the food. Chanson Mela degraded the quality and its standards 100 times to the past. Highly non-recommended.

The food is the pivotal thing at a restaurant which was terrible.no the right words are terribly terrible.it didn't have any taste.my stomach got very upset.the service and the behavior of the people were very good but can't help it as they have to improve the quality of food.

We tried buffet there, it was good. But they should probably add some sift drinks in it. The food was nice.
