Getting a new date or getting a slip is a pain. They have launched the QR system but not everyone here has a smartphone and ends up waiting on line
If you take a QR token to get a slip you still stand in que. No separate ques for both the types. What is the use of such technology then

Guards regulating the tour are super rude. They should be trained to effectively handle crowd without shouting. Female and male guards both are been referred here at entrance/ near pathalogy labs

Labs tests slips are given till 11.45 max but test timings gets over by for blood tests thereby creating a rollover and patient has to come next day. With so much footfall only 01 lady at billing counter of labs since years.why are no new counters opened.

Medicine line you stand again at lines and still get half a medicine and balance you buy from outside. My suggestion is why will doctors not prescribe available or alternative names that is in stock

From entry to seeing doctor to getting medicines this whole system needs drastic management change.

No place for senior citizens to sit/ no separate que for snr.citizen and no guard outside on duty at pathalogy lab

Acs installed have no drainage outlet making all waste water collect at backyard and creating a breeding ground of mosquitoes and exactly from this spot you will find patients standing for pathology lab. Shared video in review

This government hospital is very good and every time is neat and clean and only mobile number needed to patients registration, and parking are also available two Wheeler's parking are outside hospital available & four wheelers parking in inside hospital are available overall my experience is good.

Charak hospital is very neat & tidy, only mob number is needed for registration in few minutes, Doctor was quick to grasp my trouble, on his prescription my stomach pain vanished after administration of injection in emergency ward. I noticed Entire staff, security personnel helped me locating Doctor's room next day morning. Highly impressed & happy with its functioning.

A worst hospital i ever visit in my life. Lunch time is 12 to 3pm. And doctor came late also no complaint number truly govt hospital and their staff

Lots of Patient. All are unattended. Doctors are roaming around freely. Those who are on the seat, passing their time. If a patient goes to the Doctor's room, Doctors scold them badly so that they couldn't come in future. Very pathetic behaviour.

The providing worst service compare to all govt hospital. Specially I complained pathology department. Security lady is non manner. She don't have manner how to talk with patient. Worst service

Rates are very cheap but queue is so long. Place ok ok. People like staff, friends of staff has habit to skip the queue.

You don't need to stand in queue there is a digital system, you can directly scan and get your token.

This hospital is clean in comparison to other government hospitals However the staff and doctors are not that interactive or supportive

I have visited hospital intial days of first trimester in july. However the doctors or nurses whosoever was there not even checking reports properly plus when i ask if i can take medicines for iron and calcium. Same was prescribed to me by my doctor before pregnancy as i was feeling weak. But here in charak palika when i requested her to check (i was literally carrying with me) if i can continue during all three trimestes. They didn't even check and refused to use and ask me to move out from the room. They are extremely rude and don't follow any process. I had to change the hospital in my 4th month. I am happy i made right decision to change. Not recommend to pregnant ladies to go there at all.

Very crowded. No lines or hygiene is maintained. Though the bathrooms are clean but they can do a better job at maintaining over-all hygiene and crowd control.

My experience is good but that is plasster man does not talk with manners he is using abuse on me

The Charak Palika hospital is located in Moti Bagh. It has emergency unit, casualty unit, along with number of OPD's such as ENT, Ortho, Respiratory along with many others. A pathological laboratory, a imaging centre and dispensing counter for the medicines is also located within the premises. The hospital building also has a boost of Oxygen Plant. One can reach here very easily from Dhaula Kuan side or from other side.

As per govt hospital under NDMC, there facilities are good as compare to another hospital. I have been using their serives (NDMC Charak Palika Hospital) for years and they are doing well. Even there is a facility of CT Scan, MRI Etc like tests in low prices.

My mother go there today and it's really a wrost experience which my mother phases in hospital.
A clerk on Registration counter in on the right corner of registration desk behavior with olders is so bad in manners she don't know how to behave with elders and senior citizen.

I hope u take strict action on it and no one this type of behavior again I don't know the name of her either definitely I put on this. She don't know how to talk with people's and patients.

I am here for routine tests. Staff and doctors are very helpful here. Any one can visit for minor OPD checks.

Behaviour of staff is good, Tuberculosis department has one of the nicest workers i have seen. Cleanliness is fine. Washrooms need some upliftment.
Parking problem is there. I think they have capacity of around not more than 20 cars and 20-30 2-wheelers. Though you get auto's easily.
Emergency services are available 24x7.

Bad behaviour of new registration employees, i reached on time but doctor refused to see me 1 hour before lunch and i had to wait 2 hours for my turn pathetic service.

The behaviour of the doctor is excellent. The way they treat is not comparable to the private clinic.
I really like the service of the place.

Great experience with Dr. R. P. Mittal sir in orthopedics. Polite, humble and down to earth. Visited for mother's total knee replacement surgery. Everyone and everything was good.

Long queue every where, staff people (NDMC) gets the preference. Rude behaviour at the registration counters by the employees. On the whole it has improved a lot but still need to go a long way. Govt. Officials must pay a surprise visit every now and then and do a thorough inspection.

Very rude behaviour by the staffs. Lunch time is 12: 30 to 1: 30 but doctors comes only after 2: 10 and goes for the lunch at 12: 00 pm.

I am not satisfied with this hospital. I have been here thrice but Couldn't get a single appointment of skin doc.

A well maintained goverment hospital. Neat and clean, staff is little arrogant sometimes, doctors are fine but treatment done by them is very good.

They have to use equipment like que machine and que system.and manage patients to sit on chairs not stand like this.
