Amazing experience! Ravi, nail technician, was very professional and polite. He really took his time to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff was polite and helpful. The only thing the owner should improve is hire more nail staff and provide training to other staff members so they can aid the main nail technician as Ravi is the only one doing all nail appointments. Ravi was very hardworking and did an amazing job! Kudos to him!
I (GF of this Google acc) recently visited Cheenas 13/4 to be exact. I went as the day after i was getting some photos taken of me. I got eyelash extensions, a blowout and acrylic nails. I have to say I am not satisfied with my services. It's been almost two weeks since my nails were done and they are all completely off. I could feel them falling off a day after. I had acrylics done in Mumbai mid March and they lasted me until my appointment at Cheenas so it was definitely not upto par. If I knew they would've lasted just two weeks I would've just bought press on nails. They charged 2000inr for the nails which is too much for how long they lasted. Second, I had a hair wash and blowout. It was so so beautiful and I loved it so much, at first. After the blowout, I got my eyelash extensions which is the only thing I'm really happy with. The extensions were so beautiful and I still have them on. After I had my lashes done, we went to eat a restaurant next door, and my boyfriend tells me that my hair is completely down. The blowout fell after like 1 hour! My bill was 7100inr and they refused to give us a bill. So at this point I feel overcharged. If the work was good quality and stayed put then I wouldn't feel bad about the price. I will be telling more of my American friends to come here only for lashes. I gave 3 stars because the staff was so kind, sweet and nice to me and that was the only good thing besides the lashes. I'm very disappointed about my nails and hair.
Very nice experience overall. Nail extensions were exceptional and they did it with utmost precision, exactly how i showed in reference picture. Hair cut too was exactly like how it was shown.
I just got my eyelashes done, and I'm in love! Since it was my first time, I wasn't sure exactly what to get, but Cheena really helped me through the whole thing. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.
Good: I loved the colour so much and it looked great. I was very happy with the final look. I would love to get it again because it looked cute and classy. The experience for gel nails was nice. The nail tech was not rough with the nails.
Bad: It started coming out from the sides very quickly though. I just avoided picking at it till I needed it but after that, it came off very easily. I had it for less than a week. I would like to clarify that this was not because of the color but rather, the cuticles weren't done properly.
Worse: This is why manicure is rated low by me. I actually bled a bit too on two finders so I had two small red marks and it stinged a bit as well for a few days.: (I didn't like it. If they did the filing part/cuticle properly, my polish would have lasted. I didn't like it peeling obviously, it doesn't look nice. In general too, I didn't think the manicure was up to par, I think I can do it better at home. Also, the towels were unclean and had hair on it already (probably an old customer). It felt unhygienic. Even buffing pained at first because the first nail tech was not experienced but then the second oned came in and it was much better.
I have come here for the first time. The staff is very polite, kind and very experienced. Will surely love to visit again and try their other salon services as well. Special thanks to Manisha and damini. God bless
I got my nails done here, the lady who did them was nice and welcoming, it took 3 hours to do my nails and they barely lasted 11 days. I got my nails done on the eve of June 8th and this is how they looked like by the 11th day so I called the place and asked what we can do about it, since the nails didn’t break they just came off like stick on nails do so the lady asked me to visit and then only she would tell me what they can do about it. It was result of cheap products used, I asked if I show the pictures and they can give me a call back or chat with me, guess what? They left me on seen. Not once but twice. It’s not the right place for you, if you want something worth of your money.

Had a wonderful experience. I didn’t have much services from her but believe me she and her team knows their job very well. Recently, had a party make up though, I was not well. However, after the look, It lifted my mood. Earlier, that had pedicure and nail services both experiences were good.

Excellent experience! Even with my poor planning, when I called the day before my brother’s marriage event, cheena was more than happy to accommodate me into her busy schedule. She knew exactly the look I was aiming for and that’s what I got. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Made my makeup and skin look flawless, received so many compliments! I will definitely go back and I will recommend her to all my friends.
