Absolutely Pathetic. 2 customized gifts ordered, both not prepared properly. Customer service not willing to help on either of the items. Never buying customized gifts from these frauds.

Booked them for my birthday decorations and what they committed was not done. Instead of chrome they used simple balloons for decoration and as it was on terrace the decoration just fall down during the event. When next day I complained about that they said you should have called us in the middle of the event to fix up the things. I will request everyone who is reading this review. Please don’t book these people was the worst experience.

Extraordinary tatoo artist and professional services! Highly recommended. I asked for basic balloons decoration and a tattoo artist for my son's 10th birthday celebration.

First the decorator did a good job with minimal intervention and decoration were exactly what we asked for.

Tatoo artist Naveen was extremely talented not just in making tattoos but he went a step ahead and clicked some good pictures for us. Kids were very happy with their tattoos. I am really impressed with the service.

Ordered a baloon bouquet one day before when I needed it and got it on time. Extremely beautiful, worth the money if you want to make your loved one feel special

I had this 6 months bday bucket of baloons and the baloon stand with name printed on them from KHUSHAL.
The products were very good and the executive man is very helping and responsive.

Had a great experience with cherishx. The staff was very professional and cooperative. There was only one small thing which could have been better though, and that was the small size of 'happy new year' banner. Else everything was upto the mark, and the decoration looked amazing. I strongly recommend CherishX to all those who want a good and smooth experience.

I ordered a balloon bouquet from CherishX. It was way too good than the picture on the website. I and my husband just loved it. The presentation was absolutely admirable. And the most important part the person who delivered me the same was absolutely amazing, soft spoken and his work was really really appreciable. Had this surprise planned for my wife's birthday and she loved the decoration. Thanks for planning and executing it meticulously Yogi and Savi.

Haven't got the chance to avail the services. Booked a slot for a particular time and asked for a little bit earlier but they told me that there are no decorators available for an earlier time which is fine. But they have a policy of deducting 20% of the booking amount which is not justified as they have not invested even a single penny after the booking. I have asked to cancel within an hour of booking and they would easily get another booking also if they have not invested a single penny why would I be charged 20% of the booking amount. Getting charged for absolutely nothing seems the worst policy. Never ever gonna book them for any amount

Very impressed with the ethics and responsiveness. I wasn't able to experience the work because I had to cancel the booking due to unavoidable circumstances but the support staff is prompt and supportive. Kudos to the team.

They did such a poor decoration on my grandson's birthday party and charged so much. Irresponsible management for big events.

Utterly pathetic service! They book multiple slots and in that hurry they won’t provide proper service. Balloons were not blown properly and if asked they say it’ll burst out due to this balloons looks so pale and dull! Very poor in event management! They don’t even have ideas!

Hi,  In reference to the booking id- OD16167512324137, we are very very disappointed with the services offered by the CherishX. Our entire event got spoiled because of the poor services offered by your company. Despite informing multiple times about the event timings, the decoration from your side got very very delayed. We had clearly mentioned that our party will start at 1 pm and hence accordingly selected 10-1 pm slot while booking. Even half of the decoration was not complete even at 2 pm. The guests had started arriving at 1pm so to save ourselves from embarrassment, ultimately we had to start the party with half decorated venue only.
Even we tried to contact the back end team/customer care to highlight the issues but there was no positive response and no action was taken.
We are highly disappointed and want refund of our money. We will never avail the services of CherishX again and will warn our friends and relatives also.

The decoration done was amazing. It was completed in one and a half hour. The staff was well trained and did the work gracefully. Thank you team for such a wonderful experience. Will definitely suggest people to try the services.

Staff were polite and finished decorations in time. I requested them not to use plastic adhesive tapes, which causes chipping of wall paint. But still they used it. I ask cherishx to use alternative like paper adhesive tapes or any other

Great service. Their staff Manish was v humble and went an extra mile to use his own creativity with the limited decorations I had booked. Everything was done on time. I had booked another newspaper surprise years back for my frnd who is an editor with Hindustan Times, the owner Mudit went an extra mile to publish her first article on the same " newspaper recreation surprise". Very patient as I was running late for the time given. The team is skilled and equipped with tools. Job would be done with ease and fast with near presentation.

Very bad service. Please don't believe them, very unprofessional people. They charge like anything and do not provide services as they promises. Please don't waste your money with these cheaters.

Great site.booked twice for Birthday decorations.these guys did a excellent job.their staff member Manish came who was very professional n knows his job very well.will recommend them in future as well.

One of the most disappointing experiences with this company. After I booked a service and paid the full amount in advance, I kept chasing them for change in time slot for 2days! But no one responded on their phone lines. NO ONE! So called coordinator also never picked up my calls. Numbers given on their website or their email were useless. Wrote them emails also but they replied at their convenience. Zero sense of customer service. Their phone lines have voice mail saying "working hours are 10am to 7pm". Email says get in touch "anytime" but then they never pick up calls. They promise to deliver experience but it was a terrible one. Will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience.

Memorable experience with cherishx.i had plan a anniversary surprise for my husband and it was amazing my husband loved it.thanks cherishx to made the suprise awesome.

I had booked a special candlelight dinner experience at achrol Jaipur. This is my first ever experience with Cherishx and I am really not happy about it. I will not recommend at least "special lunch or dinner experience" they are offering.

After seeing the ads for cherishx, I was expecting a beautifully decorated cozy place for dinner. But it was totally different. There was one single rose in a small vase on the table, one candle floating in a glass and few rose petals scattered over the table. This was the decoration they had offered in the package of 2999 bucks. I had even paid extra 1000 for wood fire. That thing was not happen there and I asked the corrdinatior for the same he said i will send you on paytm. About 4 months passed away didn't receive any amount infact the co.didn't give any response and nor pick the calls.one more thing I also paid 800 video of our memories it was stop in between.
The total amount I had paid is around ₹7500 this dinner experience was worst ever and services also

Pathetic service, bunch of thugs. Basically cheaters who will loot your money in the name of decoration. They will bring cheap deflated balloons and will inflate it and just leave the balloons on the floor. This is the kind of decoration which even a 3 year old can do and in a budget of just 100 bucks but this company will charge you more than Rs. 2000 for it. And when you try and contact the customer care they will call YOU a LIER and will not register your complaint even if I was ready to show the the pics of how badly my venue was decorated. PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST. Instead go to your local market or ask the venue manage to arrange a good decorator.

Wonderful service by Cherishx. They sent Manish who was throughly professional and expert in decorating. Had a great experience with Cherishx, will definately recommend them.

Worst experience, they spoiled my day, these guys fool by showing fake pictures and charge a lot for a very average place. And after that they will not pick your phone or respond because after taking money they are not bothered about your experience.
Request no one to spoil their day by booking with them.

My booking was for my girlfriends birthday but you knw

1) AC was not working properly (was sounding like cooler)
2) When i tried to switch on the Fan that too was not working.
3) Decoration was like its a child bday.
4) Lighting was done like its a Diwali.
5) cleanness (1 out of 5)

And 1 more thing not even a single pic which they shows are correct.

I left immediately from there and now they are not even answering my calls for complain.

I really don't like anything. I have spent Rs. 5600 and that was not a worth of Rs. 1000 even.
They spoiled mine and her day too.

Guys please dont take any chance. Seriously.

Ambiance and food was awesome. Hospitality was also great.
Decorations can be bit more improved. It was Just red flowers on table and 2 candles.
