I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with [CHETAK LOGISTICSLIMITED], and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare.
This was the worst and biggest mistake of my life. Not even 1% value of employee.
There was nothinglike Leave Policy, expect Sunday, Holi, Diwali, 26 jan, 15 Aug, 2nd Oct.
Me and my team were in Director's team. Director used to fire one or the other employee every week. Seeing all this, every employee is disappointed and scared. Till date, I have not seen such an arrogant person like Directors. Keeps the employee sitting even after the office is over. He also gets the employees to do his personal household work. And when he feels that the employee is not needed, he fires him. There is no such thing as humanity, Overall, my experience with [CHETAK LOGISTICSLIMITED] was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company if they value their time, money, and sanity. I regret ever doing working with them, and I will never make that mistake again.
