Given my car (Hyundai Verna DL10CS6855) for repair work to MMC Garage on 24th Sep 2022, i have been promised to return my car after service on 2nd Oct 2022, but they failed to deliver the car on scheduled date, also there is no communication from their side on the same, when we tried their number they were not answering our calls, on 3rd they picked up our call and said yesterday was Gandhi Jayanti Holiday hence they could not delivered, and there is some pending work so they will deliver it in a day or 2,

by 6th oct when there was no communication from their side, we searched for MMC garage call center number online, and ble to speak to Mr Mukul Chaudhary, we briefed entire scenario to him, he took the follow up with the workshop guy and updated us that workshop guy is unable to get the bumper due to which there is delay, i told them to deliver my car without bumper if they are unable to arrange, to which i have been promised that on 7th they are expecting bumper and on 8th morning they will deliver my car back to me.we again waited for 8th, on 8th morning when i check the status on my car, i have been told that its raining since morning hence the paint is wet they could not deliver today, and gain they given another date of 9th to us for delivery, again on 9th since morning i was following up with them, initially we have been told that when they will deliver our car to at doorstep we has to make payment that time.now the workshop Guy Mr Vikas is adamant that you pay us amount of 20k in advance only then i will release your car, otherwise i will not return,

after talking/argumentation entire day on this topic they did not delivered our car today as well.

Firstly, they failed to deliver the service in given time frame, keep hanging us on date to date, moreover not providing us status on car, not answering our calls.and at the delivery day asking for pre payment before delivery, which was not at all briefed to us before picking up the car.we are highly disappointed by their communication/ commitment/ services, its 9th Today and we did not get our car back yet.

Addition to above.we paid full amount on 9th, while delivery their driver made an accident with our car.its a court case now and our car is in police custody.owner neither answering our calls nor giving any compensation for the damage of car. Its 25th oct today its been a month we still did not get our car back. Pathetic service. Avoid them at any cost.even if they provide free service.

Extremely unprofessional staff. The day they were supposed to deliver the car, they stopped answering calls. I tried for 3 days to no avail. I had to go to the workshop myself, car was half done, got it done in front of myself. Nobody was available in the office to complain as well (on a Monday). The dent and paint job was also below par. Would not recommend.

Please Avoid this workshop, they’re totally unprofessional and irresponsible. Took 60 days to paint my car’s door and that too handle wasn’t replaced. I strictly recommend not to visit this workshop.

The quality of service is pretty bad at this service centre. Basic things such as receiving a bill for the service is also missing, the software has been down for 3 consecutive weeks now!
Please avoid this place, everything about their operations are shady.

Wrost service, I serviced my Car from Them with AC issue also they asked me Rs 4500 for general service. After few days I check the warsher fuild their is not water, cap is also not their. Someone has changed the battery also all the bolts are opened.

They charged 4500 for general service inclusing engine oil and collant tops, I have no clue may be they have not even changed or top-up that.

So my suggestion is avoid these type of agencies they are not the reliable sources to go for Cars as a Car is a important liability to us.

Even washing will take 3 hrs here. I dont know when my car alignment was done. I was asking executive for 1 hr repeatedly and suddenly everything is done in 10 min alignment as well as wheel balancing.

It's best car service center, that offers you smooth customer service i.e pickup and drop service. Most asthetic thing that they were always make a true heart connection between customer and service center

Even after requesting for Original parts for my Toyota Innova Body shop work, they fitted duplicate parts, but charged me and insurance company for original parts. After approval of my insurance, I was promised delivery of car in 7 day which I got on 12th day.
Quality of work was extremely poor. New bumper was fitted, but to save their money, they fitted old brackets inside the bumper. New side mirror is vibrating, but they took no action even after complaint. 1 light cover was not provided to me, and was promised to be fitted after 2 days of delivery of car. But, no action was taken for that also.

This place is very poor in services but high on prices. Would even charge you if you deny to take their services after getting your job card open and won't let you take your own car with you.

Pathetic. I have ordered a duplicate key and has been opening for more than 6 weeks even after visiting them thrice already.horrible dealer. GM should take some actions

Bad experience, even none of basic details were right in job card and bill, have to visit multiple time for same issue

They can provide better service if they want, we told them the part of the car is loose and not tied up properly. But they have not checked properly and loose my car front car light loose. There after on road it fall, even I dont know, when it was happened. Shameful offense they have done and clearly case of deficiency in service.

Poorest of the staff who does not care to attend the customer after picking up car for repair / service. There is no correspondence and no communication what so ever from the staff of Triumph. The customer feels as if the car is stolen as we have no clue that where the car is and what is the status. I would not go to this workshop ever in my life and will spread a highly negative word of mouth for Triumph. Please dont put yourself in trouble by going to Triumph for any sort of services.

Beware! They will change your original parts and even tyres if you will leave your vehicle.they will ask you to wait in visitors area and then you will discover number of parts replaced.even you will discover the same they will fight with you and will not accept their mistake.they are rude and cheat.go to any other service station if you want to save your vehicle.
