CHHABRA 555

Bought some sarees. Two of the sarees were defective. Had to go back to the shop in Chandni Chowk to get it exchanged. Quite far from my place. What was disturbing was the fact the boys who attended us knew about it. All they said was Sorry. Never going back again.

Quality is very poor. The one you see and the one get has a lot of difference. Since they take advance money.you have no choice left.

Store houses variety of women wear like sarees, lehanga, suits, sarara, for normal as well as bridal wear. A large no of cordial staff are deployed to show and help ustomera choose their desired stuff. A must for wedding purchase of clothing for various event. Reasonable prices.

Stuff is good as per cost. Staff is polite and funny. But they should allow to take pics of attire so that buyer should not be in pain if some close one didn't like the dress, this problem is for mainly of people outside delhi.they have to travel a lot to get it exchanged.

Best Shop in Delhi for Indo western dress. All the dress in latest fashion n trends will be available dere.

I live abroad and for some very special occasion, Few days back I placed my first order with chabra555 thinking that they will give the best customer service but they failed. They cancelled my order without any notification and till now I didn’t get my refund back.
I am trying to reach out by calling, email but no response.
Highly disappointed

They just loot you. They make fake promises for selling their stuff. They are like thieves.
Even if u go there be very careful while dealing with chhabra 555 lahenga house.very very poor attitude towards customers.vahiyat stuff. They dont deliver. Wat they show or promise.

I bought a gown from flipkart, but that gown quilt is very poor so i requested to refund but chhabara sellers cancelling my refund request but i have 30 day refund policy. Chhabara collection hum log ka mehenat ka paisa ese mat chino hum se plz

I just go and select a saree.and buy that.nice fabric, embroidery and service. Staff were polite and service were very good.

They have old fashion clothes and prices are too high
Some products are pre used by customer and reselling of the product again

I regret buying a lengha from here, blouse is not stitched properly, lengha is full of threads. Very over priced. Not happy at all.

Scammers alert
Took 55k for duppata and 9500 for choli from my sister in advance I live in gujrat seller never send me the item and now ignoring and blocking allphone numbers

Worst for bridal shopping. If i could give a negative rating i would. This is the worst place to purchase your bridal trousseau from. They do not know how to make accurate sizes. I got my bridal lehenga delivered which was two sizes bigger despite the fact that proper measurement was taken a month and a half in advance.
They do not have any sense of customer satisfaction or support at all. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING.

Very Bad attitudes towards customers.
Quality is not appropriate. Went there for sherwani, not a single piece of sherwani is worth. Avoid such shops. There are many people in there shop to fool you. Be careful.

I bought 4-5 lehengas from them and them for one duppata they say that they delivered at home but after 40-50 days they didn't even made my duppata.not replying calls. Always says tht call us tomorrow. Whenever we call they were giving excuses. Once we paid they have no responsibilities to their customers. Money is more important for them than customers ease. Never buy from chhabra 555.

All are scammers. Dont buy

I bought cloths are changed to low quality in shop.
Now they denied to hear my call
I also bought dupatta he didnt doing delivery and cut my phone calls.

MY ADWISE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

I dont know why people are giving good reviews. I had very bad experience with them. I have bought almost 5 lahenga from the shop. For wedding lehnga I have asked them to make one more dupatta and only for that duppatta they charged 9500 Rs and told that they will deliver it to my place in 10-15 days. It has been almost 1.5 month they are not picking up the call. Sometime they pick up and say like -" call me tomorrow" and cut the call. Worst service once you pay they are done. They dont care after that. They answer rudely like why you are in hurry? We will send and etc!

Never ever plan to buy anything from here!

if any one is going to this shop by chance, please ask them to courier my dupatta please. It will be a great help for me.

if there is a system of giving minus rating I'll give them minus 5 star.they don't value their customer once customer bought and paid money.delivery services in other states is pathetic. If we call them they say call after some time and before we say something they cut the call.our duppata is pending at their store in Delhi since 40-45 days nd we had done the whole payment.and price is also high in compare of other shops in Chandi Chawk. I recommend never buy from here

One of the oldest stores in Chandni chowk with huge variety of sarees, suits, lehngas for bridal wear. Although the store is a brand in itself, however recently I shopped from here and found that higher range products are not that good and you get limited choices.

Very bad experience.before buying anything from here, check the quality of fabric and delivery of clothes. I, personally face problems while dealing with them.delivery person is very rude and cheap.

Good range across low and medium price segment.
Beware: Most items can be purchased online with free home delivery at prices much lower than offered at shop. They seem to have a lopsided business model.

They have good variety of women traditional clothing vis suits, lehnga, wedding lehnga and various kind of other Indian traditional dresses and have vide variety with reasonable cost.it's a perfect place for wedding shopping.

I would've given zero star but there was no option.
I bought a lehanga for my brother's wedding from there, I was told that I should get it stiched at their shop only because they boasted nobody else can do such a fine job. These people took 1200 from me for just stiching the skirt wheres for blouse they said I have to get it stiched myself.
I had come from kurukshetra so I have my measurements and left. My lehanga was collected days later and when I tried it at home it was several sizes bigger.
I tried complaining and the same thing happened, I was not attended properly and not even made to talk to owner when I asked.
After much calling one person claiming to be manger asked me to again bring to Delhi which was impossible as the wedding was near and I didn't have any time. So he promised me that I should get it altered locally and they'll refund the stitching charges on my next visit.
My brother went to ask for refund a month later to which they clearly denied and spoke very rudely to him staying that it's not their responsibility.
I was planning to shop for the next wedding in our home from their but clearly these people don't value customers time or money. When it comes to them they don't even reduce one rupee, stating fixed price.

Subpar quality of dresses, oversmart staff, they try to oversell there products, if you are looking for party wear or daily wear at reasonable prices and your budget is low, you might find a thing or few there. But wouldnt recommend it based on my personal experience.

Staff was good behaved and jolly regarding prices i do not know. It were. Fi xed wheather it was costly or economic i am not sure.

One of the best shops in Chandni chowk near Townhall for Lehnga but they charge 12% GST over and above the quoted price of Lehnga where the customer needs to be aware of.rest is okay

Chhabra 555 is good but it was not as good as Karol Bagh Branch. It was crowded and not enough space to sit. I personally find scope for lighting. We have bought two sarees. Sarees were good but the one that we bought from Karol Bagh was much better.

A very good store, with a lot of variety and designs.
The quality is great.
The customer service was commendable.
Would recommend all the shoppers to visit the store at lest once, if they’re looking for Indian bridal wear, suit, sarees and Kurtis

It was nice there, there was old gentleman who was showing the bridal lehengas, he was soft spoken and n never irritated while showing the clothes, it took around 2 hrs to finalize the lehnga.they have lehengas of every range and they stick to your budget.but find the right Chhabra 555 as there are so many fake ones, the real one is in Katra ashrafi

A very vivid variety and customer oriented place. The price is also reasonable. Would recommend it more if it's about gowns.
