This shop has great options for all suit, saree and lengha and is on the Main Street with competitive pricing. However, I would not recommend them for any type of finishing. Buy your suit, saree, and lengha from here but get it stitched and polished somewhere else (ask for additional decorations on lenghas). They don’t care for the end product that they are handing to the customer, only that you are buying from them. Once bought you may have to come several times to get the finish you want for your bridal outfits which is a waste of time and bad service.

They also added bead work to my dupatta without my knowledge and I had to come back to get it removed as it’s not what I wanted. Maybe preference for some but not me. Be clear on exactly what you want the end product to be.

Had worst experience here. The managers or owner of this place were very very rude and arrogant however the staff was good and cooperative. They will spoil your entire wedding shopping mood. Try visiting other places first if you don’t wanna spoil your mood.

Pleasant Staff, Limited Selection: A Visit to buy Suits

I recently visited Chabra International to buy suit. Although I didn't find the extensive range of options I was hoping for, the staff's behavior and assistance made the experience worthwhile.

It was our second visit to the store. Being international traveler, we always rely on reviews. Honestly, we don’t repent of visiting this store for the second time. My wife and I bought 2 bridal event Lehangas from the store and the saleswoman was just a gem who didn’t show any restlessness while showing us one option after the other. Their professionalism and customer friendly attitude are simply top class. We are planning to go back again to buy another piece for our daughter soon. The owner who seat at the front counter also hosted us with coffee. The bridal options at the store are quite exhaustive and indeed can satisfy any taste.

I had the best experience shopping from them. The design, quality, prices they had are hard to find outside their store for sure. The flare, tassels, symmetry, work every thing was so on point. I shopped with them for my sister's wedding just a couple weeks ago and I was surprised that they actually got that piece made within such a short duration + it was delivered 4 days before the due date which was ️.

It was my sister's wedding in October. This was suggested to me by my uncle and I had honestly planned to simply visit this shop first and then explore the market. Initially, I had decided that I would only buy 1 lehenga from any given store. But here I ended up buying 2 lehengas within 45 minutes. Their collection was absolutely gorgeous and the rates are decent and affordable. There is something for every taste available. Then when I went back to collect the lehengas a week later, I ended up buying a suit for the haldi from here itself. Basically for 3 out of 5 functions of my sister's wedding, I wore Chhabra International and it was worth every penny!

I brought my wedding Lenhga from this shop. First of all they don't let you open the lenga on the day of delivery saying that it's all checked. Then I brought a lehnga that was around 50k and the hangings on it were tied with just a string of thread. And the size of the bag they give is another debatable thing. Once you open your lehnga it doesn't fit back in the bag they give. They are great until the money has been paid after that they don't take interest in the feedback, that the customer gives. I went to this shop with loads of hopes and they don't stand anywhere. It's been 4 months and my complaint has not been resolved yet, i am tired of calling their store people.

Lots of lehengas. One of many stores in Chandni Chowk that offer wedding and occasion outfits at some what competitive prices. Quality can really vary so it’s worth noting the craftsmanship and whether the embroidery is machine or hand made. If you’re not experienced enough to tell, browse stores that are at the higher end of the price range elsewhere in the city first, so you can educate yourself. Shopping in Delhi can be complicated if you don’t understand the nuances of the art form. Bargain hard, maybe it wouldn’t be unusual for owner to quote a price that twice the fair value.
It should be noted that some stores do have fixed prices, but it’s usually the exception here in Chandni Chowk. Compare to quality and pricing in similar stores.

Great service, beautiful Lehnga. I have ordered mine on WhatsApp after checking out the website, instagram and YouTube. I stay overseas and so got my Lehnga for upcoming family wedding in India. I found Chhabra team responsible and provided quick response and easy to approach. The Lehnga material and stitching is on point and good quality.

Donot get impressed by the you tube videos, they will ship you a dirty piece after booking the lehenga. And then outright deny sending you a fresh piece.

Terrible experience ever! I bought my wedding lehenga from them, they shipped me an old sample piece after taking 2 months for delivery with loose threads & stains on the blouse. I was told that the lehenga would have white threadwork & the one I received had dirty off color threadwork in it. On complaining to find a resolution, they deny to share the number of the owner & their accountant is the most rude person ever. He flatly said that the customer is lying & the store attendees would never mis-sell. After spending so much money on a wedding lehenga, now I have to buy a new one.

We have trusted first time based on Chhabra’s International’s youtube videos and there instagram profile. They have done amazing job and not just that very nicely shipped our customized dresses to canada from India. The team has been continuously in contact with us regarding stitching and showing the final outcome. They have built there trust with exceptional services. Highly recommended.

They dont seem interested in selling lehengas. I went to shop for my wedding lehenga and they were very rude about all my questions. When I asked length of flair of a lehenga, the sales girl said "itna hi hai jitna dikh raha hai". Compared to them there are other shops in Chandani chowk who are very polite and respect you as a bride to be.

It was the most disappointing experience from Chhabra international. As an NRI or a person living outside Delhi, if you’re trying to book a video consultation with them, let me tell you not to waste your time! There was a guy on our call who didn’t seem trained. Firstly we could barely hear his voice on the call. We had to coax him to show us different types of legengas. He showed us maybe 3 -4 lehengas max and we kept asking to show us more handmade ones, he said he didn’t have anything to show. He said he will send photos. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A VIDEO CONSULT IF I ANYWAY HAVE TO SHOP VIA PICTURES? Unfortunately his attitude showed he couldn’t be bothered any more and I dont blame him. I blame the bad management and lack of trained staff.
My mom and I also saw the YouTube videos and got excited about this store but it’s such a sad, disappointing experience. Most of the lehengas on YouTube we’re priced reasonably, but through the video consultation we realised it’s not as reasonable.

I was hesitant to buy a lehnga online but then i stumbled upon their website. They showed me lehngas on video call. They have a good collection and even better price point. All through the process they attended my queries and doubts without fail. I received my lehnga yesterday and it is just stunning Had a great experience!

I really liked chhabra internation.they had variety which satisfied my need.truly happy with their service and variety.highly recommended.

We bought this lehnga with offwhite thread on it, it looked little dirty so we asked if that is how it will look once made. We were told it will be cleaned up and we wont see it when the final lehnga is ready, we got the same lehnga which looks old, we raised it with the makers but they refused to help. Please make your the cloth you are choosing is right as they wont help you if something goes wrong. They wont mind spoiling your special day!

Great Variety and awesome customer service even during this pandemic time i had bookings from some other places too but m shocked to see that even those fancy shops couldn't deliver but Chabbra International could. Customer service at par awesome quality, good salesman who understand your requirements and give you ample amount of time patiently till you find the one. I had ordered my bridal lehenga from the store. Had an amazing experience - right from the selection to fitting to the final delivery, the entire store staff was extremely supportive.
The final output was beyond my imagination.

Not only this, the store team was extremely accommodative of the last minute tailoring and delivery requests during the lockdown.

I wish i could give a negative review, they changed my lehenga from the one i chose, i bought it last year and just opened the bag and checked the dupatta and took it with me.on the day of wedding i saw that the lehnga i chose was completely different. I couldn't go back for complaining as i didnt had time. Mona was the one who took the order. Its so disappointing that they did such a huge mistake.

It's better than the other available options at Chandni Chowk. Otherwise most of the lehengas are common. Same old reds, pinks and wines with tacky zari embroidery starting from 25k. Here at Chabbra's you'd find some off beat pieces ranging up to 50. (And below/above too)
So, if you have a budget up to 40 (or 30 too if you get lucky), you might find some unique and aesthetic bridal lehengas. No bargain thou! It just won't work even if you beg and plead. You'd get that 5% off if you say you've visited thru a YouTube video. Overall, I'd recommend this store. Happy shopping!

Oh my God. Such a bad collection. With untrained salesmen who say anything to make you buy. Aren't trustworthy at all. Tried to cheat about the quality of silk.so definitely not trustworthy.
