Chattarpur Central is owned by ferns & petals. They have 2 party lawns, and on one ground, they have a rajwada theme & and the other one is on the common theme. Their food & snacks are amazing. You have to arrange your own alcohol and a liquor license is also required from outside. They have recently changed their hall interior, so this is the plus point. Ferns n petals being the owner there decoration of flowers are just outstanding. For you must try at least once.
I am having a family function in Chhatarpur Central by FNP, chhatarpur, Delhi in November 2023. It was a very Beautiful venue, decor, service food everything was so amazing. I mean beyond words. I want to give them more than five stars. Mr Pawan who was supervising all that is an excellent & sincere person. He has managed everything superbly.
*Their management team is insulting/Misbehave with your Guest.they have no manners how to talk to a Guest.
Don't go there, very Disappointing.
They (FnP Garden) have no professional management.their Employees are totally unprofessional including their Manager. Fnp Managing team & their Manager asking with every Guest.

FNP chattarpur central was booked in late oct 22 for jan end 23 wedding. 5/6 physical trips were made detailed discussions with pictures were discussed and agreed on for decoration colour styles etc The reception of barat was to b at 4. Followed by milni jaimala and wedding to b completed by 8 Repeated and clear instruction regarding times lines were regularly updated every month.
Wedding got postponed to feb as my daughter fell and broke her ankle 1st week jan Yet everything was as is and we still had the same deatails and time lines as in jan.last physical trip with detailed discussion was repeated 8/9 days before main function yet on reaching venue at 2.30 Everything was still being set up at a chaotic and mad, Yet snail pace.wen asked the entire ground team claimed they had been there 8 am, which was total nonsense.
Barat arrived on schedule at 4.05 Was requested to dance till 6.30 Wen the venue was finally ready to recieve them.
60% of all that was agreed and discussed was changed as per the designers fancy.colours table cloth prints flower arrangement s on tables furniture styles all was as per the designers lack of memory not our choices at all. Very passe choices.
The saving grace that made my party a success was a stupendous menu catered by Embassy and a overstocked flowing top of the line bar. Our hospitality and continuous attention to our guests helped make the wedding a success
. As for FNP venue staff and their designers left no stone unturned to make a royal mess.pls tread carefully wen u choose this venue.
Responsibilty and accountability in not there in the design team regarding wat u hav agreed upon.
. This is my first and certainly last encounter with this brand and team.
Inspite of so many discussions and repeated requests to put everything on paper for memory sake, all they did was just nod their heads and move on.
When pictures were shared with d ground team setting up of wat was agreed and being delivered their shell shocked faces were worthy of Oscars.
Obviously, they were labour putting up the stuff cld not argue either with me the client nor the decorator So i just lumped a very passe decorated set up. That i paid handsomely for and cruised thru the party on the catering and bar and my attentiveness to my guests.

One of the party venues at chatarpur. Big lawn and artistically decorated. Good enough for 500+gathering. Starters were tasty though service could have been better and faster. Food was delicious and desserts were good. The only thing you need to keep in mind is the traveling time as traffic in the stretch is heavy in the evening. Overall a good experience.

A very decent place quite environment and enjoyable venue. Food and everything was good plus venue was also well maintained. The only problem is traffic.
Good food, average Service. No bowls provided for dinner. Breads supply very poor. People got tandoori in place of missi roti, lachcha paratha in place of missi and so on. The breads were also cold. Cloth napkin was poor as made of synthetic cloth instead of cotton.
