Beware people. This is the worst place I have ever visited. They charge a bomb.
I visited them for a consultation, waited 3 months for appointment. It was an hour appointment. She listened to me very patiently but in the end didn’t advise anything. They are not at all empathetic. Just because I am not from Delhi and can’t come for therapies she didn’t show much interest. Without advising anything she left saying that she has another appointment. She didn’t even interact much with our child.

Be careful of the high rating & make sure you read reviews from people who are genuine. This is one of the worst places to take your child, don't waste your time they are just after making money. They have this weird policy of assigning children to different therapists every visit, a complete waste of time and effort

3000rs for a treacherous experience They dont even deserve a starHorrible experience. They were very unprofessional. The senior psychologist didn't even have time to hear and listen. After 40mins of session they told me to come again later and that too to a different psychologist as the present one didn't have time for the next session. I have been taking my child here for more than 4 years now. The therapies have done wonders for my child. The staff has a very professional approach while also maintaining a personal touch and care towards the child. The entire team is dedicated towards providing a supportive and safe environment for the child and also making therapies ‘fun’.

I have been going here for years and have no complaints. Expect quality work and good service here. Satisfied with the results, so far. I would recommend this place.

Extraordinary place. Dr Amit Sen and his team is amazing. Highly personalised care and counselling with routine monitoring with modern medicines and techniques. Children first is the best place for your child’s mental health care. There is no other place where you can get this level of care.

Sensitive, attentive, perceptive, caring and mindful, CF is what every neurodiverse child and their parents need. Just be prepared for long wait times to get an appointment because CF is in such high demand. And they don’t of course come cheap - but totally worth it if you can afford it.

This place has given our family hope for our future. I am ever so thankful for all the care, empathy and guidance given to our children to help them cope with life. The staffs, therapists and doctors are all knowledgeable in their line of work and always give their all to our children. I have recommended them to my friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so.

We have been taking therapy sessions for our child since she was 3 years old and we can feel the improvement in her. She loves to go to children first.

This is an excellent Center - the staff is very competent and kind. Scheduling was easy and the therapist themselves were absolutely wonderful. I took my daughter to both Safdarjung Enclave and Gurgaon and found them to to be very helpful and pleasant experiences. Both centres have excellent equipment for OT as well. Children First is an A-Grade institute for mental health treatment for everyone. I have had a great experience here. Excellent and trustworthy environment for the kids, highly skilled doctors who are constantly helping the patients throughout the treatment. I would recommend this institute to everyone as they are doing great work.

This centre is really amazing. They are providing a range of holistic mental health care solutions for children and adolescents, their working efficiency is fabulous. They are very helpful and their main purpose is on working prevention and awareness so that they can make a healthier community in terms of mental health.

From my experience of past few years, I can say that there is no better place than Children's First for seeking the needed help, no words to convey my appreciation for Dr Sen and his team, they have God's grace in healing the needy, I wish them all the best, God bless them all the time.

CH is been a second home for my child. All therapist are so comforting not only for my kid but also at times for me. As we will be moving out soon Vihaan is going to miss CH. Thanks for all the support provided for making my child independent

This institute is doing great work in improving mental health for everyone including youngsters who suffer from mental health issues. The highly skilled doctors help patients throughout the whole treatment with the help of specialised staff. According to me children first is best for mental health services. The entire team is very helpful and always ready to resolve any issue. Their doctors are amazing and even the supporting staff is wonderful.

Don't go there.its completly waste of time and money.they charge bomb and then do nothing. After two hours of interrogation they will simple ask you to join our courses without giving any input.

Earning money is their sole motive.nothing else.

Avoid this centre please.it should be renamed as MONEY FIRST.and this is not just my experience but also emanating from views of others that I have happened to bump into.

Firstly, it will be a good 6-9 months before you get a diagnosis and that too post shelling a good amount of precious money.

Secondly, their PLS sessions which they have now renamed as something else is a complete farce. The therapist would tell me she is colouring with my child, showing him videos-Why would I pay more than 1K per session for this?

Their OT was probably better than the PLS but the fact is that none of the senior folks in the centre ever visited the therapy room to see how the junior therapists were doing, was the child getting the right therapy etc. They were too busy I guess. Also I wonder if it is fair to have another therapist cater to your child instead of the regular one from time to time just so that they can have their internal meetings.

Lastly, we decided to take a break for a few months so that I could focus on my child's formal school education process. We reached out to them shortly after for a certificate stating my child was fit for mainstream education (which he anyways is as he has minor issues). We sent them an email as well visited their centre but they decided to turn a blind eye. I am guessing this was cos may be nothing there comes for free and we forgot to right we will pay!

There are many other centres which though less fancy may be more well-meaning.

Today was the second time my appointment was cancelled. When we approach a doctor of his stature, there must be an important need for the parent. Dr. Amit Sen gave me a date once after three months, then he cancelled it. Then again he gave me an appointment, and 2 h before the appointment, his office called up and said the appointment stands cancelled. We are all busy individuals. I cancelled my day's work and other work to meet him. He may be an important and a busy doctor, but very unprofessional. And wonder how they are dealing with children, when they have such little time.
