What can I say about this place? The ambience and music is solid and inviting. The food was beyond incredible! Definitely try the lotus and the eggplant dish. Cannot wait to come back here again!
Well, this place has been my favourite Chinese restaurant in Delhi since more than a decade now. Be it the ambience, the royal service, the chef and server recommendations, their all you can eat packages, and their lip smacking food, they are the best in all. This outlet at GK2 M block market has stood the test of time beautifully and looks as new as it was more than a decade ago. Timeless. Precious.
They literally forced us to pay service charges despite expressing our unwillingness to do so. According to them, they had been strictly instructed by their ‘Chinese Owner’ to collect service charges. We have not encountered such stubborn staff anywhere else — their behaviour and customer handling were aweful. Food is also ordinary. We will never revisit this place and do not recommend anyone to do so.
Very bad staff. The staff imposed service charges on a bill of 6600 & created quite a scene & forced us to pay.we kept showing legal proofs & paper cuttings that it is not mandatory but they shouted, fought on spot. Super expensive & very bad staff
Food was horrid…. Was not fresh and superrrr greasy…. Staff did not care a damn when they took our full plates away…. As if they were used to it…. Manager did not apologise rather he said that’s our recipe…. So ppl save ur dining experience and don’t go there….
Some excellent Chinese food. Went after long to CG, here food gets the better of you. The chicken was so good that I didn’t feel it’s chicken. The prawns were soft and delicious. Top class
Management does not want to listen, kept arguing for straight 10 mins. The fish was smelly and tasteless. The Manager said he got the fish changed (mind you within 2 mins), and it was the same. On top of it they have added DSC CHARGES, which btw is not mandatory but the Manager! Good luck going to this place and wasting your money!

China Garden has been an institution on the Chinese Food front. The food has always been consistently good, always. While I do admit there was a bit of a slump right after the pandemic, they’ve more than made up for it now, especially with the quality of ingredients they use. We absolutely love their soups and starters, and could easily have a full meal with just those.
If you’re going in a group, definitely try their group menu which is priced at 2199 per person and includes unlimited portions of a fixed number of dishes from the menu.
Boy what a treat. Great Chinese food after a very long time. Prawn fried rice was excellent. Flaming Sa Po chicken brilliant. And the jumbo butter garlic prawns. The best!
I came for dinner to China Garden Restaurant with my family and ordered Chicken and prawn Sui Mai, Pan fried Shanghai Dumplings, Yang Chu fried rice, China Garden Clay pot rice, and honey noodles with ice cream. All the food was very delicious, fresh and amazing. My family was very happy and I will definitely order again.
Superb place to order yummy and delicious food! You get the best authentic food with finger licking taste! The service is also quite good! The food is simply awesome I will recommend their Super delicious mixed mushroom pizza and fish cheung fun.
One the best Chinese food Repositories In Delhi. Someone once told me that you should judge a Chinese restaurant by looking at the number of Chinese or oriental people that eat there. We went there at 7: 00pm today for an early dinner and were surprised to see the place almost full of oriental people especially with Covid still around. We ordered looking at what they were eating and I can tell you first hand that it is some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. The Spare ribs we had was cooked to perfection. The butter garlic prawns was outstanding but the highlight of the night was the Whole fried fish in Soya and wine.it was just brilliant. Perfect with the plain steamed rice. Highly recommend this place for some Awesome Chinese food.
What can one say about a restaurant that fails to get anything right? Empty restaurant, vacuous service, bland and cold food, disappointing service, alarmingly poor food. China Garden is a mistake that should have been shut a while ago and the dated and archaic quality is highly unavoidable
The trendsetting mumbai restaurant opened with much fanfare in delhi 10 odd years back. The quality has gone down very slightly. But always enjoy Coming back to it. Great ambience and good service.

I had an amazing experience.things i liked of this restaurant is its super extensive menu which provides anything you are craving to eat at just one place, its quantity and quality of food and its delivery service … coming to food, I had teppanyaki chicken and Hakka chicken dry and I would say the food was very tasty!

Poor Hospitality, non standard food and rude behaviour from customers. My known Mr. Kaushal visited there with family, manager at service argued bitterly and even didn't shame to say that you are not welcome here when he make complaint. China Garden management should pay attention for staff training. Unprofessionals.
I visited China Garden Restaurant in GK2 New Delhi on the insistence of my 11 year old daughter. The date was 16th August 2021 in the evening.
Was there with my Wife, Daughter and a friend.
The problem started when I complained about Hakka Noodles being too oily. The waiter was already behaving as they were obliging me by replacing it.
The main issue started when I wrote a scathing review on the form provided. The manager asked me what the problem was and I informed him that I written it on the form.
After this a verbal argument ensued and he started shouting at me that they were trying their best. I told him that he was not obliging me as I was paying in full for my meal. On this he replied that they had served me the food.
He started shouting at me to not visit the restaurant again and I was not welcome.
I left immediately humiliated with such uncouth, rude and unprofessional behavior.
Very pathetic and horrible food, seriously tasteless food, slowest service, all in all would never ever vist again also I would not like to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Sheer waste of money and time.
Pathetic food and service. Manager on duty Karan (as told by him) had no time to listen to complaint. He had no empathy to understand customer needs and blatantly walked off when complaint was escalated to him. Overcharged us for food item, when it was told to him, he Had no answer to this. He did not even mention that extra would be charged while he took order The food quality was sub standard. Seems like a complete management change. He seem to be quite ok even if complaint was made to management. Higher talented staff if you want to retain your customers.
P. S If management has ears, please investigate else your legacy of good Chinese restaurant will be down in no improve food quality and better manager.
Horrible service and very bad food.on top bad customer service. Manager doesn't know how to treat customers. They charge you extra for every extra ingredients.just cheating customers.
